I admit it; I'm fussy. But this was termed a "Four Star" facility on Hotels.com. Whoever gave it four stars was overly generous. Just a run of the mill hotel; nothing to get excited about.

This was our 3rd stay in a Country Inn and Suites and I have never been disappointed. By far the best hotel chain in quality. Being from the Hoosier State we know a little about hospitality. This hotel's performance was top notch in HOSPITALITY. Every staff member, from the time we walked in to the time we checked out was so overwhelmingly pleasant, […] on task, and willing to please. One of the top 5 stays I have ever had if not the best. The morning breakfast was FAR better than our "Owners" muffin and juice breakfast at our resort. You all get an A+++ in my book. Is that the highest rating now or do I need to add more marks? You all earned it! We will be back. Mehr

We only stayed one night but the service, cleaniness of the room and location itself was great. We were looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub and playing in the pool after a full day of white water rafting but couldn't find a hot tub and the only pool we saw was indoor but the smallest I think I've ever seen. They never cleaned the room one day, and made no apology for it.

Clean room and quiet location. Nearby diner and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is few minutes from major highway yet far enough to avoid the road noise. Without traffic, it takes about 10 minutes to drive to downtown Atlanta; 20 minutes with traffic. Overall I enjoyed the relaxing stay.

The hotel was everything we wanted. The staff was helpful, the pool was clean and nice and the breakfast was first rate! The staff that served breakfast was interested in us and did a terrific job keeping food stocked and the area clean. The staff were pleasant and that is hard to find.

This hotel was just what my family needed for our vacation. The rooms were very accommodating and the bathrooms were very nice and spacious. The linens on the bed were super clean--as I pulled back the covers to inspect this before retiring to bed. The staff were all nice and my family enjoyed the comp breakfast. I would Definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here during a weekend that included a Braves game and a Six Flags visit. The hotel was convenient to both. The room was very comfortable and the staff members were pleasant to deal with. The fresh baked cookies in the lobby were a nice touch, though we managed to avoid temptation...I would happily stay at the Country Inn & Suites […] in Smyrna again. Mehr

This hotel suits our needs very well, as my elderly mother lives nearby. It feels like a second home to us, as my family and I stay there quite often.

My stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Smyrna was very comfortable and relaxing. Even though the hotel is located near a busy street, the rooms are quiet and quite serene. I would gladly recommend this establishment to family and friends.

Really Nice Hotel. The staff is great. The entire hotel looks clean. The breakfast is pretty good. The area is quite and safe. I would defenitly stay again.

This hotel met our needs. It was convenient to the interstate and downtown Atlanta. It was also close to Cumberland Mall, which had Cheesecake Factory and PF Changs among other good restaurants. It was clean and my kids enjoyed the pool.

Got to the hotel, was checked in ~5 mins. Front desk clerk (Sheila I believe her name was) was very friendly and very professional. Hotel looks very nice outside and in (it does have a "Country Inn" look to it!). The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. They offered complimentary breakfast although the selection was not too great (but it was […] free!). Room was comfortable and also very clean. The bathroom was not also very clean but also actually looked pretty nice. Besides the bed, the room contained a comfortable chair with foot rest and a desk with a very comfortable office type chair. There was also a business center which had two PCs with free internet connection and free printing. Would defenitely stay there next time in the Atlanta area. Mehr

No issues and the breakfast had all the choices anyone could want. Room was clean - no complaints at all. We selected this hotel due to its proximity to family but we also visited several sites in downtown Atlanta and found it was plenty convenient for that as well. Staff was friendly and greeted us warmly upon arrival.

My mom moved to a retirement home in the Atlanta area, so I no longer have access to her guest room. This hotel is my new "Home away from home" near my mom. They even let me borrow a book, which I plan to return next week when I stay there again.

Hotel was great. Breakfast was OK but not great! Coffee and supplies were often low or out and you had to go request service. My biggest complaint with this hotel however was the lack of available power outlets in the room and bathroom! No place to plug in your stuff!

Quality of the hotel met all expectations, the moderately priced hotel was very neat and clean. The view from the room (of a very run down C-store) was not very comforting, but then again I was'nt paying for a view. Staff was very friendly and professional, enjoyed the 2 day stay, would highly recommend based on Quality/Price compared to other hotels […] in the area. Mehr

This hotel was very nice. It was a bit pricey but the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The only thing I would say was that the bathroom was small for a suite and there was no free HBO but other than that it was good.

We stayed at this hotel for our visit to the georgia Aquarium and Six flags. Not Far from either site. And it was near plenty of restaurants.

I took one of my grandsons and one of his friends (both age 10)to Atlanta to go to the Atlanta Zoo, Cyclorama, Braves game, Six Flags and Stone Mountain. We have been doing this for 4 years now and have always stayed in a Country Inn & Suites. We stayed in this particular one for the last two years. It is a very comfortable and affordable place. The […] management and staff were very nice and helpful. The room was more than adequate, the breakfast great and the overall atmosphere was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this hotel to all. Our hotel stay was great. The room was comfortable and quiet. They had a nice continental breakfast ranging from eggs..waffles..bacon to cereal..yogurt and pastries. All of the hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. There were plenty of places to eat on the exit and if you wanted a nice sit down restaurant like olive garden or red lobster, […] they were only an exit or two away. We enjoy our stay. The room was clean and the quality of servicewas very good. The customer service was very friendly and helpful.I have one regret though, the internet service was not available as said, the computer was freezing everytime.

The room was comfortable. The workout area and pool were adequate. Free continental breakfast was good. Raquel worked hard to keep food stocked and the room clean. Free paper and cookies in the lobby. Laundry facility was clean but no soap in the vending machine. Hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. 15 min from Atlanta.
