The hotel for business... it is horrible. the internet does not work, it has wifi that is inconsistent and they say they fixed it and the router would connect but never any internet connection. Do not recommend this hotel for anyone on business, big waste of time. Also they have no desks in the rooms so for business forget it... Clean, good location. But it is in an apartment building. There are no hotel services. The bathroom is supplied with cheap soap and a couple of rough towels. When you arrive you have to go to room 807 for the checkin, but you will likely stay in one of the first couple floors. Do not carry your luggage up there with you - if you are with a partner […] they can wait with your luggage at the lobby. Taxi to Aeroparque airport, in non rush hours, should be 40 pesos not more. I felt quite comfortable at Concord Callao Temporary Apartments. The service was good although I would like to say that there are some details they should pay attention to. The reception staff was quite pleasant at first but a little disorganized. I did the check-in process close to midday and they asked me to do it again in the evening because the […] papers were misplaced. The next day I had another note under the door asking me to do the check-in once more. I thought three times was a bit much. On the other hand, I had to ask them to reset the safe box and wait for them to come to my room. I would have appreciated the safe be ready at the moment I receive the room. The bathroom had a huge hole in the ceiling above the bathtub and some cement fell on my head. As well, the hair dryer was bundled up with tape with no switch available. I would have like not to leave the apartment with wet hair considering the cold wind in Bs As. The microwave was not working or at least I never deciphered the way to make it work. However, I have to say that the price of the room was reasonable and the location is more than excellent. In sum, great place to stay but it's important to be ready for some inconveniences and understand them with patience. Mehr

Huge, bright, sunny, clean, secure, one bedroom, one & 1/2 bath apartment in Recoleta w/ full kitchen, pool and gym, for about the cost of a hotel room, if not less. Was very pleasantly surprised. I stayed at the Concord for 8 nights, never had a single problem. The bathroom is nice and clean (and has a bidet) and the staff replaces the soap every day but bring your own shampoo because they don't provide. the internet is pretty good, but go with the wired option because wireless is very unreliable. The staff cleans up a bit, and take out the […] trash every morning and they make the beds too. There is a security guard downstairs 24 hours, but he's only there to guard, so don't expect him to be helpful with hotel matters. It's important to understand that these are temporary apartments, not hotel rooms. The only thing I didn't like is that the bed is not an actual queen or king, but two mattresses that are put together and can separate, other than that it was a great stay. Mehr

The best part of this hotel is definitely its location. Its in a very nice safe neighborhood, with lots of stores, restaurants and transportation nearby. However, the staff was a lot less then friendly, and the room was a little warn out. The "white" towels were a definite shade of gray. In addition, the office/reception closes at 4pm on weekends. […] I came back to the room one afternoon to find just one towel, and no way to get another one. The next afternoon I came back early (believe it or not, to check on the towels) only to find NO towels in the room. I had to hunt down the maid to get them. I would recommend these apartments over ANY hotel in Buenos Aires. The room sizes were large, clean and comfortable. The apartment was well kept, and was not run down like most other places we've stayed at. Breakfast was laughably small, but the OJ was actually fresh squeezed, and the croissants were fresh. NOTE: The wireless internet was too weak […] to use anywhere in the building, however the LAN cable in the room was worked VERY well. Therefore only one person could connect at a time. The fitness center was basic, half the machines worked. The treadmill needed a "magic-touch" to get started. The bicycle machine was broken. The sauna and hot tub seemed to be okay, but an old man and his 19 year old boy-toy occupied the sauna everynight, making it undesirable to enter. Each apartment was 'slightly' different in terms of style and layout. So if you are choosy, you may want to look at a couple first. The rooms facing the pool are MUCH quieter. The rooms facing the main road are VERY noisy. Mehr

I really enjoyed my stay here. We did get a room facing the street and the traffic was very loud. There was also no water in the hot tub. Everything else was great! I would definitely stay there again.

If you think: 2 single beds pushed together = a queen, Changing rooms just to get 1-2 bars of wifi is fun, 31 degree C rooms when AC is on - rocks, or The tv remote should not turn the tv on, Then concord apartments might just be perfect for you! For me, however, the quality of the experience did not live up to the glowing reviews.

