Auch wenn die Zufahrt zum Hotel schwer zu finden war und das angeschlossenen Parkhaus erst ab ca. 17.30 Platz bot, da die umliegenden Büros Feierabend machten, waren wir mit allem anderen sehr zufrieden. Nache des Zentrums gelegen. Preis-Leistung O.K. Freies WiFi im Zimmer.

Well the hotel is in walking distance from the main train station or called Gare. I drove and the parking structure below the hotel was closed. The front desk gave me horrible directions to a nearby garage. I found one on my own that ended up being cheaper than the 18 euro and just across the bridge. The second bed is a pullout which I was not aware […] of. The front desk was not very helpful on making a reservation for a nearby restaurant and so I did it in person. So this is a very business like hotel. I took the speedy breakfast for 10 euros. The girl working there was really sweet and helpful; even asked if I wanted my milk heated for the coffee. I could have used her when I checked in. And I am fluent in French even though the hotel staff speak English. I will try another hotel the next time I stay in Luxembourg. Mehr

This hotel was nicely furnished and very clean. They seemed to be very kid-friendly despite the obvious lean toward business travelers. Since we stayed over the weekend, there weren't many businessmen in suits - except the couple stragglers leaving on Friday afternoon. The rooms are small, but efficient. The beds are low and not very comfortable, but […] the staff did have the sofa bed pulled out to make a second bed for our son upon arrival. It was by far the smallest hotel room we've ever stayed in, but we didn't feel cramped at all. The breakfast was excellent with hot dishes as well as cold. Fresh fruit, tea, coffee (with chocolate offered in a carafe), many breads and cheeses. German, American and French foods all offered. The staff speaks French but are fluent in English as well. A couple staffers preferred to speak only French. Some knew quite a bit of German. The location is great, although a bit inside the business district. It is necessary to walk over the Alzette river bridge to get to the main part of town. But, it's only a 10 minute flat easy walk with many shops and people on the way to look at. The Grund district is a 5 minute walk down a steep street. Parking is a bit of an issue, as their entrance to the parking garage is under construction. It is necessary to drive a few blocks away and enter in another garage entrance. And the parking fee is a bit steep. Overall, we would stay again. We felt the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels we reviewed. And it was nice and quiet being a few blocks away from the main town square. Very few tourists. Mehr

Fantastic hotel, great service, the breakfast was to die for and fantastic location, a must for anyone heading to Luxembourg!!

Very convienent location close to all tourist site stayed with my young children and had plenty of space in the rooms and nice modern and clean hotel, would recommend as child friendly.

We stayed in four different novotels during our trip to Europe and this was the cleaniest and nicest as everthing else in Luxembourg. Free wireless and nice breakfast. We had a very competitive rate for a superior room. Kids get toys during check in and there is a xbox station in the lobby. Great for family vacation and business trips

Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable clean hotel and rooms. Everything worked super well. The neighbourhood was a little bit boring and not so beautiful, not in the center, but luckily you can walk to the centre in 10 minutes. Overall, definitely worth going!

Good quality business hotel, conveniently located for railway station and city centre

Everything was great except for the air conditioning and circulation in the room... We ask for some assistance but we just were told that it was working fine...

There is a parking garage nearby, which was not too expensive, so that was convenient. Also, this hotel is not so far from the bridge down to the casemates, to which we walked. It is also within walking distance to the shopping, flea market, restaurant areas, which was nice. We felt safe in the neighborhood and very comfortable in the hotel. Highly […] recommend! Mehr

This hotel was new and very nice for business or leisure travel, i stayed on this occasion with my wife and two children and while the breakfast is a little pricey it is well worth taking the option as the quality is great and service top notch.

Fantastic hotel - friendly helpful staff and good value. Good public underground carpark close-by with favourable rates. Excellent base from which to explore the old town.

It is within walking distance of the city center and provides clean, ample rooms. Courteous staff readily available to assist. WiFi connectivity is available and provides adequate bandwith for most tasks...

very pleasantly surprised ---beautifully clean , comfortable room (except for the pillows ---rather hard !) , staff very helpful. Restaurant ;- very good breakfast , and dinner was first rate .Staff extremely pleasant and efficient--------would definitely recommend to friends

I stayed this hotel with my husband and my son for two night. The hotel service was very good. The room was clean and good size for 3 people. The breakfast quality was more than we expected. We could walk to the old town and the place was safe. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Very helpful when we requested some milk for our coffee in our room - didn't realise that there was powdered coffee whitener with our sachets. Parking was directly under the hotel.

