Das Hotel ist in New Carrollton (Maryland ). Die Umgebung besteht aus Supermärkten und Schnellrestaurants.Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Shuttelservice zur Metro .Die Hinfahrt nach Fahrplan ,die Rückfahrt nach ansage.Das Frühstück ist wie überall in Amerika nicht sehr reichhaltig ,aber man wird satt. So das übliche Essen.Kaffee Tee Toast MIlch Cornflex Rührei Butter Marmelade .Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr geräumig

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Jeffersson Highway, sehr einfach zu finden, wenn man mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist. Der Service am CheckIn/Checkout ist nicht gerade umwerfend oder freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren genervt und recht ungeduldig. Das Doppel-Zimmer war ein Städte-Trip-Traum: groß, sehr sauber, das Sleep-Number-Bett (man kann den Härtegrad der Matratze individuell einstellen) in Kingsize war sehr bequem - gute Schlaf garantiert! in ca. 3 min ist man an der Metro-Station "Crystal City" (unter dem Marriott Hotel). Die Station hat eine Einkaufspassage. Das Ticketsystem der Metro ist leider etwas kompliziert - am besten vorher mal online reinschauen! Die Fahrt in die City zum weißen Haus und dem Memorial Park dauert ca. 20 min. Für einen Städtetrip in die City ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert!

"Günstiges, sauberes Zimmer in Washington DC"
Für die Verhältnisse im Raum Washington DC sehr günstiges Hotel. Die Räume sind groß und sauber. Der Service ist gut und das Hotel bietet einen Shuttle zur Metro (25min bis Downtown DC). Die Lüftung ist etwas laut, aber nach einem Tag voller Besichtigungen stört das nur wenig. Empfehlenswert.

Innenstadt von W. ist mit shuttle und Metro in 30 Min. zu erreichen. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Continental breakfast reichlich, auch genügend Tische und Stühle. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

"Würde ich wieder hingehen"
Etwas abgelegenes (7min bis Metro, 15min bis City), jedoch sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommendem Hotelpersonal. Da das Hotelzimmer sehr günstig war und das Hotel sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist, würde ich bei meinem nächsten Washington-Aufenthalt wieder dorthin gehen.

Hotel was clean but needing a good airing out. Smoke free rooms should be SMOKE FREE not just sprays with fresher. I had a headache through the night from it. Noisy bus load of kids on upper levels added to the unrest. No glass water glasses in room just styrofoam. They somehow forgot caffeinated coffee to go with coffeemaker. Breakfast room was full […] at 6:15 so I just passed on it. Shower head was cheapo. Structure of hotel and fixtures were nice but very lacking in other amenities to make stay nice. Movies were $15.99 !!! And $12.99. !!! If you wanted current episodes of five or so tv shows w/o commercials it was $4.99. Tv was fastened to top front edge of dresser (wasn't thought out very well) to accommodate swiveling to the lone chair in the empty side of the room. Mehr

"Family dc visit"
They have the best family feeling for a small hotel. Daily they have fresh baked cookies which the kids look forward to having.
"Little out of the way, great find"
This place was great. I was there for work in D.C. so riding to the end of the subway line wasn't my absolute favorite but was well worth it in the end. I immediately got a pick up from the station. Had a large clean bedroom and all the staff were helpful. Used the workout room, had breakfast - all good.

This Country Inn and Suites was far below the numerous others that we have stayed at in the past. It is convenient to locate and breakfast was OK. Blanket-spread on bed was awful. It was exceptionally heavy and uncomfortable so I called the front desk for a lighter replacement and was told that there was no lighter blanket in the entire hotel. "Country Inn & Suites"
Our room was very spacious and clean. The maid took the time to put our childrens stuffed animals arrainged on the bed. The kids would come back from a day of museums to see what she would do with them. Not far from Washington DC. about 15-20 min. close to other areas of interest as well. Breakfast was nice. Eggs, sausage,potatoes, waffles and more. […] Area was always kept clean and well stocked. Chocolate chip cookies were out at night, nice treat after a long day of museums and shopping. We used the exercise room which was small but nice and clean. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. We would definetly recommend this hotel to others. Mehr

Room was very clean and comfortable. great bargain. only issue was having to drive for food, but plenty of food within 15 minutes. Breakfast was good as far as quality and quantity.

