Im NH Giustinano stimmte alles: Zum Mittelklassepreis gab es ein sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer (hatten allerdings das Angebot zum Upgrade wahrgenommen). Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett sehr bequem. Das Bad war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was erforderlich ist. Das Zimmer war nach erstem Anschein sauber. Der Service war in Ordnung, insbesondere beim Frühstückspersonal hätten wir uns mehr Freundlichkeit gewünscht. Aber das ist nach unserer Erfahrung Rom-typisch. Das Frühstück selbst war vielseitig und schmackhaft (mit Ausnahme des Automaten-Kaffees).

Das Hotel liegt ausserhalb von Rom und ist wirklich sehr günstig über die Bahnstation Pantanella zu erreichen. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand mit Marmorböden und vielen Details, die es schön verzieren. Ein typisches italienisches Früstück ist zu erwarten, das sich in Umfang vom deutschen unterscheidet. Leider haben wir gefühlt das mit Abstand schlechteste Zimmer bekommen, da es im Gegensatz zum gesamten Hotel wirklich sehr einfach eingerichtet war. Aber es war sauber und wir hatten vier schöne Tage in Rom. Empfehlenswert vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir verbrachten insgesamt 4 Tage mit unseren Kindern in Rom. Das Familienappartement des B&B war Ideal für uns. Die Lage In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kolosseum und zur Metro war hervorragend. Der Vermieter ist unheimlich freundlich und hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig gelegen, die Betten waren sehr gut.

Der zweite Flughafen Roms, Ciampino, befindet sich etwa 10 Kilometer südöstlich der Stadt. Auf diesem Flughafen werden hauptsächlich Charterflüge, Billigflüge und Geschäftsflüge abgewickelt, deshalb gibt es hier auch nicht so viele Einrichtungen wie in Fiumicino. Alle 40 Minuten fahren Busse zur U-Bahn-Station Anagnina, von der Züge nur 25 Minuten ins Zentrum Roms brauchen. Zudem stehen Taxis zur Verfügung.

"Hotel Capannelle Top Hotel"
Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht im direkten Stadtzentrum von Rom. Zum Flughafen Ciampino sind es aber nur 10 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Taxi zum Hotel. Durch den Hotel eignen Schuttleservice zur Metro und einer Fahrzeit mit der Metro von 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof Termini, ist die Anbindung sehr gut. Auch mit dem Bus ist das Zentrum schnell zu erreichen. Das Hotel […] liegt in einem Wohngebiet und bietet Ruhe nach einer anstrengen Stadtbesichtung. Der Pool ist aber nur eine Alibi Lösung mit eine einer Seitenlänge von ca. 10x10m und einer Wassertiefe von ca. 90cm kommt kein rechtes Badevergnügen auf. Leider ist das Menü Angebot im Hotel recht teuer (ab 18,-€ ohne Getränke) im Stadtzentrum isst man daher deutlich günstiger (ab 15,-€ mit einem Getränk für vier Gänge). Trotzdem können wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Mehr
"Kellner unfreundlich"
Sehr sauberes Hotel, auch für den kleinen Geldbeutel buchbar. Die Kellner sind sehr unfreundlich zu den Hotelgästen. Schade! Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, die Innenstadt ist aber mit Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen.

