Auf unserer Nachfrage, suchte das Personal der Eingang auf einem Heft, ohne Erfolg. This is a very convenient hotel for the airport - can be accessed from departure gate 13. It is expensive for what it is which is essentially aimed at people who have long transit time or wait at the airport. Nevertheless, staff are efficient and quick which is what you need from a hotel like this.

It was very convenient to be able to walk from the airport to the hotel and have a nice shower and rest during our 16 hour stopover. Our only criticism was that there was a bit of mold in the shower in our room, and in the room we had for the kids the privacy screen for the bathroom was quite moldy. The hotel is well located but the price is too high relative to Chinese common prices and moreover, breakfast is not included in that price. I would go there again only if I have a real tight schedule.

Reserved a "Superior" King bed room, was upgraded at check in (~7pm) to a "Delux" 2 single beds. I do not know what made the room "Delux", definitely not the cleanliness.

this is not only a good hotel for those needing a few hours rest before the next flight, but I would guess is also a good hotel if you had to stay a few days (although I can't say anything about how far is from the city--but they do offer shuttle to and back the city).

Very good option, if a stay at Guangzhou airport is necessary (late arrival or early departure). Walking distance from the Terminals, and very quiet, although between the runways. Spent my second night here, and I will come again, if necessary.

Excellent hotel especially for China! Very convenient to the Airport Terminal. I stongly recommend as we have stayed 4 times now and no issues at all. Stayed with our 2 children - aged 9 and they loved it too.

Nothing much to say. Ended up getting a room here for a 7hr stop off flying from Yichang to Guilin. Check in was swift and efficient given it was past midnight. Room service was also fast and had a nice selection of good food. Only negative thing I have to say is the airport staff do not generally know where this hotel is even though it is in the middle […] of the airport. They told us to take a bus and unconvinced we ambled into the adjacent building and saw the sign. Very nice experience after a horrible one night stay in Yichang. Advise to travelers: if you find yourself in Yichang after a cruise or flight get the next flight out of there. It's not worth staying around as there is nothing worth seeing. Mehr

hotel was very nice and clean, however too much noise between rooms when maid was making up the rooms, and too much loud talk between the maids, etc in the passage hall. this was very disturbing and broke my sleep many times. this is the major downfall.

GREAT....after a 12hour flight from LA we arrived very sleepy and in need for a shower. It was only 6.30am and check in was 2pm. Seeing we were flying out again at 10pm we thought we would see if there was anyway we could have a early check-in. THANK-YOU...you allowed us to go up to our room that early. This is easily the nicest and most convenient hotel in the proximity of Baiyun airport in Goungzhou. I've stayed at the Pullman twice and will most likely stay there again.

We flew into Guangzhou at 10pm and stayed at Pullman Hotel. The hotel looked like it had been recently renovated. Rooms were large and comfy. Location was unbeatable! Subway into the city center area was very close by. Restaurant at hotel had very good food as well. would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the airport and very quiet at night. Prefect for overnight stay. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. It is however, on the expensive side and I would not recommend the Chinese Restaurant in the Pullman.

Super-convenient for the tired traveller, or one with an early flight, the Pullman is top quality. However, it is too far out of town for a traveller who wants to see Guangzhou.

We had a fifteen hour stopover from L.A to Perth and did not want to stay at the airport after a thirteen hour flight and another eight hour flight ahead of us, so we decided to stay at the Pullman Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Hotel. Our flight was arriving at 6.00am so I phoned Expedia to see if we could have an early check-in. I was transferred directly […] to customer service at the hotel and was assured that we could check in when our plane landed. When you come out of the airport all you have to do is walk cross the road (using the crosswalk right outside) and you are at the hotel in five minutes. They had our room ready and waiting for us. We went straight upstairs to find a tastefully decorated room, with tea and coffee making facitities and an inviting bed (which was amazingly comfortable). We had a refreshing shower and then went downstairs for a buffet breakfast which was very reasonable for around $20 each. There was an abundant selection of food and the service was fantastic. We then went upstairs and slept for about 7 hours - which was amazing as later we realized that we didn't even hear any of the planes landing or taking off like we did at the airport hotel where we stayed in L.A. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and in fact we are even planning to stay there again next year when we stopover en-route. Mehr

Hotel is very well located - literally a walk with your trolley across a dedicated ramp to the hotel. No taxi or transfer required. Rooms are definitely 5 star, and the beds are amazing. I chose this hotel because it was close to the Baiyun airport in Guangzou. What a great choice. There is a designated walkway directly to the terminal from the airport. It was so easy and convenient. I have often debated about staying at a hotel close to the airport (but far from the bright city lights), or amongst the city lights (and a little distance from the airport) - well, this hotel proved that you can have both. Because the Chinese transport system from here actually works (especially the metro), everything is really conveniently located. […] I travelled to Shenzhen from here and the Shuttle Bus and taxis were just a short walk away. And it was such a pleasure not having to worry about getting to the airport - so, Close to the Airport 1: City Living 0. It also helps that it feels and works like a five star hotel. On part of my trip I stayed in a normal room - it was great. On the second part of my trip I stayed on the Executive Floor - even better - and the happy hour with drinks and snacks was wonderful. Being first time staying in Pullman Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport was a very good experience. The hotel is very manificient and very clean. Although my stay was only one night, I'm very pleased with hotel staff and services they provide. Only one thing to bring up was that even though I had made booking for a super deluxe with king size bed, […] and confirmed my arrival to the hotel before arriving Guangzhou, the hotel could not fulfill my order upon checking in. They had sold my room and there are no more rooms with king size bed. Being tired from a my flight, I did not want to argue with the front desk staff. They had given me a replacement room with two single beds. I do hope the hotel can improve from this experience and i wish the best to them. Mehr