We like this place very much. It was small apartments, rather then hotel rooms. It was maybe a bit crowded by the pool, but other then that very clean and very safe. The only thing that felt a bit uncertain was the keys for the apartments. We left our valuables in the room and there was no problems. Excellent location, clean and friendly staff. One challenge.. the amenities listed that an iron was in the room or available. So we did not pack a portable one. When we arrived an iron was not in the room and when we inquired at the office the Manager said that they do not supply them and directed me to the local store. The $30 iron price and extra […] luggage was not in the plan. Unfortunately the showe was not hot enough to steam so our clothes were somewhat wrinkled most of the time. Just wished we had known before hand. Otherwise a great property. My family felt very safe also. Mehr

Very clean room with kitchenette, although shower backed up a little. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good location...close to Santa Fe Ave. and shopping. Easy to catch a taxi. HIghly recommend this hotel/apartment

In Buenos Aires, this place is in a great location. The price is right for what you get. I am going to stay there again next year

it's not luxurious, but it's comfortable and impeccably clean. Location is fantastic! Breakfast should be improved, though.

Not the place for those that want the normal hotel experience. For people who want to save money and need a less intrusive space to crash at night, this is a good option. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. The (orange) couch in the apartment I stayed in had a mysterious white stain -- that certainly didn't look like milk, nor can I imagine […] there was a heavy glue and construction paper party going on. I avoided the sofa for that reason, and also heavy dust behind the couch left me the impression that this particular unit hadn't seen a proper cleaning until the day of when they new I was coming - they missed a spot. Upon check-in, the cleaning staff used a very strong deodorant or cleaning product that required two days of leaving the windows open to allow in fresh air. This may be a one-time event but it will make a big difference for people who want immediate comfort. The location was great - near nice low-key diners and breakfast places (24 hours). Avoid the recommended restaurant by the apartment -- absolute worst food I have ever tasted. There is a stellar bookstore down the street and metro stations are within close walking distance. Street noise was a problem for me, but some people will be able to drown it out. Those were my issues with the place. I would recommend this to very specific people -- those who do not need a hotel, nor 4 - 5 star service and who prefer a bit more anonymity - the guards at the lobby were never too chatty. If your tastes run along high four or five star lines, this may not be the wise option. For someone who doesn't want to go the hostel route or spend money on four or five star hotels, this could work. Mehr

This hotel has a perfect location between Recoleta and Barrio Norte, so the surrounding streets are lovely for stolling. My main complaint involves the lack of comfortable seating space to read or watch TV. The rooms are spacious enough to hold such furniture. It was a beautiful place in an even better part of town. Close to Recoleta Cemetery and Bellas Artes Museum. We had a fantastic room. Exceeded all expectations!!!

Exceto não haver um sofa cama, como segunda cama para meus filhos,como era esperado, tudo foi excelente. Optamos por preparar nosso café da manha no apartamento e alguns lanches fora d hora. Gostamos muito do hotel, sobretudo da localização. As instalações eram boas, novas e havia uma pequena cozinha bem equipada, o que foi fundamental para nós. Hotel confortável, moderno e limpo. Ótima localização no coração da Recoleta perto das principais atrações e linhas de metrô além de ótimos restaurantes a poucas quadras.

Quanto a localização e conforto dos quartos não tenho o que me queixar, já quanto aos serviços não recomendaria o Apart. O que ocorreu foi que perdemos a unica chave do quarto que nos foi dada, então chegando de um concerto de madrugada recorremos ao porteiro do Apart, pois não existe recepção 24 horas, a recepção funciona como escritorio somente até […] as 17h no oitavo andar do prédio, daí então nos deparamos com o problema, o porteiro não tinha nenhuma informação do que poderia ser feito, não tinha nenhuma solução prevista para nos oferecer, enfim, aconteceu que ficamos até o dia amanhecer a espera de um chaveiro que por sorte um amigo que mora em BA nos indicou, pois se fosse pelo porteiro nada seria feito, nem um telefonema ele pode dar no momento. Utilizamos nosso próprio celular, a despesa foi grande, pois além dos telefonemas o chaveiro nos cobrou 200 dólares para fazer o serviço. Mehr

Só tenho coisas boas a falar do hotel. Muito boeem localizado, ótima limpeza, funcionários atenciosos, quarto confortável. Eu voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo.

O hotel fica na Av. Callao, um das principais de Buenos Aires. Conta com vários restaurantes, cafés, farmácias e comércio em geral próximos a ele. O quarto é excelente, com uma pequena cozinha, banheiro espaçoso, cama confortável e acesso wi-fi à internet. O hotel é bem localizado, mas existem problemas no atendimento a serviços de hotel: a portaria não resolve nada, apenas nos encaminha a um apartamento, no 8.º andar, onde fazemos check in, check out e resolvemos alguns problemas. O café da manhã é o mesmo todos os dias, é parco e pouco saudável. Os quartos que dão para a rua são barulhentos, mesmo o […] que fiquei, no 9.º andar.