"Komfortables Hotel mit guter Verbindung zur City"
Das vom Hotel betriebene Shuttle zur Metro-Station funktionierte zuverlässig. Im Notfall gibt es auch einen Linienbus in der Nähe. Es war wichtig, weil Hotel etwas Abseits von der Stadtmitte liegt. Reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet.
"Preis / Leistung"
Das Hotel ist nur für grosse Reisegruppen die mit Busen unterwegs sind geeignet. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen und daher uninteressant für Rom Besucher. Zimmeerservice lässt zu wünschen übrig. Eine kleine Flasche Wasser 0,25 ltr wird mit 1,50 Euro berechnet !! Das ist keine Werbung.
"Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel"
Das Hotel bietet Nähe zum Flughafen ohne störenden Fluglärm. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption wird neben der Landessprache auch Englisch und Deutsch gesprochen. Der Shuttlebus fährt pünktlich und zuverlässig zur Metrostation. Von dort erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca. 30 Minuten. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, […] der Kaffee ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist noch relativ neu. Toll an diesem Hotel ist der Pool, da man sich nach einem langen Tag in Rom noch ein bischen abkühlen kann. Die Fahrt nach Rom ist mit dem Shuttle-Bus und anschließend mit U-Bahn kein Problem (Shuttle-Bus fährt allerdings nur in der Hochsaison). Uns hat ein bischen gestört, daß man die Fenster und die Balkontüre nicht […] öffnen kann. Und das allerschlimmste: der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist wirklich ungeniesbar. "Gutes und relativ neues Hotel"
Das Hotel ist noch relativ neu. Die Zimmergröße und Zimmerausstattung sind sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war für Italien sehr vielseitig und hatte eine gute Qualität. Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum, aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Hotelshuttle-Bus problemlos erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Location near Ciampino airport and some attractions like Castelli Romani, easy access to main motorways and to nearby Tivoli and Villa Adriana. Abundant breakfast and in site parking.
"RUDE!!! Totally Unhelpful!!"
Enno, one of the front desk staff members, left me stranded ALONE with 7 pieces of luggage!! He wouldn't even call a taxi for me. Prior to booking this room they told me that if I took the train to the Capannelle Station that they would MAKE SURE to get me a taxi to get to their hotel, seeing that I couldn't take a subway or bus with all of the luggage […] that I had. On top of this taxi companies kept hanging up on me too. I desperately needed the hotel to help me!! Enno (RUDE FRONT DESK GUY) had NO problem leaving a woman, who's a foreigner, alone at a deserted train station with tons of luggage! It was a TOTAL nightmare and I was terrified!! BTW, good luck trying to flush the toilets at this hotel too. Mehr

While the hotel is no architectural marvel and located in a boring residential area but everything was fine with our visit - staff friendly, room clean and decently furnished, restaurant reasonable, price reasonable...

the hotel itself is roomy and clean with a very supportive staff - mulit-lingual. The breakfast buffet is great. It is a bit outside Rome proper, however, once one gets used to the public transportation system it is no problem getting into Rome and back.

After booking hotel I was worried that it was too far from city centre, however this was not a problem as there was a bus/metro service which was very good. The cuttle service from the Hotel to the nearest metro station could be improved by having a later one at night as the last one was 18.45. Great hotel a bit far out of rome but can catch bus on the appia road about 500 meters away to metro. Great breakfast and wifi. good for business location and for people with a car as free parking.

The breakfast is awesome. Very clean rooms. Not well located but they offer a shuttle that takes you to the metro station. Form the metro station you can go everywhere for just 1 Euro each way, or you can buy a pass for many day and save even more.

"Great hotel"
Chose hotel because of proximity to Ciampino airport. It was only for one night and we had a rental car. If we go back to Rome we will probably stay at that hotel instead of downtown. The facilities are great and the included breakfast was good and with plenty of variety. Only negative would be distance from downtown and the touris attractions. "Too far away for the unexpected"
I knew would be far away when we booked it, but I thought careful planning around their shuttle bus schedule would keep us happy. When I unexpectly fell sick, it took us 4 hours to get back to our hotel after getting off at the wrong exit from the city bus - as the shuttle wasn't available for a 4 hour period of the day. It was a nightmare and put a […] big damper on my Rome experience. The hotel seems well kept but the beds were really hard and there were no extra pillows in the room. Also, they were out of shampoo which wasn't easy being far from the main area of shopping. The hotel restaurant doesn't have many choices and isn't open late. It also requires a reservation which is pretty silly. The staff was friendly, which was the only plus. There is very little hotel shuttle bus service to and from Campiani airport, which means a cab ride is your only choice - costing 30 euros. If I were to visit Rome again, I'd pay more for a hotel closer to the attractions giving us a break in between all the sight seeing and night life. If you stay out all day you get too burned out by evening. Taking a couple hour break would have been nice - as the sites at night are great and the city is full out tourists and a good time. This hotel just doesnt' work for that schedule. Mehr

Big hotel and conference centre with restaurant. It's away from the City and its history. Hotel's bus will take you to the nearest metro station that was convienient and easy.