This hotel is easy to find. I traveled by car with GPS with no problems. There is an independent Parking garage located below the hotel. The hotel is not located in the City Center but it is in walking distance. The staff were really friendly and the hotel room exceeded my expectations. One thing that was stated on previous post was about the docking of the room key (located on the wall by the door) when you enter the room. This control the lights. No one told me about this but I knew because I read other postings. I later found out that the next hotels I stayed at does the same thing for energy conservation. It is very hard to find rooms that can accomadate three people in Europe. I was traveling with my husband and fourteen year old son and did not want to pay for two rooms. This is the main reason I chosed this hotel. They have rooms with sofa beds. The room was large enough to accomadate a double size sofa bed and a queen size regular bed but maybe small by western standards. The bathrooms were nice done with the toilet separate from the shower. I had some concerns about the bathrooms after reading previous post about the bathrooms. The doors are frosted paned french doors leading to the shower area. We could not see each other (shadow or otherwise) while showering. If you are getting dressed in front of the door you "might" see a silhouette. I didn't experience any problems with the doors personally. The hotel rooms are clean and decorated in modern Ikea like furnishing. I will definitely stay here again. Mehr

Tavanomaista Novotel-laatua: persoonaton, erittäin siisti bisneshotelli. Ystävällinen ja avulias vastaanottohenkilökunta. Ihan hyvä aamupala, mutta ei erikseen ostettuna pyydetyn hinnan arvoinen alkuunkaan. Hotelli noin kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta ja keskustasta. Nous avons passé deux jours très agréables à l'hotel novotel centre de Luxembourg .Son seul défaut : si agréable que l'on a du mal à le quitter pour aller visiter la ville! De plus l'hôtel offre la possibilité de se restaurer pour un excellent rapport qualité/prix ,les petits déjeuners ,certes assez chers,si on ne prend pas la formule "inclus dansle […] prix de la chambre" sont d'une qualité et d'un choix excellents. Just stayed for 1 night, family of 4. Little small family room. But ok for 1 night. Nice bathroom. Smart parking basement, only to bad that it was not included in the prize. Not to far to walk into the center to find a restaurant, but nothing around the hotel. Not much to do around the hotel in general. Had some trouble finding the place, but this […] is the fault of the GPS in the car and not the hotel. The GPS insisted that the hotel was on the other side of the street and we could not see it until on the third passing when we came the other way and then it was much easier to spot. ok hotel med rigtig god service, god morgenbuffet samt inden for ca 15 min. gåafstand fra byen.

eccellente hotel, ad un prezzo contenuto. unici difetti: non centralissimo per la visita della citta' vecchia che comunque e' raggiungibile a piedi ed il costo eccessivo della colazione

Een mooi hotel en goed onderhouden. Doch de vriendelijkheid vooral van het ontbijtpersoneel kan beter. Het ontbijt lijkt mij erg duur. 20 € voor een ontbijt is ruim overdreven.Bovendien zijn er twee formules, wat ook heel ongewoon is. men zou beter één soort formule doen aan een betaalbare prijs. Parking is ook nogal duur.

Her er alt hvad man kan begære. Effektiv betjening og en glimrende central beliggenhed. Ankomst til hotellet kan være vanskelig. Tilkørselsforhold er præget af en gade med megen trafik og ingen mulighed for lige at holde ind og få et overblik. Der er et underjordisk p-anlæg under hotellet, men det kan være fuldt optaget og hotellet har ingen pladser […] her. Når den panik er overstået fungerer resten fint. Mehr

Familie på 4, med to tenåringer bodde helt fint på familerom. Flott frokost, som ikke var inkludert. Kostet 20 euro pr pers, men "barn" var gratis, selv om de er ugdommer. Flott. 10 min å gå inn til "sentrum" Rolig og greit område. Parkeringshus rett under hotellet, kostet ekstra

I stayed here because I was running the Luxembourg Marathon. We stayed in a 3 bed room, the room was ample size but I could have used some more shelf/closet space for the clothes. Apart from that a nice hotel with a comfy hotelbar as well.

A 10-12 mn à pied de la ville haute, le Novotel Centre constitue une base pratique pour un séjour touristique à Luxembourg. Il est accueillant, tant par son décor (très réussi) que par son personnel. Le petit déjeuner, compris dans le tarif de la chambre (chambre supérieure -City Breaks pour 2 adultes et 1 adolescent), était irréprochable. Possibilité […] de parking soit à l'hôtel, soit dans la rue derrière le Laboratoire, où l'on peut stationner gratuitement entre 18h et 8h et pour un prix moindre pendant la journée (stationnement limité à 3 heures).
