"Homewood Suites - London"
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had the jucuzzi tub suite, and it was very nice. I wish the two TV were a bit bigger, 27" seem so small these days. They had a free dinner downstairs (Monday-Thursday), and it was ok, but a bit cold when we ate it. Free beer / wine in the dining room was a nice bonus. I will definatly be staying […] there again. The price was the same price over thier competition for the same suite. Mehr

Hotel and great. Rooms were comfortable. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Pool was great. Overall enjoyd our stay. Breakfast included was good.

The best part of this hotel is the manager, Jesse, who made our stay very easy. We were went without as she made sure all reasonable requests were honoured with a smile. Pool and Spa were great when they were open. Rooms were spacious, clean, and beds were great. On the downside heater was loud and dishwasher didn't clean properly. "Rated service a one!!!"
We booked a room Xmas day several weeks in advance. I telephoned a week ahead to make sure a crib was in the room. Jennifer (staff) was nice and said no problem. I would have brought a packand play but they insisted I didn't need one. We checked in at 3:30 and informed the front desk there was no crib in room. Jennifer again said they would find one […] and not to worry. After coming back at 8:30pm we find still no crib. I was told they were all now being used. My granddaughter slept on the floor as she would fall off big high beds. Nice service well we only asked for 1 thing and so I rate the service a 1. Disappointed in London, Ontario Mehr
"Homewood Suites London ON - Terrific"
We have stayed at this hotel in the past, and have always been really happy. We stay with our young daughter, who was 5 weeks old the first stay and 2 years old the most recent stay. She is always comfortable and it has always been clean and quiet for us, which is important for a family! This particular stay we had an issue with the key not programming […] correctly, but the staff were really great, they let us in so our little one could nap, and worked on the key issue until it was solved. The room I had was absolutely gorgeous and top notch. The whole facility was in great shape and clean. The only issue I had was the breakfast buffet left much to be desired.

"Great hotel!"
This hotel was pretty nice. I stay every year in London and other hotel in the area have been okay but often sort of run down and very tired. This was a pleasant surprize. I will definitely stay here again. And they serve a *free* (thats right free!) hot breakfast and even dinner (only certain nights) Thumbs up!
"Homewood Suites, London- Perfect getaway!"
My 9month old son and I spend 3nights at Homewood Suites and loved it! The staff was extremely friendly as were other guests. I took my son swimming in a pool for a first time and he loved it. I loved that the pool is big but not huge. We didn't eat the offered complimentary dinners because the suite we stayed in a kitchenette but the dinners listed […] would have been fine if I didn't prefer my own cooked meals. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an at home feel while away. The only problem I had was in my room, 419 I couldn't get internet on my laptop through wireless or the ethernet cord so I had to go to the lobby where I was able to connect. Mehr

From check in with the very friendly staff, to the cleanliness of the room and the over and above board in the suite, to the real nice hot breakfast included in the stay it was definitely a place we would go back to in a heart beat. Made our mini get away fabulous

It's the place to relax. It's the place to re-create. I found this hotel very comfortable and pleasant. The staff were excellent and always smiling. They welcomed me and my family and while we didn't have any issues during our stay they seemed read to fix them if any arose. The kitchenette was well equipped and provided all things needed for a economical […] meal for my family without the necessity of leaving the hotel and paying for the meal at a restaurant. Which leads me to my only negative point - few eating establishments within walking distance. If you like to drive this is not big deal, but if you are like me and prefer to walk after spending all day in a car, it does create a bit of a hassle. A very nice hotel. We had a king size bed which was very comfortable, the room was spacious and very well equipped. We stayed on a Thursday night and had a fantastic free meal that night and a delicious hot breakfast the next morning. Staff were freindly and helpful, and I would recommend this motel to anyone needing to stay in London ON.

We were very pleased with the staff, also the condition and cleanliness of our room, however we found it an inconvenience, that we had to keep asking front desk to let us into our room and into the pool, as the key pads were not working to the doors during our stay, this was EVERYTIME we left the room. Also we could not seem to get any movies to our […] room, when we called to ask front desk what the problem was, they were clueless, and just told us to do as the t.v directed, when we said we did so, they had no answers...so that late evening we could not relax to a movie :( However overall, the front desk was really nice and the salt water pool was great with warm temperatures, nice and clean, we really enjoyed that! Breakfast buffet was a tasty and good quality for free food! Can't complain there!!! :) Mehr

"Hotel Suite with all the comforts of Home"
This is a great hotel to stay at especially if you are staying for a few nights. Each suite has a very nice kitchette, a living room area, a bedroom area and a split bathroom (toilet & shower together) and sink/vanity area is separate so 2 people can get ready at the same time. Beds were very comfortable. It was a great location. Close to lots of shopping […] and restaurants. Just off the highway, easy to get to. My only complaint was that the water in the shower could have been hotter. It did seem to get better near the end of the shower. Mehr

The breakfast was superb. Only down side was that outside view was over a roof and we could not see anything.
"An Excellent Place for Families"
The Homewood Suites in London was an excellent place for us to stay for 6 days during a horse show at the Western Fair facility. It was in a much better neighborhood than the fairgrounds, and about a 15 minute drive to the Western Fair, except for the one time we got caught in lunchtime traffic in a construction area. We used one of the pocket maps […] of London they had available in the Business Center to avoid that area at other lunchtimes. We appreciated having two computers and a printer available in the business center, which was really helpful getting directions for our side trips.Our children loved the pool and the mini golf area. Staff at the front desk was helpful and knew the area well. People working in the food area were cheerful and kept the area well stocked. The pool and workout area were very clean. The room was nice with comfortable beds and a useful kitchen area with a large refrigerator/freezer. Front desk people directed us to banks that exchanged currency and grocery stores within a 5 to 10 minutes drive. The breakfast buffet was generous and available for longer hours than other hotels where we have stayed. We never had trouble finding free tables in the spacious dining area. The light suppers (Monday through Thursday) were a nice bonus too. We were fortunate to have one day free during the horse show and made a day trip to Niagara Falls, rode the Maid of the Mist, and made it back to the hotel in time for supper. A half day was plenty of time to go to a nice beach on Lake Erie or Lake Huron. Since the suite was large enough for two families, so many meals were included, and we had the kitchen in the room, we saved an amazing amount of money on food, and only had to eat fast food a couple times during our stay. We enjoyed our time at the Homewood Suites and the horse show at the Western Fair facility so much that we plan to return to both places next year. Mehr

The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and having two rooms was perfect when traveling with kids during the week they have a free light dinner and everyday a free breakfast with hot and cold items. Last weekend we went to the Homewood Suites in London, ON for the first time... it's a tradition for us to celebrate our grandson's birthday's by going to a location that has an indoor pool... this is his only prerequisite for a place to stay... we were most pleased with the hotel... it is modern, clean as a whistle and very comfortable... the hotel […] staff is very helpful and friendly as well... the quality of the complimentary breakfast is very good as is the space allotted for it... in so many hotels/motels there may be a complementary breakfast, but there isn't often enough room to find a place to sit or indeed to even move about... the pool is clean and comfortably warm so we had a very happy eight year old who managed to go swimming six times in the short time available... Nana and Mom were also very pleased to find many shopping opportunities close by... all in all, it was a fine experience... we shall go back... Mehr
"Excellent Hotel"
This hotel had a great staff and was our favorite on our Honeymoon tour of Canada. Our room was enormous, homey, and VERY CLEAN. The bed was so comfortable, like we were sleeping on a cloud.
