Rooms had a very strong stale smell that was so strong and not at all pleasant to stay in. It was the same in the second room even after I had complained to Reception Staff.

smell of smoke from room although was supposed to be a non smoking room. Had just entered the room when there was a powercut in the area-i was left in pitch black. Found my mobile and used light from it to find room phone-which wasnt working-then had to find door to very dim corridor -not a good start. Power came back after half an hour.

Nice staff, comfy bed, clean room, good rate. Too far from luas stop. At least a twenty minute walk.

I found the hotel itself pleasant, and the staff courteous and helpful. However, during my stay, a group of children had free reign of the hotel corridors which went on late into the night. Impossible to sleep. Also the snack menu was awful, i had a wrap which was stale and inedible and the panini was not much better.

Hotel could do with extra noise insulation. Motorway on one side and a noisy bar on the other which was open until 1.30am although hotel staff said it usually closes at 11.30pm. Rooms were ok but tv was from another age. Could do with a bit of a general upgrade. Bar facilities very limited. The bar/restaurant next door may be ok but when we stayed […] there, it was taken over by a fairly rowdy christmas party crowd. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Mehr

A litle diffiicult to find using our GPS. It had a bus stop just outside the door - easy to catch to get downtown Dublin. Nice restaurant close by in the adjacent parking lot. Only wifi in the lobby.

Very pleased, staff were friendly and efficient, good rate. The hotel is very convenient for travelling south, accessing the M50 and the Luas.

Do not stay in tis hotel unless you absolutely have to !!! This is one of the many new, modern and very comfortable hotels that have sprung up in Ireland in recent years..... ...but like many others it is built right beside a very busy Motorway. The noise level is terrible right through the night. Lovely hotel... completely wrong place. As hotel rooms […] tend to be hot, you cannot open the window as the noise is then worse !! (No AC) A second issue is this "nonsense" booking feature of asking customers to express preferences beforehand, eg. "non smoking room at the back of hotel, ....away from motorway. " The thing is, even if you book well in advance, the room is only allocated when you check in, so you have to take what is available at that time. Often then you dont get what you want.... This is not unique to this hotel, it seems to be an industry thing. It serves to raise expectations and create frustration and bad feeling. It is something that Hotels.Com should address. Finally, this hotel is well out of the city in an area where public transpost is not that good. So only stay there if you have a car, and it really suits... and bring ear plugs and a fan !! Mehr

Hotel a little off the beaten track but very accessible, very comfortable, one disadvantage, bar and restaurant on campus run by different company so food cannot be charged to room.

Hotel was great to stay in, for the amount we paid it was 100 times better than we expected, cant complain at all. Bus stop close by to make travel in and out of the city easy and hotel staff were very helpful when it came to bus times and other tourist information. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

I made this reservation without doing enough research. The hotel is decent with awesome personnel. The location from everything is not so good. There is a tram in a 15 walk from the hotel and another 30 min tram ride to the city center. The hotel is nice and quiet and there is a little pub.grill right next door. But that is the only thing anywhere near […] the hotel. The hotel itself is clean but has old stuff like big back tv's and only 12 channels with 7 of them being news. So if you stay bring some video entertainment. Overall I was pleased with the hotel and wervice, but next time I will stay in the city center! Mehr

This hotel is quality... The receptionist who wore trendy glasses was what every receptionist should be like, friendly, smiley, professional & above all she was very helpful. I had a foot injury and she offered me a ground floor room. Everything was explained clearly to me on arrival such as car parking and security issues. Possibly the least enjoyable stay in a hotel ever, rooms were so so stuffy and there was no way to open a window (just big long windows, noway of opening them) no fridge, no A/C..... very uncomfortable :(

i was very happy with the staff and the hotel in general, i was not happy how far outside town it was and it was very hard to find it

Excellent value for money Much cleaner and nicer than more expensive hotels in same area This is our 3rd time staying here in the past year and will definately be back again

Very pleasant stay Very reasonable cost

finding hotel was slightly hard, but very easy exit onto main motorway the next morning , I found my overnight stay quiet pleasant and relaxing, must say thank you too LUPE on the front desk very helpful and polite young lady, for her excellent direction for the point village dublin she was spot on, thank you, the drive took me 35 mins, I did not stay […] for breakfast so can't say , I purchased my room in the 48 hour sale about one month earlier and I must say excellent value for money, defintley would stay again in the future, shop nearby Dunne store about 4 min away easy too find, KFC etc it was okay. I really enjoyed my stay there and the staff were friendly and really helpful,the room was really comfortable, there was a great choice for breakfast. I will definitely be staying there again. I am doing a course in Bray and it is a nicer place to stay than the hotel that I used to stay in there, and so would rather travel each morning to the cours […] e. Mehr

nice hotel , friendly staff have used hotel a few time and all times it was very professional

This seems like a new hotel. The rooms we nice with good additional services as standard, such as iron, tea / coffee. a great rate made it great value. I wouldn't recommend it if you were looking to visit Dublin regularly but it is beside a main motorway so good for travelling.

The hotel its self is clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was an issue was the location of the Hotel and how far it was from the city centre. There was a bus stop out side the Hotel but it only came every hour. All in all a nice place to stay.

Very clean,simple, well maintained hotel.Rooms were spotless and very comfortable.There is a great grill restaurant beside the hotel which had a great offer for two diners including a lovely bottle of wine .Friendly,helpful waitress too ! Would recommend this hotel and offers great value for money.

Stayed in Room 55 on the Ground Floor and was kept awake until after 3am due to loud music from the nearby bar. This ruined what would have been an enjoyable stay in a nice comfortable room.

Myself and my husband booked two nights in this hotel over the June bank holiday weekend. We found the check-in staff very helpful, the room was clean and very well presented with a double and single bed. The decor was modern. Clean bathroom with bath. Only complaint was the duvet was very warm and there was no air conditioning. The traffic noise meant […] the windowns couldnt be left open. A little bit far out if you are on public transport but a perfect base if you have your own car. Free parking is also an added bonus for a Dublin hotel. Mehr

This hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, food in the attached bar was also great. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Not a hotel to stay in if you're going for the nightlife in Dublin as it's a long and arduous journey in and out of the city.

Ikke minibar/kjøleskap på rommet. Heller ikke trådløs internett på rommet. Ellers helt OK.

Bra hotel, flott service, litt langt utenfor centrum, men absolut å anbefale

Helt greit hotell. Hadde dessverre ikke internett på rommet. Vi måtte bruke en kabel som vi måtte låne i resepsjonen, men når vi skulle hente den, så var det ikke flere igjen. Bare wifi i resepsjonen :(
