We were only there one night but could not have been more satisfied. The price was reasonable, the room was well appointed, service was fine. The place we came to visit was just one exit away on the Interstate and was easy access on both ends.

We just needed one night, not too far from the airport. Price was right. Unfortunately a water pipe burst and we had very little hot water and then very little water in the morning. But the manager was very apologetic and gave us a voucher for a free room when we come back through. The beds were very comfortable and the room clean. The water thing was […] just something that happened...not a big deal. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again. Mehr

We stayed here because we absolutely needed accomodations on I-20. The customer reviews were fairly high and choices im I-20 were scarce. The place was clean enough and the staff polite. But the property only offers king and double beds. Queen beds would have made our stay (3 adults) much more comfortable. Breakfast left much to be desired. If you […] need reasonable accomodations on I-20 and none of the negatives I mentioned are terribly important, then you could certainly do worse. I think you can do better, too. Mehr

The location of the hotel was good. However, the hotel had a mildew/moldy odor that seems to come from wet carpet that had molded. Bathtub did not appear to be clean. On a scale of 1 to 5, I will give my stay 2

We arrived at 12:30 after over twelve hours on the road. The front door was locked, and I had to ring the bell, call, and knock loudly on the glass for five minutes before I was let in. The manager (Mr. Patel) did not apologize or even acknowledge that he inconvenienced his customer in any way: When I mentioned that I had been waiting his reply was […] "yes". When I asked if that was customary, to make paying customers wait outside in the middle of the night, he said "yes" When I suggested that he put a sign outside so that customers would at least be aware that they would have to wait, his reply was "we don't put no sign". The room was not terrible but was definitely mediocre. It had cobwebs and the internet was spotty. In the morning, I mentioned the previous night's wait to the woman at the desk, and she literally told me "she didn't have anything to do with it" and would not be reporting it to anyone. I am very dissatisfied with this hotel and hope that I don't end up at any other places like this through hotels.com. Mehr

I stayed at the Quality Inn for two days and had no problems with the room or staff. Room was clean, nicely appointed for the price, and overall, worth the price. My only issue with the place is the poorly lit entrance. There is a Quality Inn sign, but at night, the driveway is almost invisible and a bit difficult to find. A small lit arrow at the […] beginning of the driveway would solve this issue. Mehr

A great location on a hill, very close to the EWTN studios which was our destination. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

The view of birmingham was the best. Nice outdoor pool. Cool staff. A/C didn't work, but they moved us asap and the rest of the stay was sweet.

No door seal on the door !! You could see outside . Made the stay very noisy , hearing every voice ,footstep and car door

Clean, comfortable room located close to resturants and shopping. Well worth the money.
