Stayed here at the end of January, Excellent hotel, staff could not do enough to help, would highly recommend and we will definately return. The bed was so comfy and clean, rooms cleaned daily, food well where do I start, all tastes catered for with mouth watering presentation, and plenty off it, very high standards in this hotel, from the cleaning […] to the service, we went for a lazy chill out week and really enjoyed it, great atmosphere friendly and relaxed, other guests are mostly European I am brushing up on my French for our return visit, only negative comment is the old folk getting up at sunrise to reserve sunbeds with towels..... My friend and myself shared a room at the Tikada Beach, Agadir in July 2010 for 3 nights. The journey from the airport takes about 30 mins and costs between 150 - 2 00 dirhams approx 12-14 pounds. Get a white taxi from outside the airport arrivals terminal. The hotel is very well placed with a private beach at the edge of the complex, the all inclusive […] package is very good value, very high quality beers, wines & spirits. My friend is a vegan and stated that he had more choice of vegitarian and vegan food here than in any other hotel in the world and he has been travelling 40 years, for my part the meats, pastas, fish, fruit, veg etc were all of the highest quality. The hotel sticks to its Moroccan roots in the evening entertainment program, with local singers, entertainers, belly dancers etc coming in every night. The entertainment staff were all multi lingual and absolutely charming, hardworking and honest. They were constantly trying to involve even the quitest singles or couples in getting them up for a dance etc and the star entertainer would be on TV if he lived in the UK as a cross between Mr Motivator and Bobby Davro! We went to the hotel to celebrate a friends birthday (they travelled seperately) and it could not be described as a location for a lads weekend, that said, for couples and famillies it was an ideal place to stay. There are a couple of nightclubs built into the hotel that are not included in the all inclusive package that open to non residents and locals, they were quite expensive to drink in, but no bother from noise or traffic etc. The hotel pool was safe, clean and large enough to accomadate lots of people easily. There was lots of day time entertainment, aqua aerobics, volleyball etc it was all done with a smile. The beach is nice but like anywhere you must watch out for the colour of the flags as there are tricky tides etc but there are plenty of life guards and i never felt any hint of danger of any kind. The hotel is nice and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are of a good standard. Only complaint I had was the food. The Breakfast, Lunch and evening meal buffets were virtually the same as one another. The a la carte restaurants are awful and we had to left the seafood restaurant after attempting to eat the starter. pour un hôtel all inclusive, rien à dire, c'était parfait

4 jours de repos total, avec un service de grande qualité: je recommande les yeux fermés pour l'ensemble des prestations ainsi que le confort et la situation.

Hotel très bien placé, bien entretenu et très propre. Personnel très attentionné et services de très bonne qualité. Bonne qualité de restauration dans les 3 restaurants du club. Animation le soir très agréable au bar.

Pour la 3e fois en neuf mois nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette hôtel. Même s'il y a des imperfections, cet hôtel nous a donné globalement satisfaction dans tous les domaines , sauf les restaurants annexes (poisson et marocain)dont le service est déficient. Il suffit de le savoir pour ne plus y aller.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel parce qu'il disposait d'un SPA et en arrivant nous avons appris que celui-ci était fermé pour cause de travaux : donc grosse déception. L'hôtel est propre mais la décoration un peu vieillotte : les canapés dans la salle de la télévision sont tâchés, une grande tâche d'humidité sur le plafond de notre chambre. Il manque un […] salon de coiffure. Impossible de disposer d'un transat au bord de la piscine car ils étaient tous réservés dès le matin de bonne heure par des personnes qui mettaient leur serviette dessus pour la journée : la direction devrait interdire ce genre de pratique car tout le monde devrait pouvoir en bénéficier par roulement Mehr
