We reserved well in advance. We were given room 132 which had been heavily smoked in and either very reciently fumigated (for bugs) or doused to the umpth degree in odour eater spray. Within minutes of entering the room I was sick to my stomach. It spoiled our first night and part of the next day. The room shouldn't have been used. This hotel was a goof choice for proximity to the tulip fields in LaConner - pool was appreciated and breakfast options were excellent. A bathing suit was left in the room - and we contacted the note within 24 hours and we were advised they would open a file re this concern! We asked they just check with housekeeping - waited on hold and then were told […] nothing had been located. We drove back to the hotel and insisted they do another check and the bathing suit was located. We stayed in Burlington to be close to the Cascade Mall early in the morning for the start of the Tulip Rallye. Several sports car clubs driving all over the Skagit valley for a day that happens each year (for the past 32 years). This hotel was situated close enough tot he mall (starting point for the rallye) to get there in only a few minutes, also […] close enough to restaurants and entertainment to make the stay very pleasant and fun.The staff is friendly and courteous and interested in the activities, asking us questions about our car club and the rallye. We booked this hotel on short notice. The room met all our needs. The staff were very friendly and professional. Although, we'd asked for a quiet room and could still hear the freeway. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the fitness area, pool and hot tub. The continential breakfast ended at 9 am which was a bit earlier for us Canadian shoppers […] who were down for our new Family day holiday. We found the rooms to be very small for requested King Bed and the furniture of average quality. The bathroom door handle fell off when we went to pull door closed. We cancelled our reservation for the 2nd night of our stay because of these problems.

We were very happy with the service and friendliness of your staff. Any questions we asked were answered right away. The hotel was situated right in the middle of the things we wanted to do. We stayed at Burlington because we could not get a hotel closer to our event in Bellingham! We enjoyed dinner at the Train Wreck in Burlington which was fairly close to the hotel. Our room was clean enough but there was some kind of spray or air freshener used that my husband and I were both bothered by. We were very happy with the hotel. My daughters and I stayed for two nights while on a shopping trip. The pool and spa were very nice. Our room was comfortable. The only issue we had was the fire alarm in the room that flashes a green light every few seconds and flashes all night. It made it difficult to fall asleep.

The hotel was conveniently located near the highway and the front desk staff were very hospitable. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. I would definitely return if I were to ever be traveling this road again.

This was only a one night stay on our trip to the San Juan Islands. Check in was easy and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location off the freeway and only a few miles from the exit heading to the islands. GPS will take you to the wrong exit so make sure you get your map directions off the Internet.

We come down every year to shop at the outlet malls so although this is just a little north of Burlington it worked out grea and it was cheaper than the other two chains in the area (Hilton/HI)! Went to Bob's burgers and brews which was actually good but the breakfast was nothing special. Overall would stay again!

This hotel was close to the freeway but couldn't hear the freeway noice or the trains. A very good nights sleep!!! It was very clean, the breakfast was good and well stocked by a very nice lady!! We would recomend this hotel to all that are traveling I-5!

Stay was great, nice to be able to wash and dry our clothes. Very wet and rainy for our "Ride to Conquer Cancer". One thing if I could comment on need a shuttle bus.....When I phoned in September I was told there was one. I called a 1-800 number last year to book....

We were returning to Vancouver from Orcas Island and wanted to spend some time enjoying the Tulip Festival in Skagit County. Booking an overnight stay at this hotel was perfect. This meant we could extend our time at the tulip farms, which we enjoyed very much.

One could not say this about the nearby Burlington Northern/Amtrak rail whose horns sound several times each night.
