Das Hotel lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Tolle große Zimmer mit allem erdenklichen Komfort. Im Badezimmer sogar ein Whirlpool! Toll wäre, wenn bei der Größe des Zimmers im Wohnbereich das Sofa eine Schlafcouch mit Aufbettung für die 3. und 4. Person eingerichtet wäre. Aber, das ist nur eine Anregung, keinerlei Kritik.Die Lage ist auch klasse, nur ein etwa 150 langer Spaziergang und man ist mitten auf dem Strip. Wenn wir mal wieder kommen, würden wir sehr gern wieder hier wohnen!!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Las Vegas im Trump. Das Hotel hat die 5 Sterne absolut verdient. Es liegt etwas abseits vom Strip, ist sehr ruhig und hat kein Casino, was uns besonders gefallen hat. Daher auch eine Nichtraucherunterkunft. Shuttel zum Caesars Pallace alle 15min, ansonsten ist man aber auch zu Fuss gleich am Strip und kann bequem durch die Fashion Show mall flanieren. Uns hat es super gefallen. Das Hotel erhebt allerdings eine Ressort-Gebühr von 25$ pro Tag. Damit ist aber Internet etc. inklusive.

Sehr Zentral nur der lange Weg vom Parkplatz zum Zimmer ist einfach zu lang.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, leider wurde bei unseren 2 Übernachtungen nach der ersten Nacht wohl vergessen unser Zimmer zu reinigen, ok gibt schlimmeres, man kann ja die Handtücher auch 2x benutzen und da man in Vegas eh erst spät zurück ins Zimmer kommt, gehts halt mal in ein ungemachtes Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel wird zur Zeit umgebaut, wir haben davon aber nichts mitbekommen, das Zimmer war schön ruhig. Da man direkt in der Freemont Street wohnt, kann man, sofern man nicht auf den Vegas Strip möchte, sein Auto stehen lassen und auch mal ein paar Drinks mehr zu sich nehmen. Die Freemont Street hat sich noch ein wenig den ursprünglichen Charme und Charakter von Vegas erhalten, es gibt hier sogar noch einige Casinos, wo man noch mit Münzen in den Slotmachines spielen kann. Wer mehr als nur 1-2 Nächte in Vegas verbringt, sollte sich diesen Teil der Stadt unbedingt auch mal anschauen, es lohnt sich. Wir würden beim nächsten Vegas Aufenthalt in diesem Hote auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten

"Good hotel"
This is a good place to stay where the staff and management made feel welcome
Very nice staff top to bottom. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Fairly nice location with shopping and restaurants within a short drive.

"CONVENIENCE"
The hotel's ammenities offered everything we were looking for in a room and more...Even the furnishings were beautiful...The friendly staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the local surroundings...
"Overall very satisfying stay"
I stayed here for the new years eve weekend with my girlfriend (3nights). Hotels on or near strip was charging arm and leg and lots of hotels were sold out. We got a very good deal and I've stayed at many Hilton brands hotels, so it was a no brainer staying here. Room is very nicely equipped and it was clean and quiet. The only draw was that the iron […] had lots of calcium build up and was leaking and left some temporary stain. Hotel took care of washing and pressing the shirt and replaced the iron. Mehr

"Nice place to stay in Henderson"
We spent 2 nights at this hotel and were extremely pleased with the hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.Just having experienced two weeks in Europe we were very pleased. The staff was very helpful and professional. We visit friends and medical facilities in the area and will make this our future base.
"One bad experience after another"
When I ask for a quiet room upon arrival they gaveme a ground floor room next to parking lot, pool and housekeeping. I tried to argue that this room will be probably noisy. I was then told hotel is relatively empty so it will be ok, only for front desk to put all the families in same block of rooms near housekeeping, which guarantees noise in morning. I […] have a spinal injury and chose this hotel for the natural form sleep beds which are amazing and were even advertised at front desk. The room I was given didn't have this bed. In fact the Mattress was really really bad by any standards, my non injured fiance even said it hurt her back. I had to get a new room at 1am to get a better mattress. This second room had a/c machinery outside window so very loud, so moved to a third room next day. At bed time in third room, we pull back sheets to find hair, a lot of course black hair in the sheets, throughout the whole bed. Really disgusting, so we had to wait up for a second night whilst all the bedding was changed to clean sheets. Our third and final night was the only one where we could go to bed and sleep well. This was supposed to be a romantic anniversapry weekend break. Very disappointed. Day front desk staff were not very sympathetic and treated me with an atitude, as though I was a trouble guest despite being patient and calm throughout all of the problems. Mehr

