If you are an “intrepid” healthy young person not concerned about accommodations or support facilities, just a convenient location on the beach, then this property is for you. However, if you are family traveling with children the elderly or infirmed, you should reconsider heavily choosing this property for a number of reasons. Check in – The first […] and most important thing to understand about this property is it is part of a collection of properties on the beach managed from a single location and it is somewhat of a challenge to find the registration desk. The clerks are clearly untrained and rely heavily on support from someone by phone off the property who manages guest reservations for a number of properties under several different names. Locating a specific reservation requires knowing what specific property you booked under; and in my case, booking under a specific property does not mean you will be staying at that property. Property’s General Condition – These properties are classic 1950’s Florida style construction designed for “snowbirds” who generally intend to stay for extended amounts of time. I stayed in two different rooms and they were both equipped with cooking facilities which is typical in a property such as this. The buildings overall are shabbily kept at best though the landscaping and the pool areas are very pleasant. Accessibility - The buildings are “old” and not designed under any kind of ADA standards. If you are wheelchair bound or have trouble transversing up and down steps or trouble seeing in poorly lighted areas then you might want to reconsider staying here. The property is squarely “on the beach” which is pleasant if that is your number one consideration. However, that brings with it some special conditions if the weather turns unsavory and you don’t mind the presence of blowing sand in everything. The location is outstanding and the view terrific. The hotel rooms are VERY disappointing (the first room we were is was hideous, but after complaining, we were moved to a much better room). The breakfast bar is worthless. We ate out instead. They failed to clean our room one day, and when we arrived, all the towels in the first room we had were on […] the floor and wet. Not sure what that was all about. Price was very attractive and view was great, but I wouldn't return. Mehr

I only stayed for a night but I have no complaints. When we arrived my assigned room smelled like a smoker had stayed there before and the front desk was very accommodating and just handed me keys to another room with a smile and an apology for my inconvenience. The location is adorable and you cant beat the view. A huge plus for me was a 2pm checkout […] which allowed me to enjoy the beach for the afternoon and not worry about having to rush out. Mehr

Building is older than most, but well kept, workers constantly cleaning the grounds. Cant beat the price for right on the beach.

A Little In Too is located at the beach in a quiet area with walking distance to nice resturants. If you interested to have your breakfast near the sea and have the beach just outside your door, this is the place to stay.
