Was great staying here. Low rates and great friendly helpful staff that met all our needs. There is some issues with google maps getting to the correct location that should be mentioned at time of booking.

The hotel was nice and rooms were clean. The bathroom was good too but I thought the tub looked a little stained at the bottom. I would have rated the overall stay a 5 but the pool heater was broken at the time and was a little too cold to enjoy especially in November.

My stay was wonderful and the help was superior. We met the Desk Attendant, Jennifer, who went above and beyond her duty to help us and keep us informed. I will definitely stay there again.

pool was not very clean it was small not very deep 4.9 ft deep but was fine breakfast was very good was noisy on fri night from upper floor our room was 2nd floor noise from 3rd floor but not to bad but i would stay again just did not care for Atlanta Georgia bad roads Narow lanes GPS did not work at airport The Aquarium was good and Coca cola world […] was fun Zoo was good just roads were poor and trafic very bad lots places to go just took to long to travel 12 miles in bad trafric Mehr

I just stayed one night but enjoyed every part of the hotel. The bed was so comfy. The room was already at a cool temperature when we arrived in the room. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The price was reasonable for the being labor day weekend.

Hotel was okay, decent but in the room the paint and border was peeling. The bed was very uncomfortable and noise from other guests around the room was quite loud.

Best Hotel I've ever stayed in NEAR Atlanta. If you are there on a quick business trip and don;t want to spend Downtown Atlanta prices, this is a great option. Super clean. Super convenient to Buckhead and Downtown. Definitely will return.

Overall I had a really great stay @ this hotel. The place was very neatly kept, including the outside. I live in the Atlanta area, so I can telly ou that this hotel is located in a pretty good location, for a little get away, while at the same time it is very close (+/- 15 min) to downtown. The only "issue" I had was upon check-in there were no towels […] in my room. I asked the housekeeper on the floor if I could get towels from her, and she informed me that my room was not her responsibility, and no she could not give me towels. I was a little shocked by this, but shortly after that, I received towels from another housekeeper. Mehr

After reading numerous reviews, I picked this hotel. I'm glad I did. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable for four people. It was conveniently located to all of our sight-seeing tours! Will definitely stay here again on our next vacation!!

Even though the hotel was completely booked, we didn't hear a sound from our neighbors. Pool is tiny but great for our 5 yr old. Not far at all from downtown.

We had a fantastic experience at the Country Inn and Suites in Smyrna, GA. The staff was very accomodating and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Easy access to area attractions. We stayed in the king guest room with our two children and had plenty of room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Everything was great - clean and spacious room, everything worked, internet worked flawlessly, breakfast was good, fresh cookies any time you wanted them, and all for a very reasonable price. Can't beat that.

This hotel was nice, had plenty of outlets and the breakfast was okay. The only issue I had was that when you enter the hotel, they had a rack of what was perceived to be Otis Spunkmyer cookies, but they were really Chips Ahoy. That was a dissappointment for a cookie lover.

We did a lot of research on the hotels.com website based on other people's reviews & went with this hotel in the end. We were more than happy with it. Yes, there are some minor issues with the cleanliness/upkeep of the room we had, but only in so far as there are some possible spilt coffee stains & cosmetic stains on the walls, but they're only noticeable […] if you study them closely! This was our 3rd stay in a Country Inn and Suites and I have never been disappointed. By far the best hotel chain in quality. Being from the Hoosier State we know a little about hospitality. This hotel's performance was top notch in HOSPITALITY. Every staff member, from the time we walked in to the time we checked out was so overwhelmingly pleasant, […] on task, and willing to please. One of the top 5 stays I have ever had if not the best. The morning breakfast was FAR better than our "Owners" muffin and juice breakfast at our resort. You all get an A+++ in my book. We only stayed one night but the service, cleaniness of the room and location itself was great. We were looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub and playing in the pool after a full day of white water rafting but couldn't find a hot tub and the only pool we saw was indoor but the smallest I think I've ever seen. Clean room and quiet location. Nearby diner and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is few minutes from major highway yet far enough to avoid the road noise. Without traffic, it takes about 10 minutes to drive to downtown Atlanta; 20 minutes with traffic. Overall I enjoyed the relaxing stay.

The hotel was easily accesible to the areas I visited. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I loved the Continental breakfast. Other hotel chains should take a tip from this one as to what a REAL breakfast should consist of. I will definitely stay at the County Inn an Suites hotels on every vacation I take from this day forward.

The hotel was everything we wanted. The staff was helpful, the pool was clean and nice and the breakfast was first rate! The staff that served breakfast was interested in us and did a terrific job keeping food stocked and the area clean. The staff were pleasant and that is hard to find.

This hotel was just what my family needed for our vacation. The rooms were very accommodating and the bathrooms were very nice and spacious. The linens on the bed were super clean--as I pulled back the covers to inspect this before retiring to bed. The staff were all nice and my family enjoyed the comp breakfast. I would Definitely stay here again.
