Als Vorübernachtung für eine Kreuzfahrt völlig o.K. zumal das Hotel den kostenlosen Busshuttle stellt. Falls man zu Fuß Richtung Las Olaz Blv. geht, sollte man schon darauf achten, wer in der Umgebung rumläuft ( im Dunkeln besser mit dem Taxi fahren), da einige Obdachlose rumhängen.Aber das ist ja in Deutschland auch nicht anders. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse o. K.

In dieser Preiskategorie sicher eines der besten Hotels. Saubere und moderne Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Einzig negativ ist die Poolanlage. Mobiliar verbraucht und lädt nicht zum planschen ein. Pool ist auch sehr klein. Habe keine Gäste gesehen die sich dort aufgehalten haben. Aber ansonst sehr zu empfehlen da in kurzer entfernung(3min. Fußweg) Supermärkte, Restaurants und andere Geschäfte vorhanden. Von 6 Hotels in dieser Preisklasse die wir in Florida besuchtt haben, eindeutig das beste Hotel.

Sehr schönes Eckzimmer, hell, riesen Bett. Alles sehr sauber. Absolutes Problem ist das Frühstück. Nur 2 Tische für das gesamte Hotel, mussten 2 Morgen im Zimmer frühstücken (ansonsten kein Platz). Zu Fuß ca. 15Minuten zum Meer, Parkplatzgebühren sehr moderat.

1 Übernachtung unserem Weiterflug ab Fort Lauderdale, Hotel ist ca. 10 min vom Flughafen entfernt, war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut: Bagel, Waffeln, Müsli usw. Können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Lediglich die Umgebung des Hotels war nicht so schön, hat was von einem Industriegebiet.

"Super Strandlage"
Das Hotel entspricht den Erwartungen, es ist ein Inn und der Preis gerechtfertigt. Wer ein Luxuszimmer und alles tip top erwartet ist hier nicht richtig. Die Lage ist superschön, man kann morgens im Ozean schwimmen, am langen Strand joggen oder einfach nur den Blick genießen. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber ok. Oceanfront rooms sind wesentlich teurer! Das Hotel ist vergichen mit anderen Hotels in Florida etwas älter aber in gutem Zustand man merkt dass sieses Hotel auch Gäste hat wenn man sich nicht so anstrengen muss. Aber alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft mit gutem kleinen Früstück.

After staying at the Waldorf Astoria in Key West…I must say that this little bed in breakfast was our favorite out of the two. Checking in to the hotel was a pleasure because the sweet girl from Indiana named Erin was very friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty. Anglies Pier is in walking distance and has nightlife and good food. Its only 20min away from the Airport using A1A, making it a great last stay before you leave town. when we arrived, the check- in clerk.. dark brown hair. was not at all welcoming.. and very unfriendly.... did not even say welcome or hello.. .. a lady with dark red hair was always friendly and courteous. as were the maids...... the buildings are in dire need of maintenance and major repairs.and a very thorough cleaning.. awniings were torn, paint […] peeling , cracks in outside mortar..one day we had no water for more than a few hours.. we nearly located another place to stay ,luckily our water was on when we returned to our room later that day..... our bed was comfortable and the quilt was lumpy..... however the view on our balcony was just beautiful.. .. i could watch the sun rise over the ocean every morning and the view all day was terrific.. the man cleaning pool was always at work , cleaning the pool area.. The hotel was older than it looks on line and badly in need of a makeover unfortunately we had pay for our stay in advance not the normal deposit and balance when leaving--sign at checkin-- "NO Reunds" It's a three story building with no elevator. If it was not on the beach with a million dollar view it would have been a total disaster. Renee at the […] front desk was helpful and friendly, we witnessed her having to bear the brunt of dissatisfied guests. The maintenance man Dean was responsive to any problem we had with our room, the cleaning people were satisfactory also. The TV's in our rooms had local channels in in English and Spanish, no premium channels no FOX or CNN, internet reception in our room worked sometimes the Lobby had a stronger signal and all the major TV channels. Rooms are clean and adequate. Great beach location, that is worth the visit alone. Customer service had a lot to be desired, not very helpful or friendly. But I would recommend this hotel due to pool, beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Left by 10:00 pm - disgusting! after we found a dead spider under the pillow, dirty sheets, a lizard and a roach...I wish I was lying.....ruined a very special get away!

