We were very pleased with this Embassy Suites. Newly remodeled, clean, wonderful breakfast buffet and manager's reception. Great experience!

My husband and I love the hotel. It was home away from home for us. It was very quiet and secluded. Beautiful scenery to watch from the balcony. The free breakfast buffet was great to. The next time we go to Tucson we will most definately stay there. This will be our Tucson hotel for now on.

We've stayed in Embassy Suites in the past and expected newer, more modern rooms ... these were dark, small and old; however, they were clean and the staff was accommodating. The breakfast is always plentiful and well prepared.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. The breakfast provided is very good.

Very nice and clean. Happy hour and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Room is nice, although a little tight and so many doors. But, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

This is our second stay here. The staff is great and always helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and we especially love the ceiling fans! It is a bit of a drive from our main reason to be there (U of A), but the slightly higher elevation makes for beautiful views (and quiet). We will certainly choose this hotel again in the future. This is the best Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at. The room didn't follow the standard Embassy Suites layout but there was plenty of room for my wife, 2 kids and I. It has a great outdoor pool and jacuzzi and the happy hour and breakfast were outstanding. The surrounding area has a bunch of high end shopping and restaraunts. It would have been convenient […] if it was closer to the interstate, but it was well worth the diversion. Check in time of 4 PM was a little late and the room wasn't ready at 4 but overall this is a great hotel. Mehr

Very nice hotel.; Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Only negative is no wifi in the rooms. Otherwise a very nice place

This is an awesome facility. It is new, modern and up to date. A fully cooked breakfast and manager's reception are added benefits. The staff is helpful and courteous. This is a wonderful vacation spot.

We were traveling across the country and found this hotel for a reasonable price. The great amenities and courteous staff made up for the less than desirable location. The surrounding neighborhood was fine. It was just quite a ways from the freeway but the drive was worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Paloma Village and would certainly stay there again. Only one minor problem- sticky stuff (jelly or syrup, maybe) on counter and carpet near the sink, but called the from desk and they got it cleaned up. Everything else was outstanding... the pool/jacuzzi, breakfast, manager's reception, parking, ...

I only stay at Embassy Suites when I take vacations and have always had fabulous service. Even though we had room keys we were questioned by the bar tender if we were actual quests at the Managers Reception. It was a very humiliating and discriminating experience. The Hotel is very small and compact for an Embassy suites Hotel. Pool area has no shade […] what so ever and is very small. I am accustomed to lush greenery and large pools at Embassy Hotels. We were extremely happy with the service. Particulary, we found when we got home that we had left a portable DVD player in a bedroom door. We called the hotel 3 days later, and they found it and were willing to send it to us (my son was still in town so he went to pick it up). I very much appreciated their honesty!

The location is excellent, the property looks new, the happy hour is one of the best I've seen at an Embassy Suites. There were a couple of annoyances that could be easily fixed. One is that they have only one rollaway bed for the entire hotel. My family (2 adults, 2 kids) found that most inconvenient since one of us had to sleep on the floor each night […] we were there. Also, housekeeping was cleaning the elevator during the time that the breakfast was going on. Not so bad except that she kept the elevator locked on one floor while we waited a really long time on another floor. We finally found the stairs and discovered the problem. A little managment intervention and this could be a great hotel. Mehr

This was one of the best Embassy suites we have stayed in. It was so comfy and clean! It was a little hard to find but we all agreed that it was worth the effort. After hours on the road, it was so nice to be able to elaxe and sleep in comfy, clean beds. We are actually considering returning to Tuscon and this is the hotel we will more than likely stay […] in. We are a family of 6 and we never felt cramped. Great pool, WONDERFUL breakfast!! Mehr

I can't express how happy we were on our 6-day / 5-night stay. The room was terrific and cool in the middle of the summer. The hotel's location (for the purposes of our stay) was great. The manager's reception each night was delightful. The breakfast was equally good and well staffed. The entire staff, without exception was friendly and helpful. We […] were truly blown away by the whole experience and hope there is some reason down the road for us to return. We spend lots and lots of days on the road in the US, abroad and at sea and this Embassy Suites made a real impression on both of us. It is highly recommended and I really want to go back again. Beautiful hotel, wonderful location-well worth the money we paid. If I ever go back to Tucson, I will definitely stay here again!

The service was excellent. The location is very desirable. Rooms are comfortable. Pool is nice. This hotel has a good breakfast included with stay. There is a chain pharmacy and a chain coffee shop within easy walking distance.

The suite concept helped us deal with graduation from the nearbye High School and the multiple people we entertained in out suites. The living room separation from the bedroom was so helpful. Great buy for the dollar.

Excelente en todos los aspectos: buen precio, servicio, alimentos, el personal muy amable, la habitación. Solo comentaría que el sofá cama estaba un poco incómodo, ya muy usado, quizás. Pero lo bueno que la cama estaba muy confortable. Muchas gracias