"Hilton Gardens Henderson - Excellent Facility"
We were blown away by how clean and comfortable the rooms were. This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and I am a season traveler. The service of the staff was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was a great add on.
"Out side of the strip"
This hotel is outside of the strip but only ten minutes away. Very nice and convienent. Minutes away from anything you may want including a big casino within walking distance.The staff was excellent! We couldn't of picked a better place to stay. In fact when we had to move to the "Orleans" I was let down alittle. Better than a 3 star that its advertised […] at. Only con was a man outside from office building leaf blowing at 10:00pm but didn't last long. Food a little pricey. Good breakfast buffet. Mehr
"Great Hotel without the hassles of a casino"
We came down to go to a UNLV football game. We didn't do much but sleep here but the beds and pillows were comfortable and it was clean. We didn't have to walk a mile through a smokey casino to get to our room and the hotel is pretty close to Sam Boyd Stadium (3-4miles). Sunset station is very close if you need a casino.

"Very Accommodating"
The hotel staff was very accommodating to our needs. Had a race on the morning of checkout and got back to the hotel late. Hotel staff let us check out late (we did give them notice) without penalty. Would definitely recommend!

Other than they wanted over $11 for a marginal breakfast, this hotel was a great deal for the money (if you don't count all the taxes Nevada imposes on tourists). It was very clean and off the strip so it was quiet as well. The bathroom is pretty small, but adequate for a nights stay.

Two downsides: We asked about bus service to Las Vegas Strip and the hotel clerk didn't know and didn't offer to find out for us. It turns out there was bus service but we didn't find out until the day we checked out. The Other is the cost of the breakfast -- $11.95. "Great price for a good stay"
Cost of the stay was worth the benefits of this location. Its about 25 minutes away from where the actions is and its ok. The bed was too soft and the air was a little too stuffy for the brand name. Expected a little more from it but over all I would probably go back there for the same deal. I would recommend this location to budget travelers.

I chose this hotel rather than a strip hotel because I was attending a wedding in Henderson. I could not have made a better choice - and I would definitely choose it again. The room was roomy, nice bedding, plenty of towels, glasses (not plastic!), a microwave, frig, iron w/ironing board and a flat screen TV. A small business center with internet access […] and complimentary printing was a nice surprise! Where else in the Vegas area can you find this for a nice rate? If you're heading to Vegas and are renting a car, consider staying here rather than the Strip - it's only 10 minutes away, and nice to get away from the crazy strip noise and traffic. Mehr

"Perfect Stay"
When traveling to Vegas for business reasons this is the perfect stay. Theres no smoky casino in thus building with tacky cocktail waitresses. The location is off the strip but easily accessible to two freeways & a tin of shopping. The hotel staff was very helpful & friendly. I will always stay here when coming to Vegas.

Loved this hotel!!! Only wish their shuttle ran a little later for my late night flight. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect!
"A place to Relax"
If you are looking to stay away from the strip, this is a great location. The strip is in easy driving distance but the Sunset Station Casino is walking distance from the hotel. It doesn't have the glamour of the strip but it was easy to find $5 tables. I found the hotel a great place to relax with very reasonable pricing.

I appreciated staying off the Las Vegas Strip since I was in town for a visit with family in Henderson. The Hilton Garden Inn is 5 years old but looks brand new. ALL the staff were personable and friendly and next time I'm in town I will probably stay there again. The room was impecable. "Good Business Stay"
This isn't a destination hotel, but it's in a posh shopping area next to a casino, and convenient to the airport and car rental. The hotel is new, in very good condition, with extremely helpful staff and modern facilities (fitness center, business center, pool, wireless internet etc.) Perfect for business trips or overnight stays.