This is a typical older Florida beach hotel. Very old and not well maintained. Don't stay here for the service, or the breakfast, or the comort of the room because they aren't very good. Paint was chipping on the walls, tiles missing on the floor, pipes run through the room when they added sprinklers etc. Stay here because it is a low rise (no elevators!) […] three story building among towering condos and has a quant feel and is right on a fabulous beach. There is a grocery story and drug store a short walk away. The hotel room had the smallest microwave I have ever seen, but did have a working mini fridge. Some rooms have full kitchens. I got a six pack and enjoyed brewski on the beach without worrying about driving or even crossing the street. You step right out of the pool area onto the beach where they have some lounge chairs that you can drag out to the waters edge. The beach is probably 100 YDS of clean white sand from the hotel to the water, and miles of beach in both directions. Summary, Location, location, location! Right on the beach. "Came for the beach....not the cable."
I'm always up for some type of adventure. Let me tell you that staying in this hotel was a total adventure. My boyfriend and I were looking for a quick local getaway and decided to stay here to enjoy the beach....of which we did. The hotel is small and very homey. We checked in with a very nice receptionist. She gave us a key (old school key, not the […] fancy card type keys you get at the newer hotels) and gave us directions to our room. We had a studio with a kitchenette. The top lock did not lock from the outside ONLY from the inside. I felt safer leaving my valuables (computer) in the car. The room left something to be desired. It was very old fashioned. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked (there was a wood plank between the mattress and the box spring.) There was no cable television. BUT, the room some what kind of clean (my boyfriend found a petrified giant roach under the bed). The bathroom was clean. The kitchen was good. Our room faced the pool. (AVOID at all cost...the walls are paper thin and we could hear everything by the pool.) We did not check out the breakfast, but the beach was literally in the backyard. It was so amazing to sleep throughout the night and hear the ocean and wake up in the morning to hear the ocean. All the restaurants are walking distance. Defintely walk on the ocean to get there...you'll love it more. If you would like to have coffee in the morning, I would suggest bringing your own coffee maker as there is none in the room or walking BEACHSIDE OF COURSE to any of the local restaurants. Overall, would I come here again HELL YESS!!! My boyfriend will need some convincing. After all, I am the adventurous one. "Little Inn -beauty all around"
The Little Inn was very convenient and beautiful in that it was right on the beach and had a magnificent view of the ocean. The room had flaws but was OK. For anyone who is handicapped, make sure to ask for a room on the first floor, there are no elevators. Continental breakfast is packaged goods, but adequate.

We started in a double room, nothing special. We upgraded to the beach view room, wow. A million dollar view with a balcony, in Lauderdale by the Sea which is a real gem.

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel, only about 50 rooms, nice small pool with palm trees and the ocean right at your feet. Perfect location....was trying to check out, no one was in the office...had to go back to the room and leave the key and then call them later. Dead bolt did not work from the outside, the door had a little bathroom lock on the door, felt a little uncomfortable leaving my belongings. The room was nice and clean. The service was terrible. Help was surley. One bath towel per person, no wash cloth, no hand towel, phones don't work, and smoke alarm out of order. Breakfast ok, and the beach was beautiful. Highly overpriced!
The location is beautiful. The rooms and the facility need to be up dated. Some of the staff were quite accomodating, others, not so much.

Ther were so many bad things about this hotel that to list them all I would have to write a book. Suffice it to say it was one of the worst experiences in hotel living we have ever had. The best thing they could do about this place is pull it down.

