Das Hotel selbst ist empfehlenswert. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel und recht groß. Was man sich schenken sollte, ist das Frühstück. Ja, Frühstück in den USA ist meist süß, aber weder sollte der Waffelteig noch die Dosenfrüchte sauer sein. Dass kein Geschirr sondern nur Plastik zur Verfügung steht, scheint mittlerweile auch normal. Ganz unbequem wird es, wenn das Hotel von Familien mit Kindern besucht wird, die gar nicht oder schlecht erzogen sind. Also: übernachten ja, frühstücken lieber nicht.

Unter dem Bett lagen benutze Pappbecher. Frühstück bestand aus alten Toastbrot und Kaffee.

"Just a bed but VERY VERY clean"
If you were in need of a no frills hotel where you can sleep a night or two and not going to be in your room much, you could do much worse than this hotel. I must say very strongly that this had to be one of the cleanest hotels I have every stayed in. By far!! Not much in the way of amenity's but it is really all you need. "Comfortable & Economical"
Have returned to this property a number of times and have always rested easy. Convenient location, reasonably priced, clean and a good nights sleep.

The room was old but its the bathroom that was nasty. The walls in bath were painted over walls coming apart. The shower was full of mildew the according door was coming off of hinge.

"Good for Landcaster area!"
This hotel is easy to get to, and in a good location to get around the Landcaster area.
"This was a bad choice even for 1 night."
The room was dirty. The blanket was dirty everywhere. We got there after midnight that is why we stayed for the night, otherwise we would have left the room. The thing they call continental breakfast was a joke. Stay here only in case you really don't have other options.

The hotel met expectations. The owner was friendly, courteous, and helpful. A good value for the money.

"Roadway Inn, Akron, Pa"
Great location for our needs. Easy access to and from Inn. Very clean and neat. inn keepers were very helpful. Convenience store next door. Will stay there again if the need arises.

There is nothing fancy about the Rodeaway Inn Akron but the place is fair and clean and the owner is very helpful.

The owner was very nice and the location is very convenient to many of the sites you will want to see in Lancaster. The beds were clean but the curtains needed cleaning. It was a decent value for the money we paid.

"Depends on what you need."
I needed a clean, inexpensive place to sleep. Thats what i got. No frills but price was right. Only complaint, dust around the edge of the room near walls.

Chose this inn because it was only a couple of miles away from where I needed to be. The price was right, the staff friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Family run operation, so you saw the same staff members every day which is a plus in my book. Close to Green Dragon Market. Clean comfortable bed, with a microwave and fridge in room. Carpeting and shower unit is badly in need of up grade.

"Rodeway Inn Akron PA Just Right!"
Two adult, non-fussy males found this property just right for what we needed. Large room (though small bathroom),clean, comfortable. This is a mom/pop operation ....the seasonal plantings were a bright spot.....if you need the trappings of upscale chains pay more and stay elsewhere. This was a great value and a pleasant stay.

Great staff, rooms were clean and comfortable, and a good location. Definitely worth the price; you get what you pay for so don't expect luxuries beyond breakfast (which was adequate). Would definitely stay here again!
