Room was very clean nice view wish we had been a little higher . Our room was right over pool felt like no privacy. Walk in all in all a good stay.

When we first arrived, I was concerned when noticing that we had to walk through the parking deck to get to the beach. That was really the only thing I didn't enjoy that part, as I wasn't comfortable allowing the kids to go back to the room without an adult having to walk amongst the cars. The pool wasn't much to brag about but the free beach seats […] made it worth the stay! Our room was beautiful and cozy. Our bed was comfortable and the sliding glass door that opended from the master bedroom, as well as the living room, was pleasant. We slept with the balcony doors opened every night, enjoying the sound of the ocean that was far louder then anything going on outside. We were there during spring break but you would never know it unless you went outside on the road. It was very peaceful and close to the best place to eat breakfast, Another Broken Egg! What a relaxing vacation!!! Think we'll be back, seeing that the good outweighed the bad:) Mehr

I was told check in was 3 to 5. I showed up at 4 while they were leaving the office and it seemed that I was an inconvenience to them. During the check in process I found out that you have to be 25 to rent at this condo. Nowhere on Hotels.com was this listed. This almost ended my vacation right there but they "let me stay since it wasn't spring break […] and if I promised to keep the noise down" turned out that this 21 year old and his girlfriend were the quietest ones there. We were constantly awaken at night by the people in the room above us due to there "over 25 year old parties" The rooms cleanliness was fairly decent. We had to re wash all the dishes before using them so it kind of makes me wonder where my $88 cleaning fee I paid is going. The light in the master bathroom flickered the whole time without being fixed. The area in Panama City Beach was just as expected and the beaches did not disappoint at all. We had a good time and what I pointed out were just things people should know about this condo and it's so called 'policies'. Next time we go back I will be glad to stay away from this condo and find a different place to stay. Mehr

the hotel had no hair dryer or clothes hangers. They has two full baths but no hair dryer in either room.

We rented this condo for a company fishing trip. We rented a 3 bed 3 bath. When we first arrived everything seemed great. They had movie rentals that were advertised as any time and unlimited. The room was nice and we proceeded with our stay. It started going south quick. 2 out of the 3 bath tubs would not drain. Beds were outdated and there were not […] any additional linens or pillows for the pull out bed. I believe the worst aspect of this condo is the hours of operation of the front desk and the amenities. The desk is only open from 9-5. Which means that you can't get any help during the hours that you would probably be in the room. The DVDs are in the office so good luck getting a movie. The after hours number couldn't help with my late check out request. If you expect a hotel to have customer service... Don't pick this one!! Mehr

Place was great! There were a few minor issues with the hotel, water damage in a few corners, loose tile, towels left in the dryer, etc but overall a great deal. Comfortable beds and spacious. The ONE HUGE downfall was the surprise "cleaning fee" when we checked in. Nothing was ever mentioned about it, but for a fairly high fee (sorry can't say!), it […] should have been mentioned. The condos were nice, the biggest pain was the elevators. With 20 plus floors only having 4 elevators made it difficult to get to your floor. Also check in is a little strange, you pull in the parking garage then have to figure out what floor the main desk is at.

Nice condo, everything you need for a comfortable stay, fully furnished kitchen, I love the kids bunk area. Now the pull out sofa was old and in bad condition, however we did no tuse it anyway... The elevators were too slow...

Fantastic! Beautiful facility and the location is perfect for all surrounding attractions. Would stay there again. The views from the upper floors are breathtaking. The unit was perfect. Luxury living at its best.

It was very nice, and I would stay here again. The pool area was very nice. I could not ask for a better stay than this one. The room was clean - great location - found this condo on hotels.com. The only thing was the master bedroom, the bed was very lumpy, the bunk beds slept nice (per the kids) and the Queen bed also slept nice (per the other couple). […] They said that they slept really good all week. We have stayed here the past two times we vacaationed in PCB. Have had no complaints or problems with our stay. Love the fact that you have your gulf front condo, covered parking, two pools, two jacuzzi spas, and a short walk out to the beach all in one place!

