We found our room to be comfortable. Bed was just right. Pillows were a little skimpy. It was clean but dated. Bathtub did not drain well so we were standing in ankle deep water as we showered. Was in town for a two day event and chose this place for it's close vicinity and price. The rooms seemed decent and clean, room service actually came by and cleaned once otherwise they were non existent in our stay. Breakfast was supposed to be included but they never served it for us early birds (5am) so we never got any. The bathroom was the worse […] part of the room; our shower made this horrendous noise when using it unless you turned it down to almost a trickle then it was quiet. The drain was rusted and the moldy - no way I was ever taking a bath in that thing. Had the cops there the first night we stayed but otherwise it wasn't too noisy. They really need to update their rooms, at LEAST fix the bathrooms. I've paid less for better experiences, but otherwise decent place to sleep versus the roach motel. Mehr

We have stayed at better hotels for the price but this was ok. The room was in disrepair and the heat didn't work although we didn't really need it. The bed was fairly comfortable. Most everything is outdated. The continental breakfast filled us up but again, have had better. Probably will not stay here again.

Our stay was short, but good. We arrived late and left early. We had a small problem with our keys not working twice, but the hotel staff was helpful. The continental breakfast was nice. My only complaint would be about the size of the bathroom: there was little room to turn around! Some extra room might have been nice.

We liked the layout of the room 3 BR suite - means 3 bedrooms in 1 room. Worked well for a family of 5. However, hotel is stuck in the 80's - everything needs to be updated. There is no fitness room - we had to ask them to unlock the fitness room - it was a disaster room. Parking was terrible. Housekeeping was Terrible. They didn't even pick up the dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom, just ones under the sink. Had to ask everyday on the 4 night stay for additional bath towels. Lighting was always blinking like a slow strobe light and was asked to be fixed twice and was never fixed properly. Not only were we accused of smoking in the nonsmoking room we requested. leaks in the bathroom hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. the lady behind front desk wasn't very pleasant. overall i would NOT recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and the size of them were unbelievable. We had a double room and it was like a mini suite. It was like being at home. Two down falls that may prevent us from coming back, the payment policy and the lack of a quiet time policy. We were told on hotels.com that we would not be charged until we checked out, however the day before we […] were to arrive the money was taken from our account. We didn't get paid until the day we arrived and there was no money the day before, we risked bounce check fees. It should be clearly stated this would happen. On the second night of our stay, a group came in of bikers. they took up four rooms and were going back and forth between them being very loud. We went to the front desk to complain and were told they had no quiet policy and this group could "party all night and make as much noise as they wish". Hotel didn't look the greatest. Room was very old looking. Small bathroom. Cheap and small tv. The room door seems like it could be broken in very easily. Didn't feel safe. And very expensive. I was very dissapointed. And they didn't have the room I reserved online. Why put it online if you don't have it? Very disappointed. Waste of money and time.

Check in was impossible because I arrived within an hour of the "check in" time. I decided to wait. Watched the clerk check in two others before the " check in" time. When it finally was check in time, I was told I still couldn't get to my room, but I could feel free to talk to the cleaners about when it might me ready. The rooms are not vacuumed, nor […] new spreads on bed, FYI. I had a nice bobby pin laying right in front of the bathroom upon arrival. Dont look under the beds, unless you forgot to bring candy.....If the cost was half of what I paid, I would still not go back there ever. Poor and outdated to say the least. ran from 6-9. Might like to see a bit longer. also at 8:40, most pastry was gone, and basically it was cold or hot cereal, white toast or waffle. they did have fruit.. overall a nice place to spend a night and move on. Not a destination. good rate, good bed, clean. bathroom a bit out dated.

The hotel was conveniently located, close to the expressway and downtown, but not too close. The rooms were clean and comfy, but could use some updating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continential breakfast wasn't impressive, but good enough if you wanted coffee/juice and a mini donut. I would definitely return.

The Inn had a good continental breakfast and the room was clean. Overall the Inn was average for a short stay nothing to set it apart from other Inns in the same price range.

If you are looking for a cheap one, two night stay, this would be your place and that is exactly what I used it for. There were stains on the couch from wear. The smell of cleaning fluid was abundant. The bed was very cheap and not very comfortable. Bathroom and sink were very nice...just strong on the "clean" smell. Terrible place to stay for a night. Uncomfortable beds, dirty room- we opened the door and it looked like the door had blood on it? They did come to clean up the door right away. I do not recommend this to anyone!

Nice hotel at a very reasonable price. The only disappointment was the advertised "Extended Continental Breakfast". Minimal options. No muffins or bagels, powdered or chocolate covered mini donuts, toast, two kinds of cold cereal( one container was emptied so fruit loops were the only option. Limited fruit. Our room was clean, but smelled. The beds were not comfortable at all. Overall it was kind of gross. LaCrosse is hard to find a reasonable price hotel I guess.

parking area is tight to get into, with not enough stalls. When I returned in the evening I had to park by the dumptster behind the hotel (no stall, just out back). the room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was the smallest I've seen. There was one partial roll of toilet paper left with only about 20 sheets, although there was a full […] roll in reserve, this was very tacky looking. There were only 2 small bath towels; not enough for 2 adults to dry off nicely. the continental breakfast was ok. I do not think this is America's best value. Mehr

For the price, not a bad hotel. The people at the front desk were not all that friendly though. Our room was very spacious and in decent condition. Walgreens, BK, and McDonalds in walking distance, a big plus. If you're on a budget then not a bad place to stay at in LaCrosse. Close proximity to airport as well.
