Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles rundum prima. Hervorzuheben ist der ausgezeichnete persönliche Service. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist toll. Lediglich die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum, die einen Transport mit dem Taxi erfordert, ist ein kleiner Nachteil.

Sehr zuvorkommender Service bei der Ankunft. Wir benötigten ein weiteres Zimmer und konnten vor Ort zu einem angemessenen Preis nachbuchen. Die Zimmer waren von der Ausstattung her besser und größer als erwartet, sehr sauber und technisch in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich exakt auf das gewünschte Raumklima einstellen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, in Flughafennähe leicht nach zu vollziehen, die Geräuschdämmung der Zimmer. Beide Zimmer lagen in Richtung zum nahegelegenen Airport. Durch die effiziente Doppel-Fenster Verglasung war eine ruhige Nacht garantiert . Insgesamt: Sollte man für wenig Geld in der Nähe des Airports London Heathrow wohnen wollen, mit dem IBIS London Heathrow kann man nichts falsch machen.

Having not been away alone since our daughter was born 5 years ago I booked the Forbury as a surprise for my husband. From the moment I spoke to the receptionist and my car was whisked away by the valet the hotel exceeded all expectations. As the porter took me into our room there was soft music playing, a bottle of champagne waiting and an ambience […] and decor that I could only have dreamed of. Nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed a very special child free night. I can't wait until I have an excuse to go back and will have already recommended the hotel to one and all! Thanks! Mehr

A luxurious hotel, without being too ostentatious. Our room was beautiful, very quiet despite being in the middle of town. Thoroughly reccommend this hotel for a short break, good location for shopping and restaurants. A real treat!

This is a beautifully converted building in a very central, but quiet part of Reading. The service was warm, friendly and helpful and everything was done to make my stay enjoyable. The room was large and comfortable and well equipped. I had dinner in the restaurant in the evening and the food was extremely good, although a little pricey. "The Fourbury Hotel- A luxury getaway destination"
This is our second time visiting the Forbury and each time it does not fail to wow! The Hotel is luxurious and well appointed and the rooms are full of lovely little luxuries which mean that you can relax in total comfort. As the Hotel only has 23 rooms it has a boutique feel and is ultimately very relaxing, while the staff are extremely attentive and […] obliging. The superior room was beautifully furnished, had a really luxurious free standing bath in the bathroom, and we love the sound and quality from the Bang & Olufeson stereo and television. The breakfast was also top notch and I have no doubt we will make a return visit to this Hotel again soon. Would not hesitate to recommend this as a getaway from the world. The only drawback travelling to Reading by car means you have to use the car park at the back of the hotel which there is a charge for, but ultimately this is about the only drawback I can think of when it comes to staying here.
