Homewood Suites St. Louis Riverport - Airport West - Maryland Heights

Excellent accomodations for the price. Would stay again. It is a bit secluded from restaurants, etc, but close enough that it's not too bad.

Thank you, Homewood! We had a spacious room, and the kitchenette was great. We especially loved the wonderful breakfasts, and the kids had fun in the pool. Friendly service, as well.

We typically stay in condos because we have 3 kids (one is in a pack & play), but when we saw that this hotel had a full kitchen & was a suite for such a low price, we couldn't believe it! The room was PERFECT, with great decor & was very clean. I actually found similarities between our suite at THEhotel at Mandalay Bay in Vegas to this suite! Everyone […] there was kind & helpful, the breakfast was FANTASTIC but we were a little disappointed with the VERY small indoor pool. The drive to St Louis isn't too bad at all. We were very pleased with our room and service. The shuttle took us to downtown St Charles free of charge which was wonderful! The only complaint I have was the carpet in the elevator needed cleaned.

I needed towels for my family to get dressed and we had to wait for over and hour until the van driver returned to get them. The next day there weren't any clean and had to wait for laundry to wash and dry towels. This facility is not as good as others I have stayed at; no fireplace or whirlpool tub! I would stay here again. The room was very comfortable for our stay, although the studio suite was a little cramped when the sofa bed was out. Probably would pay $10 more for the King Suite combination next time.

We found our rooms very nice. Breakfast was very nice the next morning which featured sausage & eggs, waffles, juice, coffee, milk. Plenty of fresh fruit, and the buffet was well maintained. The desk clerk was very friendly and nice. We will stay again!

good hotel second time i have stayed here.

We stayed from Friday, December 30, 2011 - Sunday, January 1, 2012. The room was clean, well stocked and quiet on arrival. However, on New Years Eve, it was party central. Finally, I called the front desk at 2:37 a.m. to ask them to clear the halls so that we could get some sleep. They were very apologetic, friendly and quick to respond. Hotel is very convenient to the airport. Downtown attractions are a short, but manageable, drive if you have a car. There is nothing in the immediate vacinity of the hotel, but a short drive will get you to shopping and conveniences.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a family getaway and we were VERY impressed with the property. The room was very spacious and the amenities were amazing (full kitchen, private bedroom ;), games systems, and many more)! This was a great place for our very large family. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the friendly staff. They have a two bedroom suite, check it out. The breakfast was very good. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again!

property is located one stop-light from interstate in a commercial office complex area. no restaurants within walking distance, although there is a convenience store / gas station very close by. seemed to be a quiet , fairly secure area. was there on a weekend so not sure how heavy local traffic would be M-F

We were trying to put together a nice weekend on a tight budget. We ended up paying slightly more at this hotel only because of the reviews. We had high hopes for this property and it lived up to them big time. The room was very large and clean. The bed was very soft and comfortable. You can't beat this hotel for the price. The suite was very roomy, yet cozy at the same time. Bed was extremely comfy. Staff was very pleasant. We stayed here mainly because the hotel was near the concert venue, and the hotel shuttle dropped us off at the concert and picked us up promptly afterwards. The breakfast was also fantastic. The staff at this hotel were useless. We waited ages to check in, we waited over 40 mins for the shuttle from the airport (it was 5 mins away), and then at check out they were so miserable. On the plus side the rooms (suites) were really nice and well maintained. It's a fair ride into central St Louis. We stayed at Homewood Suites as we did not want to stay downtown. It was in an excellent location as most attractions that we went to was about thirty minutes away. There was a kiosk in the lobby where we would put in the name of where we were going and we would get directions printed out. That was a great help to us. Made reservations for two rooms for July 29-30. Arrived on July 29 at 3 PM. We were told that only one room was available and to come back in 45 minutes. We went to dinner and came back at 5 PM. Both rooms were still not available. Had to wait another 30 minutes to get into second room. Breakfast both mornings was a mob scene, not enough plates or forks, […] and hard to find anywhere to sit. The location is right near a big casino and would be great for anyone looking to go there. The room was super nice and clean. The morning breakfast was great. The staff was a bit snotty. The location was safe, and convenient to the major roads, but too far away from restaurants or grocery stores. However, the hotel does offer to take a grocery order from you, and pick up the order. Bring your own food, as you won't be able to get much at the convenience store located at the gas station and grocery stores are not close by. We arrived […] after a 6 hour drive, mid evening, and would have loved to be able to purchase some drinks and healthier, light fare to put in the room's fridge/freezer. very nice place to stay, no rollaway beds available, no complaints about the hotel, next to dave and busters, and the interstates. very easy access!

