When we arrived at the hotel, it was late. Upon going up to the assigned room, we noticed that it was occupied. I went back down and told the on-duty manager, who promptly apologized, and then proceeded to put our family in an upgraded room. Now that is good business! The food was very good....enjoyed the breakfast. The accommodations were very comfortable. Even though the roof had taken some damage from the last storms, it was all handled very well. I would definitely return & recommend it to others.

A pleasant two night weekend stay, Close to OU. We had a nice time in Norman. Tv had HDMI we were able to steam video over the wireless connection. Pool and hot tub open early stayed open late 6-12. Good hours for that great breakfast too. I had the eggs susage and French toast. Enjoyed the passion fruit drink. Friendly front desk and house keeper. […] Reccommend the Natural Science Meseum. I had a reservation for this hotel, they overbooked and sent the first day of my vacation into chaos. If this is their standard for doing business, I would not recommend you book with them. The hotel that I was booked into in lieu of this hotel was fantastic and I applaud hotels.com for their efforts in relocating me. The new accommodations were A+ […] ! Mehr

Very comfortable! Staff was nice. Very clean. The pool and hot tub was great, too. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. The front desk was a disastor. I arrived at 7:30 PM, and was told that they would have to check to see if my room had been cleaned. I was exhausted from a long, tedious drive, and had to stand at the front desk for 15 minutes or so before being given a key. The […] next night, I got back to the hotel in early evening, tried to get into my room and found that key wouldn't work. I went to the front desk told them my problem, and was told they had rented my room to a nice lady who was also standing at the front desk. She found all of my stuff in the room when she entered it, so didn't unpack. Ultimately, I kept the room and they found her another room, but it again took several minutes to sort out. I'd still give the place another chance, hoping that it was just a random situation. Mehr

i have stayed here before recently & enjoyed the service. Unfortunately thistime i could not get a fresh cup of coffee to save my life! The girl at the desk had not stocked anything due to the fact she was busy doing homework.. at one point my daughter helped a man find her to check in. Therefore the comfort of the stay REALLY depends on the staff as […] well. Note to all front desk employees : ALWAYS have fresh coffe waiting for your travelers please! Mehr

We stopped here as a 1/2 way point on our way down to Austin, then stayed another night on our way back. It worked well for our family. It was great having high speed internet in the room, and breakfast included. My only complaints are that extra pillows were not available, the pool/hot tub did not seem very clean and I noticed some stains on our sheets. […] But overall, we had two great stays! This was a descent hotel to have your family at. The staff was very nice. The area was great & close to everything. And the complementary breakfast was very good. Very pleased with the hotel & service.

At first I thought it was a quaint and lovely hotel. My son was participating in a Model UN Conference at Oklahoma University. After the first day we did not receive any housekeeping to the room. We came back to our room late at night only to find beds not made and dirty/wet towels still on the floor. We called housekeeping and they said they did not […] know what happened. They brought up fresh towels to get us through the morning. Also, the temperature in the room was very hard to regulate. It was very hot in the room. When we turned down the temperature nothing happened. We called the front desk and they told us that sometimes you have to turn it down very low for it to kick on. We turned it all the way down to 60 for it to kick on but it didn't stay on very long before it stopped and the room never did cool off. This was my first time staying at a Country Inn and Suites, I normally stay at the Marriott or Crown Plaza. I expected alittle more from this hotel. It felt like a Motel 6 with all the problems we were having. On a positive note, the free breakfast was nice to have in the mornings. The hotel look clean and as I said "quaint". I expected a good country bed and breakfast experience. Hope you can take care of these issues. Mehr

we found a great rate for this very nice hotel. our room was spacious and comfortable with two queen beds and a large bathroom. the free breakfast was very good as well - many choices of hot/cold items plus drinks and fruit/yogurt. free usa today newspaper and cookies at the front desk to go too! slighty hard to find off I-35 as it's tucked behind many […] retaurants and hotels but it was quiet when we were there so that was nice. very convenient location to restaurants and a shopping mall if that interests you. The night we stayed, there was a children's party across the hall and the front desk employee was kind enough to change us to a different floor due to noise. The day and night employees were so very friendly and helpful. We would most definatly stay again and recommed it.

