Die Zimmer gleichen mehr einer kleinen Ferienwohnung und sind gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist zentral gelegen. Auto aber unbedingt notwendig. Zum Strand zu Fuß 20-25 Min. Mit dem Auto 5 Min. Einkaufen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für Paare und Familien zu empfehlen.

My stay at Country Club Villas was very nice. It was a little further away from the beach than I expected, but overall it was a very comfortable and quiet stay. I would stay there again.

The condo that we stayed at advertised "ocean view", but the only way to see the ocean was by standing on the suspect looking walkway outside. The inside of the condo, although clean and seemingly updated, it had the air and general stickiness of a low-dollar apartment. The structure itself was rather depressing from the inside and out and the co-residents […] certainly weren't the type that I'd feel comfortable having my kids meet out at the "pool". This place is in a great location in between 17 and bypass 17. There is no resort fee, watch out for those. We were there for a guys weekend and the roomy nature of the place made it easy to keep our golf bags and use the kitchen.

My wife and I took 6 of our grandkids age 4 to 11 and we had a blast. The pool was great and the beach was across the street from our building. Having a washer and dryer in the condo made fast work of wet towels and swim suits. I am already planing a romantic vaction with just my wife in Oct.

My first impression was that it was not a state-of-the-art place to stay...in other words, it did not have the most up-to-date amenities. But, I was looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay, and this met all of those requirements. It was not raggedy, the furniture was well-kept. Everything was provided, from pots & pans to dishwashing liquid […] and soap. The ice-maker was not working, but it wasn't important since all of our drinks were straight from the fridge. I was visiting Pawleys Isl for a two-day golf event. Country Club villas was very convenient and centrally-located for getting to the golf courses and for restaurants for dinner. In addition the suite was larger than I expected. It was extremely clean and comfortable. I'll stay here again.

I'm old and being on the first floor huge for me. This wasn't. This was also one of those places that doesn't have anyone manning a "front desk" after hours, so that can get to be a little tricky.

Great place to stay if you're looking for peace and quiet. Condo and grounds very clean and well maintained. Very close to a number of golf courses and shopping malls. Unfortunately, due to illness, our trip was cut short so didn't get to appreciate all the area had to offer but would definitely return

The price was good. The room was clean but dated. The common shower was smaller than you would expect. I asked for a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms, was given a queen in one and two singles in the other. It was handy having the kitchen.

The stay was very good. WiFi signal was quite weak. All the courses we had booked were 45 min to 1 hr away but that was probably due to insufficient resaerch. Would recomend to others as price was very good.

It was clean but wasn't as nice as I thought it would be. It was supposed to be ocean view, but we really couldn't see the ocean. It was advertised as having a king and queen bedroom, but had a king and two singles. I think the next time I booked something, I would call the facility and ask questions and then book it on Hotels.com.

This is a very good find! It is an older 80's-type condo, but the rooms and grounds are neat and well-maintained. Our condo (a one-bedroom) was extremely quiet, which we enjoyed. In fact, we were so impressed that we requested and were granted an additional night. The unit is located just off U.S. Hwy 17, and is centrally-located to stores and malls […] (the Market Commons is about 6 minutes away) and just a few minutes from the beach. We loved our stay!!!! Great location, the beach was across the street, with beach access. The room/condo was clean and comfortable. No house keeping unless you pay extra but you get pretty much everything you need for your stay(full kitchen & washer/dryer). I would recommend you bring extra trash bags, towels and laundry detergent if you have a bunch […] of guests staying for more than a night. We had 9 people so the 4 towles and 2 trash bags and 2 laundry detergent packs provided, went quick(you have to wash your towles, you dont get extras). Coffee drinkers bring coffee too, only get 1 pack unless you wanna buy more for a doller each at the check-in place. To us that was no big deal, just giving people a heads up when booking their stay. Over all we had a great stay and are already planing the next trip!!!!! Mehr

My family stayed here for a quick trip to the beach. Villa was clean, refrigerator, and appliances were also clean. We had7 kids including my neice and nephews so this hotel was the perfect size for us. I would stay here again if I'm ever traveling to Myrtle Beach.

The location was difficult to find. The overall stay was ok. The shower head in the Master bathroom needs fixing. I suggest your check hrs be earlier than 8:00 am. Had to contact security to ask where we should leave our key.

Clean rooms, microwave was not working but was fixed promptly. Mattresses are a little dated, but otherwise no problems. Would recommend it for families. Would stay again.

Negatives: Showers need to be upgraded and grounds between units are unappealing to the eye. Late check in and early check out (4 pm and 10 am) Positives: Plenty.... 1) Great staff, called and checked on room and checked in almost an hour early. Only took 5 minutes to check in and everything was clearly explained 2) Was expecting less for the price […] but our party of 10 was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the room. 3) Great location... 4 minutes from Surfside beach, about 10 to 15 minutes from Boardwalk at Myrtle Beach (never had a problem with getting to and from destinations). Needed a weekend getaway for four adults in the Surfside Beach area. This place was an answer to our prayers. Clean, comfy, convenient and reasonable. Will definitely consider coming when we have more time.

The location of the condo was good,but the unit we stayed in needed alot of repair. The front doorframe was rotted. The refrigerator door was broken. If we needed anything had to call front desk because housekeeping and maintainence didn't respond. Shower head needed replaced then the shower leaked through the wall and needed fixed. The pull-out sofa […] was very uncomfortable. We also had to wash our own towels because there was a charge for midweek housekkeeping. All in all not a good experience. The property is nothing spectacular, but it was fine for 5 guys during bike week. It's fairly close to all the action in Murrel's Inlet and convenient to grocery stores. Since the buildings are on stilts, all parking is under the building, which provides very good cover from the weather. over all it was a great stay...we were here for bike week, but this place was very quiet and out of the way...yet close enough to get to Myrtle Beach, Atlantic Beach etc...rooms were nice size and floor to ceiling windows gave plenty of light...covered pool & hot tub were awesome...the kitchen was nice & had everything you needed...maybe it was me, […] but I thought the living room looked bigger in the pic...still, no disappointments...I would definitely stay here again... one thing though the power went out the morning of our check out...obviously that wasn't their fault, but the maintenence and cleaning staff seemed a little on edge and was kinda rushing us so they could into the room and get it ready for the next person...i'm sure having no power made their job more difficult, but still... The condo had not been updated one bit since 1980. The South Western look went out of style 20 years ago. Everything had an old, musty smell. The shower curtain was glued together with thick mold. The bed felt like a brick and the pillows were the worst quality ever. It was an expensive stay for a crappy room. The pool was nice.

This turned out to be a wonderful experience. It was BikeWeek in Myrtle Beach, they allowed us , as well , as other bikers to "ride on in". The units are fantastic! Very accommodating.....Will definitely return next year.