I read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel and found out they were wrong. If you're used to staying at a 4 star hotel this is not the place for you.The location is perfect, right on the beach and the pool area was beautiful. They had cushioned sofas and chairs and the pool is surrounded by palm trees. The pool and rooms were clean and the beds […] were firm but comfortable. We went in December and it was practically deserted but we were able to enjoy the pool and have the beach to ourselves. The continental breakfast wassimilar to ones weve seen elsewhere .They had bread, cereal, yogurt , pastries, muffins, juice , coffee and tea. We prefer a hot breakfast so we ate out but if youre on a budget the breakfast was a good option. We enjoyed our time there and would defintely reccommend this hotel. Mehr

The hotel was probably great in its' day, but there is a lot of wear both outside around the pool and in some rooms. There are 2 Little Inns, one at the main complex and one next door. The air conditioning system had 2 settings, on and noisy or off. We opted to go with the overhead fan. The pool furniture was old and worn. Many of the lounges were broken. In spite of the short comings, the location is right on the beach and just a short walk to stores and restaurants. If your not concerned with brand, this is a very nice cheap little hotel that has a great pool, is right on the beach and is walking distance to many bars and restaurants....its not fancy nor upscale but if you want quiet with your partner and just want to relax, stay here

We stayed at this Bed & Breakfast for 4 nights. Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable (I must say I'm really picky). Bathroom though really needs to be renovated. Mirror is made for 6 feet tall person. But hey, you go there to sleep and overall it is perfect. Employees were very helpfull whenever we needed something but having to ask for toilet […] paper and towels every day was a bit annoying. Wireless internet connection was worst than bad and not acessible from our room. You do not necessarily want to go by the pool or in the lobby to go on you computer. and this, when it was working, which wasn't the case most of the time. This could easily be fixed by hotel management and would not cost a fortune. At worst, they could charge a small fee to guests, I'm sure they wouldn't mind! Continental breakfast was ok if you don't mind eating wrapped food (muffins, bread). Personnally, I did not mind as I do not require eggs every morning. Fruits would have been nice though. But, hey, restaurants are from walking distance, so... Pool is ok, nothing to say about it as I did not go there to swim in a pool. A bar would have been nice! Not only for alcool but for soft drinks, juice, etc. There is one vending machine but if you don't have change, you're screwed. Bit of advice, go to a grocery store and stack on water, juice, etc. It's cheaper! You can then put it in the small fridge in your room. Let's go to the very positive side now. Location is great. A few steps and you're on the beach, which is private. You just have to grab your chair and towel ( which they provide you for free) and drag them to the beach and you're on for a wonderful day! If you want some place to rest your head at night this is fine, if you can find clean sheets. Amenities were not as advertised. Excellent location and other guests were great.

The overall experience with the hotel was great, had a wonderfull time with my girlfriend. Love the fact that from their pool i take 10 steps an am standing on the sand, the are was privite away from the public access to the beach.

It is a diamond in the ruff. It is beautiful. Quiet and relaxing. It is right on the ocean, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. IF you want to party this is not the place for you. It is undergoing renovations but it is still a great place to stay. We are already making plans to visit again.

We had to request our room be cleaned late in the afternoon, since nobody bothered to clean it beforehand (maid reported her key didn't work, but room was cleaned the day before!). She refused to stay "late" to clean, but another maid stepped up. However...it was uncomfortable, because management was disciplining the first maid in front of us. We did get our room cleaned, but had to find Shawn to bring toilet paper later. The laundry room/cleaning supply room always had the door open and it looked like a third world country....very gross.... Oh...and the breakfast! I don't think it is fair to call it that...there were two packages of bagels and a pot of pretty undrinkable coffee and a jug of juice. There wasn't any butter or cream cheese or jam for the bagels. It was more like what you would find in a hotel lobby as complimentary...we didn't partake in the breakfast at all. But...all in all....we liked the place! Bed was pretty comfortable. Beach was amazing. And cost of this room was about 50% compared to neighboring boutique hotels. I hate to love it here, but I did. I'd go back again.... Mehr