The hotel is showing it's age a bit, but the rooms were basically clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice and the hotel staff were all very accommodating. I especially appreciated that they arranged to set up the weekend breakfast earlier for our group since we had an early leaving time in the morning.

This hotel is great quality and value! It is right next to restaurants, right off the freeway and right down the road from the mall. The only thing I can say even remotely negative was they couldn't quite keep up with the crowd in the morning at breakfast. The food was a little bare, but other than that, it was a really nice place to stay.

Was a great place to stay. My girls loved the heated indoor pool. It was close to everything we wanted to see, and do. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful.

We stayed here on are way to Texas. We were very pleased with the hotel, that we decided to stay there again on the way home. My wife has rarely wanted to stay at the some hotel twice, but since was very clean as far as a hotel goes. Very happy

The room was clean but a little tight on space. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good and the people were friendly. This hotel is a good value for the price. My family and I stayed there one night to break up a long drive. Would stay there again under the same circumstances.

Very good value. Clean hotel with very courteous staff. A bit hidden from view and parking lot is behind restaurant parking areas, so it can be a bit out of the way. Nonetheless, it is worth the very slight inconvenience for a nice, clean, comfortable hotel room at a great value.

The hotel is close to many restaurants, movie theatres and shopping mall. Front desk staff were helpful. The room was large and comfortable with lots of amenities.

I have stayed here before and as always, I am pleased with everything about my stay. Country Inn is always clean and comfortable and makes my stay very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had great stay! It had free internet, a pool, books to check out, a free breakfast, it it is close to campus and places to eat. The staff were also very helpful and kind. The only things that could be improved are the pillows(as others have stated) and a little bit better house cleaning however I am very critical in this area and have found very […] few hotels in the world I would say were truly clean. I will stay here again. You cannot beat the price and amenities!!! Mehr

The room was a king size bedroom. The bed was a lil hard. There was a shoe print on the wall but, everything else was ok.

If you're tired of the cold, impersonal hotel chains, this is the place for you. This hotel is a cross between a country inn and a regular hotel. The rooms are spacious and there is easy, quick access in and out of the hotel. The hotel is only 3 stories so there are no long, frustrating waits for elevators. And the price was fabulous. Will stay here […] every time I'm in Norman, OK. The only possible shortcoming is that there are no microwaves and fridges. Mehr

I usually stay at another hotel but this had a great rate for the weekend I was going to be in town, so I booked it for two nights and I was so glad I did. It was convenient to everything in Norman, ample parking, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and larger than usual. Traveling by myself sometime, this place seemed a tad bit secure. […] There was a diverse group of people and the front desk was courteous. Now, there were a few things that need some improvement, the room was not as tidy as I had hoped for; when I went to get some ice for water, there were bugs in the ice bucket, so I had to purchase some water instead. They advertise cookies in the evening, but a few of the guests would go back for seconds and thirds. I don't really care about that, but you should have enough available for everyone or don't give any out at all. The breakfast was strictly a meat-eater's paradise, although Sunday morning they did have eggs and yogurt, but they should have options available. Otherwise breakfast was hot, there were several different types of tea and coffee or you could have some great hot cocoa that I had at night because there was a slight chill. Overall, it was a great stay. I go to Norman at least once every six weeks, so I will book it again. Thanks. Mehr

Very convient for buisness travel and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was not clean. No remote

The hotel was clean and nice, my room could use some updates but was comfortable, great breakfast with fresh fruit and very helpful staff. I would recommend especially for the price, Hard to find their driveway but worth the search.

Stayed at hotel twice now for a total of 3 nights. Location is very convenient to OU, which is why we picked it. The room was very stuffy even if you turned down the air conditioner to 60 degrees, but the noise from the air conditioner coming on every few minutes kept us awake. Also chose this hotel for the 'hot' breakfast. Microwave, toaster and juice […] machine were all out of order, but they did come around and ask us if we wanted juice. That was nice. Will NOT stay here again. Cannot get a good night's sleep. Mehr

I usually travel alone and it is always great to stay at a safe and secure hotel...and one that is also beautiful!

Hotel is beautiful, breakfast beautiful, excellent location, a couple problems: 1. Fire Alarm went off first night @ 1:30 am, 3:30 am and 5:30 am. 2. Room not cleaned until we called upon our return from being gone all day at 6:30 pm.