I am allergic to down and the pillows are all feathers in Hiltons. I asked the desk clerk about the situation and she flat out lied to me that the pillows weren't down, then when I asked they be removed I was yes yes yesed to death and they still weren't removed. I don't know why this is so hard. I have allergies...I need a down-free room.

The staff were very nice. Breckfast was good all 3 days. Pool was clean and well stocked. Heater for pool was working and pool was warm. Did find trash from someone else under the bed in our room and also in the heater/air in the living room. They did a nice job of keeping our room clean during our visit. Was a little confused by the TV and how it worked... […] My 3 year old bought some cartoons when we were unpacking our car but the staff removed the charges and showed us how to use the remote and TV service they have. Staff is great, good breakfast as well. No DVD player if you bring your own movies. Have stayed here several times a year in past three years and the staff is always as good as you will ever get. Close to Dave and Buster's as well.

Reviewed in May 2011, this hotel still looks and feels nearly brand new. It has nice common areas and a good breakfast buffet. Pool is fun, basketball half-court is a nice touch. The suites are adequate in size but I think a better configuration would be an option for two double beds or a king+double or queen+double. I knew what I was getting into, […] but the disparity between the fantastic king-size bed in one room and the crappy fold-out, "almost double" sofa-sleeper bed was quite alarming. Very nice suite for the price of a regular motel room. We were VERY pleased with the overall experience and will definitely be booking again in the future!

The hotel was great -- near Dave & Busters, Butterfly House (Faust Park), malls, etc. The staff were very friendly and responsive. We had an issue with our TV (only one channel would work) and they fixed it within 10 minutes. Great experience. I would highly recommend.

With a 3-year-old and an 8 month old, we really needed a place that we could close off from where Mom and Dad wanted to stay up past 8pm. It was nice to have a kitchenette and definitely enjoyed the complimentary breakfast!! That made getting up and on our way much easier since the little guys were hungry as soon as they woke up.

Well to start we checked in around 1130 o Friday night and had to evacuate our room at 130 for an hour due to the fire alarms going off. We had to get up to work at 4 am. Then the pool was freezing!!!! The kids wouldnt even stay in which made it not as much fun for them. Otherwise it was a great stay. Also no hot tub!

We love this hotel. Perfect indoor pool for the winter. We love the breakfast. Great place to stay with kids. Everyone was very friendly!

This hotel was by far the best one I have stayed in in this area over the past 5 years. My daughter does competition cheerleading and power tumbling so we take overnight and weekend trips almost twice a month. This is the 5th year for us to come to the St. Charles area. I planned to stay only at this hotel for all of my future trips. The only issue we had was the pool heater was broke and it was to cold to swim so we just stayed in and watched a movie in the room. We were very pleased with our stay. It was the first time we stayed in this particular hotel. the staff was very friiendly. Everyone said hello and offered help if we looked a bit lost. The unexpected "extras" in the room like microwave popcorn and extra coffee and tea were very nice to have for the evening. Breakfast was a bit hectic but that was only […] because we stayed during a Cub-Cardinal series, a Black-eyed Peas concert and a free wrestling event so it was a busy time. the staff did a great job keeping up with the needs of the guests. Great value - loved the evening receptions and breakfast - kids loved the pool and basketball court - staff all (cleaning, front desk, everyone) very friendly only complaint the garbage disposal in the room didn't seem to be working and there were some ants

A full breakfast each morning was great! The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel! The staff was excellent! Very friendly & very helpful!
