Campanile Vierzon - Vierzon

Half of the hotel was under renovation and workmen start early. however it was close to the motorway and in an industrial estate. The rest was the normal fairly good quality that you can expect from a Campanile.

We downrated the condition of the hotel because it was in the middle of refurbishment., and a number of things were incomplete, ie no kettle in room and no facility for placing soap, shampoo, etc in the shower. However, shower was excellent and a good move in place of usual bath. Lounge bar area was in complete with furniture still to be located.

I stayed here on route to the Uk. On arrival, there was only one person on reception. Unfortunately the phone kept ringing so she couldn't book me in. when I finally got access to it my room was shabby , much in need of a make over and dirty. I went to dinner to find the receptionist was also the "Meet and greet", the bar person, waitress and finally […] the cashier. The hors d'oerves buffet , which in Campanile is usually fresh and varied, was a display of dried up meats a few salads and only enough salad leaves for one person. It obviously hadn't been replenished since lunch (charitable) more likely the night before. My room was cold on return from dinner and there was a sign saying that extra bedding could be obtained from the "office". I hadn't the heart to return to reception and give the poor women working here soxs off another job of "housekeeper". So I slept with the heater on as the temp was down to zero. There was a leaflet in the room (as there has been in previce hotels in the chain) informing of major make overs. I just wish i knew where they were! Perhaps their web site could highlight them. the best part about the hotel was the restaurant which served excellent food out ona lovely terrace. The bedroom was tiny and what was supposed to be a triple comfort was a small bed on wheels under the main bed which when pulled out took up any avaliable space. The bathroom was not clean! The hotel is convenient to motorway access and a few minutes from the centre of Vierzon. The situation is relatively quiet and parking adjacent to the rooms. The town has a number of restaurants and the central area has nice riverside walks. This hotel is well placed for an overnight stop.

Very convenient hotel, and rooms comfortable, Restaurant was very good, and ideal after a long days driving when you don't want to go further afield.

The accommodation is basic but very clean & offers all that you need for an overnight stop when on the road. We were so pleased with it, value for money etc that we have aleady booked again for our return journey from South of France to the UK at the end of the month.

Fantastic location, easy to find, check in & check out stress free, very friendly staff, excellent food. The only downside was the lack of pillows in the room.

Below average room standard - breakfast ridiculous at 9Euros - meal on site but poor quality and again overpriced - a meal for 2 with wine cost more than the room.

Reception staff at this hotel were very polite. Although the towels and bedding were clean, the floors in the bedroom and bathroom were very dirty. The hotel was in pleasant surroundings and not far off from the main motorway.

the room was clean and had all the facilities for a restful overnight stop - the restaurant attached served good food at a very reasonable price and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Juste à la sortie de l'autoroute donc bien placé pour une escale. Pas grand chose autour hormis un Buffalo Grill et pas facile de trouver un resto dans le centre de Vierzon un vendredi soir... Mon conseil : faites vous la totale Campanile.

Hotel bruyant car mal insonorisé, pas d'accès à internet...

hôtel remis à neuf très récemment, très agréable et bien situé près de l'accès"autoroute" Pour des repas simples, cuisine classique avec un plat du jour et le choix d'un buffet Service sympa et efficace

conforme a la chaine campanile.bien

Cet hôtel Campanile est sympathique et globalement confortable.....le personnel accueillant....mais l'hôtel est vieillissant et une remise à niveau ne serait pas superflue......! Les Campaniles ont été promoteur dans ce type d'hébergement , mais il faudrait redynamiser l'ensemble un peu obsolète à présent

Hotellerie correcte restaurant trés trés médiocre. Le cuisinier ne sait même pas décongelé les plats préparés dessert synthétique : nul Accueil : pas chaleurex

Trop cher car le petit dejeuner n'est pas compris. 9 euros pour un petit dej, où est passé la baisse de TVA ?
