Service was good. Cleanliness of room was average and the towels from the previous guest were still in the bathroom after housecleaning had supposedly cleaned.

Hotel was nice, clean and in a decent part of town, really close to restaurants. My only complaint was my room was next to the event room. So Saturday night I was kept up by a birthday party and early Sunday morning I was woken up by a church service. We have stayed here in the past a few times. This time, while ok, was as not up to par as in the past. My room wasn't ready at 6pm (?!?) but since we were going to dinner after check in, it wasn't that big a deal. What WAS a big deal was that there were hairs in BOTH the "clean" towels in my bathroom. Very small, we could hear every movement in the halls, friendly, helpful staff, good location to the International Horse Park. Neighborhood and some of the people in the parking lot and lobby were not great

The price and location were good. We stayed two nights. Was expecting to come back to a tidied room and fresh towels but there was no cleaning service. The heating unit appears to have never been cleaned with all sorts of food and debris in it. Gross. And we stayed on a cold weekend so we had to have contact with the unit.

It was a nice stay the night desk young lady was so pleasant and she had a wonderful attitude and did everything she could to make our stay a wondeful one. The breakfast wasnt the best but it was ok to just put something on your stomach. I was very pleased with the staff, everyone was friendly and very accomodating, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and free wifi, room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others. This is the most terrible experience I have ever had a motel. They didn't clean our room, the breakfast was terrible they ran out of coffee told one older lady to get a cup of hot water and put it in the microwave and make sound instant. Then the pool was down for 3 days because they said some kid got sick in it. However that was after they let people […] swim in it for a day.. The candy machine said use at your own risk no refunds. I got a candy bar out a milkyway choc. right wrong. when I opened it up it was white from being in the machine so long. it was so old. Then they ran out of towels. The maintaince man never came to fix the pool. We came all the way to Georgia from Ohio to see our grandkids and let them swim. They were so disappointed. Dirty room. Floor had not been swept and sheets had not been changed. Clerk went through 2 more to get us a clean one. Manager could not be reached. Kids running, yelling, slamming doors all through the nite. Cards didn't work. No towels left for second nite, had to go to desk to get them. This hotel was a great value for the price. The room was very clean and the furniture very comfortable and new feeling. The whole building seemed to be very well maintained. I will definitely stay here again for future visits to the Atlanta area. My only complaint would be no towels were in my bathroom. for the price I was happily surprised. Ended up across from stairwell door so i kept that door shut. Limited choices on breakfast Everything else was extremely good for the price. Will try to book Microtel if possible in the future.

The staff was not very friendly. Had to wait at the front desk for about 5 mins before anyon came so I could check in and had the same issue at checkout.

Micro meant MICRO which is okay, but when the motel checked me out a day early, I was a little upset. When the error was brought to their attention they did give me another room.

Microtel Inns is a nice, no-frills facility, we were there for a 4-day event so we didn't stay at the facility for a lot of time... BUT, a very large group checked in to the hotel and completely ruined our stay... they trashed the lobby every morning, so much that it was unusable by any other guest, they let their children run through the halls all […] hours of the evening, they cooked offensive smelling foods in the rooms late at night which stunk up everyone else's rooms, and the overall noise level in the rooms over our heads made it impossible to sleep, until 5 a.m. every night... we complained to the front desk about this situation, and other than telling us that the large group was probably not going to be allowed to stay at the facility again, no compensation was offered... they had DOZENS of complaints from other patrons, according to the front desk staff... it would have made me happy if they'd offered even a small compensation to make up for the overwhelming rudeness of this large party, but since nothing was even mentioned, I probably won't use this facility again - there are too many hotels in Conyers where I can spend my money - Mehr

The hotel needs major repairs and new appliances. The bathroom is old and there is only a shower. However the shower,needs to be replace and the water pressure was very low when taking a shower. Checked in and room had no lights, moved to another room and sheets were dirty - had long black hairs on sheets, moved again and room key did not work. This was just a place to go to sleep and store my stuff while I stayed in the Conyers/Covington area. Very close to the Starbucks where I visited every morning. I'd definitely recommend it and it was easy to get around.

SORRY SO LATE. THE ONLY THING I WILL SAY NEGATIVE ABOUT OUR STAY.... THERE WERE DEAD FISH IN THE POND IN FRONT OF THE HOTELS ENTRANCE & A COUPLE DUST BUNNIES ON THE CEILING/WALL IN OUR ROOM....
