Das Hotel liegt sehr gut im Zentrum und man kann alles zu Fuß ablaufen und erreichen. Es ist zweckmäßig, sauber, freundlich und relativ leise (Nebenstrasse). Frühstück hat einige Variationen, allerdings viel wie in USA üblich in Einwegverpackung.

The hotel was easy to get to from freeway and near our conference location which was full. Room was clean and staff friendly and professional. My wife and I stay at hotels very often, and this one was definitely worth it for the price. No valet, you just park your own vehicle, but no big deal. However, there is no in site restaurant. You must cross to the other hotel across the parking lot. The people there were very nice, but, tried to deny us service due to the fact they were very short […] handed and couldn't accommodate our group. Never have I ever been told I couldn't be served due to the restaurant being short handed, even though I actually called in advance to see if they can make room for us. Very disappointing. The complimentary, continental breakfast was quite good, except they didn't offer eggs and yogurt on the weekends. Even if they don't have the staff to make the eggs on the weekends one would think yogurt is no harder to offer than bread. "Nice, comfortable stay"
Hotel appeared to be a 'safe' part of town. Not problems with late check-in. We found our one-room suite to be clean and layout was good, 4 of us in the room and we didn't feel cramped. Bed was comfy, and extra linens were available in the room for the sofabed. Breakfast room was airy and pleasant. Didn't have a lot of tables but since we took food […] up to our room it wasn't an issue for us. Continental breakfast was alright, they had cereals, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, breads, diy waffles. Coffee was blah. Coming in the hotel we heard the train which is mentioned in other reviews. But in our room either there weren't any more trains that passed during the night, or we just didn't hear/notice it. The only hiccup was that I requested for late check-out, and the front desk person(mature indian guy, not the pleasant young indian guy during late check-in) said he will allow late check-out at noon, even though noon is the regular checkout time. II took may parents to a tool show at Cal Expo. Mall and drugstore are only 5 minutes driving. Quiet even though hotel is very close to freeway. Hotel staff were nice and breakfast was decent. Because we stayed for 4 nights, coin laundry was a plus. The room was spacious with full kitchen. We spent very relaxing time. Because it is close to freeway, […] Downtown is not far at all. We enjoyed regular sight-seeing as well as Cal Expo. Hair dryer and garburator were not working too well but we didn't mind it much and hotel called for service right away. We go to the state fair each year and stay 2 nights. We had never stayed at a place that provides a kitchen in the room. We were very happy with the results. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. We like the idea that it is close to the cal expo even though we did drive over. We liked that we felt safe in the area and could find food and a grocery […] store (target) nearby. It helped save money. My husband cooked breakfast and we also ate in for dinner. We just like to relax in our room and let our twin sons play with their toys from the fair. Air con works great! It was hot outside. We would pick this hotel to stay at again, when we go to the state fair next year. oh, can't forget we bought ice cream at the front desk and it was priced right. overall a nice place to stay with a family. there were 4 of us in a room with one queen and a couch (a very tight fit). The roll out couch was less than comfy. We were very pleased with the hotel overall. It was very close to the CAL EXPO and we were even able to walk to the hotel after staying at the state fair. We were also able to get a free shuttle to the fair, if arranged in advance (not advertised, so ask!). We would have liked to have enjoyed the swimming pool (as it was 97 degrees), but it was tiny […] and filled with kids, so we skipped it. But, everything was neat and clean and the complimentary breakfast was great. Our only complaint was that at 7AM we couldn't get a newspaper to read with breakfast, so my boyfriend had to get in the car and drive to find one...the hotel is in a business district and there are no convenience stores nearby at all.