"Outstanding hotel, inconvenient location"
The hotel was outstanding. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy. The restaurant and breakfast was very good. The service was excellent. Room was very clean. The only negative is that it is outside the center of Rome and the taxi fare will kill you (about 25 euros one way to get to city center). They do have a shuttle to the Termini during the […] day and city center at night for a reduced price but it does not run that frequently. We were not able to utilize the shuttle to our schedule. There is also a bus that stops close by. Overall, if you can figure out the transportation issue it is a fabulous hotel. Mehr

The only thing that wasn't up to par was the pool that needed a little cleaning. There is a bus stop about 400m from the door, turn left out of the lobby and turn right on the firs street, there is a little market on that corner, buy water and snacks if you want to save some money, straight ahead on the busy street is the buss stop that will take to […] the metro. Great hotel for the price; only issue is that you would want to be aware of is distance from the city center and major tourist sites. There is a convenient bus line that takes you to a near metro station which then will take you right into town near the biggest sites. Cannot fault the hotel. Clean, spacious, nice decor, nice pool, good service. If I had to be picky, the restaurant was pricy & there is nowhere to eat locally. This hotel is far out. "Great hotel with a pool"
We chose this hotel because of the pool and were so glad we did. The location is in a suburb of Rome but easily accesible by bus and subway. There is also a shuttle bus going to the Central train sta, the airport (not Da Vinci) and to the subway, and to a point in downtown Rome. "A great place to relax and also see Rome"
We had already been in Rome for four days and then done a tour of the Amalfi Coast (worth doing but be sure about your driving as the roads can be tricky with plenty of bends to navigate around). It was after this that we returned to Rome for a cuople of days, just to relax from our trip, possibly catch a last brief look a Rome and be close enough to […] the airport so as not to require a lenghty journey and reduce the risk of any hold-ups. This hotel met all our requirements and even had a shuttle bus too and from the airport and Rome. (we didn't use it as we had a hire car, but other guests did and were getting around fine). The hotel is situated about 20 minutes away from the airport, close enough, but not so close that you can hear the planes flying over. The hotel is about two years old and in fine decorative order with all rooms air conditioned - very welcome in the summer heat!. It is located in a nice, leafy, residential part of Rome and within easy reach of a local coffee shop and supermarket if you want to go for a walk or need some extra's for the kids. It has a small pool which is adequate for cooling down after sun bathing and if you prefer to read or chat with friends over coffee, a shaded outside area to relax in. Would we use this hotel again? Definately....in fact we plan to go back to Rome before the year is out and use it for our base. Mehr

this is just another prime example of giving up location for price...the service was great, but was hard to locate and had to take time and money to get to the location of the hotel from downtown, rome.
"Not for everyone"
This hotel is great for those who are willing to pay for every small luxury. It feels very uptight. The staff speak many different languages and are always available to answer questions. I enjoyed the stay, but would not stay here again.

I was a little worried of the location, but it wasn't an issue with the shuttle the hotel provides, they take you to the metro station (cineccitta) several times a day and pick you up, it is a 30 min drive and then another 30 mins to the city in the metro but we didn't miss anything in rome. the shuttle also has 2 services at night to take you and pick […] you up directly from downtown. The breakfast was outstanding, full buffet of everything, and the bar at night provides hors d'oeuvre if you are ordering drinks, and they have a live music and a great pool area. we had a great time. Prisvärt och lätt att ta sig med bussen till Metron Colli Albani. Hotellet erbjuder också en shuttle service men den är ofta full och går inte alltid när man vill åka. Hotellet ligger nära häftiga ruiner av en av Roms äldsta förorter. Vi hittade en bra och prisvärd restaurant ca. 500 m från hotellet som heter Girasole.