The hotel and staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating. One night I got to the Metro station after the 9pm time for the Hotel shuttle service but the "janitor" still came straight over in the hotel van and picked me up. The staff couldn't have been more helpful!

"Country Inn & Suites/Andrews AFB Area - Very Nice!"
The rooms were very nice. The parking was free & near a Metro station. The breakfasts were great. I would definitely stay here again.
It was a very pleasant stay, and the price was right. Breakfast was good, the room and the loby were clean, the shuttle to the Metro was convenient. its a very good choice, if you wish to save money compare to DC hotels.

Drove up with my son from Southwest Virginia on Saturday for the big game on Sunday with the Patriots!!. We were very pleased with the Country Inn & Suites hotel. We had reservations and the check in process literally just took the time it takes to swipe a credit card. The room was very clean and the bathrooms were some of the cleanest that I have seen […] in my travels. I was really surprised at the "free" breakfast that was available the next morning. Usally you get some type of danish, coffee and juice, but in addition to that they had sausage, eggs, fried potatoes and anything else you would want. I was very satisfied with the service and the comfort level of the hotel. We chose this hotel because it wasn't as pricey as the ones in Washington DC, and it's only a short drive to the white house/monuments/holocaust museum (about 20-25 minutes). We stayed at the Sheraton in Jersey as well and I have to say that the bed, sheets, and pillows were a […] lot more comfortable than the Sheraton - that says a lot!!! A typical Country Inn located 10 minutes walking distance from the last stop on the MD side of the Metro. Made it very convenient for all DC tourism activities with much lower prices than inner city hotels.

Overall, very good. Staff was friendly. Location was safe. Rooms were clean and comfy. Small basic breakfast area. Only complaints: No restaurant close by within walking distance and tiny coffee cups at breakfast.

My wife and I used this motel as our base as we visited Washington DC, The shuttle service to the metro was great. The hotel was great for us. Good breakfast with meat, either sausage or bacon, each time. If we went back to Washington again we would stay here.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. I would not return as it was much to far from the sites in DC. Breakfast was good shuttle to the metro was very fast.

Great staff and clean operations. Breakfast nook small but accommodating. Need to upgrade television. Had hard time interfacing IPod into television. No flat screen for a new hotel. Otherwise, great stay!
"Camp Springs MD Hotel"
Not sure why everyone is saying there is nothing close by. We asked and they gave us a printed list. You go right up to Ault Rd by the Metro, down Allentown...maybe a total of 7 mins and there was shopping and places to eat. The Metro was super close. The people here are wonderful, I love the rockers on the front porch. Everything smelled nice and clean. […] We had a non smoking room and there was no smoke smell at all. The hall was nice and cool. Right off the freeway in a safe neighborhood. We walked home from the Metro the first day because we got back early. It took less than 10 mins. You can go all the way to Chinatown for less than 4 bucks. No reason to park and pay, they will shuttle you or you can walk with no problem. The bed was comfy and there was even extra blankets and pillows. The only complaint I could possibly have is that the air in our room didn't blow strong enough for me. My husband said it was just fine. I would highly recommend this hotel for people visiting DC. Both the nightshift and dayshift desk associates have been nothing but wonderful to us during our stay. Very nice and neat place to stay. Staffs are very nice. Breadfast was good. Breakfast area was small. 30 minutes train ride to DC attractions. No good restaurents are close by.

The hotel is aged and needs renovation. The staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was ok. The room itself was quite clean and comfy. The surrounding area did not seem safe to walk around. We had a great stay, the hotel was very clean and very easy to get to. Great hot breakfast along with some cold choices! Free shuttle to the metro which was handy! The metro was nice and close and very easy to go into Washington DC! Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful! We would definietly stay there again!