The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable! The balcony had a fantastic view of the ocean. Parking and access to the beach were very convenient. I would definitely stay there again!!!

The room did NOT have WiFi like advertised, the modem was broken; So, no internet. The frame on the top bunk of the bunk bed was broken; so no sleeping in the top bunk. No light bulbs in the table lamps next to the couch; so no reading in the living room. (we reported the MiFi and bunk bed to management). The floor had not seen a clean mop or scrubbing […] in a good while (Why did I pay a cleaning fee again?). The counter top in the kitchen was sticky with goop that we could not get off (Cleaning fee obviously not being used to actually clean the condo). The sheets in the master bedroom smelled like sweat. (washed those BEFORE we slept in them). We went down to the pool and were told we'd need an armband to swim. Armbands cost $2 per person, per day - a charge NOT listed on the website. There were no beach chairs, or umbrellas - a service that WAS listed on the site, but not at all available. All in all - an HUGE dud; NOT a repeatable experience. Do not recommend this hotel at any price. Mehr

no issues with hotel as such everything was fine but they charged me extra 90 bucks after arrival for cleanliness charge which was not mentioned while doing the booking . they should include all the charges upfront while making the booking so the person can decide accordingly .

This is a condo rental, not a hotel, ... only negatives were that it was a good walk to get to someplace to eat (there was a scooter/golf cart rental place right across the street) and the view of the trailer park behind ... however, on the positive side, location felt very safe ... huge balcony overlooking the beach ... unit was nicely furnished ... […] very friendly staff member when we checked in ... off season so there was plenty of space in the parking garage ... four elevators to access any floor ... washer and dryer in the unit which came in handy because we were on a multi-stop road trip ... would definitely stay here again. Had an excellent stay even though it rained a bit the first couple days. Was very happy to find that our stay in #2308 met all expectations. Rooms were very clean, kitchen had all appliances and utensils needed, and bathrooms were well stocked with towels. To top it off, the 2 bedroom with bunks might as well have been called a 3 bedroom as the bunk […] room in front was very roomy and had its own TV! That made the stay for 4 adults and 3 children all the better. While elevators weren't instantaneous, never had a long wait and having the parking garage under the facilities and not across the street was great. The gym was much better than others I've seen in PCB, had plenty of equipment, and the view of the pool and gulf were excellent. Would highly recommend this establishment. Mehr

The facility was in excellent condition and very comfortable for our family of four. We did not have any issues, elevator was fine, plenty of parking. I know somewhere disappointed the Mushroom Pool was out of order. The hot tubs could be really hot tubs and not bath water

Our stay at the resort was fabulous. The room was clean and had plenty of room. The view was tremendous! The location of the resort was convenient. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. There was a few situations that could be improved. When I booked the room it said there would be a free gift which there wasn't. It was Thunder Beach that weekend […] which when I booked the room I had no idea and it wasn't advertised of the event. The free movie rentals was hard to get because the office was closed early on Friday and Saturday and there was only one and two copies of the movies. Besides those couple of small issues, we really enjoyed the stay and would stay again and recommend anyone to stay there. I have already recommended it to a friend. Thanks for the enjoyable stay! This condo was beautiful and perfect for our family. We rented the 2 bedroom condo, but to our surprise the bunk beds were in their own tiny room up front, so it was really 3 bedrooms. This was a perfect area for our children. The decor was fabulous and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for 8 people. I loved that the living […] area and the master bedroom opened to the balcony, and all the rooms were spacious. The heated pool made swimming in April just right! A plus was the fact that beach chairs and umbrella were included, as well as free DVD rentals. Make sure you reserve your chairs first thing in the morning though because it is first come, first serve. It was nice to be away from the chaos of Spring Break, yet we were within walking distance to Pier Park, so we were still very connected without all the noise. Perfect location. Our family had no complaints and will visit Sunrise condos again and again for our family vacations. Mehr
