I rented this room due to a friends wedding. It was a nice sized room with a chair and a small couch which was great and more comfortable than most. It was a little big for one person but, was perfect for a meeting and dressing spot for the groom and all the groomsmen. The service was the way it should be in a hotel. When I asked the night front desk […] for an extra bar of soap he said "noproblem sir I will bring it up to you." When one of the groomsmen was a little late, it was ok with the staff to stay a few minutes past checkout. This is the proper way to run a hotel. I will be back. Mehr

Anytime I'm in Redlands to visit my son at U of R, I try to stay here. Price is good, room is spacious, service is friendly, and the inclusive breakfast and happy hour are icing on the cake.

The hotel itself wasn't bad but the staff was absolutley horrible. The desk staff was incredibly ride to several of our guests. We had a wedding in town and had well over 20 rooms with each room being booked at least three nights each. They over charges some on the guests and completely lied to one of the guests and left them without a room for their […] last night in town. And all they said was "sorry, have a nice day". It was the worst I've ever seen from a staff at a fairly expensive hotel. Stay away. Mehr

We loved the large room!! The chair and couch were very comfortable... Breakfast was hot and tasty with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Plus much more and we were able to order an omelette also... Only one downfall.... When the people next door checked in late it woke us up because we could hear them talking and opening the doors... We only stayed one night but it was great. The room was huge and didn't expect the pull out couch where my kids slept that night, so my baby got a whole bed to herself. Breakfast was great they had the usual stuff for breakfast plus omelets to order. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very good experience with country inn redlands. We stopped by the day before going to Big Bear and we made the right decision, the hotel is very clean, well maintained and the staff is courteous. Recomnended

This is a great place. We got the room with the jacuzzi tub. Definitely worth the extra $$$. Nice and cozy yet modern. The full free breakfast is just wonderful-hot biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, you name it. Very friendly staff. They even have a laundry room if you want to take the time. Room is pretty large, clean and has almost everything you need. Bed is comfortable, especially the pillows. Feel soft but hold your head well, I like them and slept very well. Breakfast is super good. A lot of good stuff. You can make wafers yourself and you can order omelettes. My sons like it very much. For this low price, it is definitely worth. […] It closes to Mountain High and Big Bear, which is the reason we stay here, since the hotels in Big Bear Lake were all full and extreamly expensive (over priced with their poor condition). We need a clean hotel to stay away the most dirty places in Big Bear lake during ski season. so glad we made our decision to drive down to this hotel. It met every expectation, big room, very clean, quite, and nice services. Definitely come back.

It was okay. The beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was a little better than average. I was not able to buy bottled water at the hotel, but there are stores nearby within walking distance. Noise level was very good, very quiet, even though location is right next to freeway. I would definitely stay there again.

I loved the hotel. My only suggestion would be to have some kind of instructions available on how to use the shower nozzles.

Very comfortable, clean and even luxurious accommodations. The building looks fairly new. Very convenient location close to highway I-10. The complementary breakfast could use some protein on it (eggs, ham, bacon). We really enjoyed our stay there.

Me and my wife have used the hotel for one night while traveling from San Diego to Las Vegas. Hotel us very nice from both outside and inside, decently decorated for coming Christmas. We stayed here on the way to Phoenix, mainly because of positive reviews. It's in a good location, off the freeway, with a Spaghetti Factory next door. They were serving free wine and beer with appetizers in the lobby when we got there in the evening, which was nice. The hotel is very clean and the room was very nice, with a sitting area. Bed very comfortable. […] Bathroom a bit small, but fine. Only complaint was that the walls are very thin and we could hear people talking in a normal voice next door while sitting in bed. That was a bit annoying, but we were so tired, we slept well. Would recommend it, anyway. Mehr

High-class in every way. SPACIOUS room, gorgeous carpet & decor. Even the attitude & energy about the place & the people were welcoming, happy and comfortable. When we were leaving, I found a note my 13-year-old daughter wrote that she left on the table in our room for staff to find (please excuse her grammar & spelling): "I LOVED this Hotel! The showers […] were fabulous, the pool was a blast, breakfast was sweet and the room were so comfortable with so much space! Thank you!" And she drew 2 pictures of dogs, one crossed out with the label "creepy" and the other a happy dog with the word "cute." Delicious fresh cantaloupe & pineapple with breakfast! Beautiful place! Mehr

The hotel is next to a freeway. Get a room on the opposite side from the freeway as the freeway is busy. Rooms were comfortable, the staff really helpful, free parking. Lake Arrowhead and the "Rim of the World" route was 20 minutes away. There is little else to recommend in the area. I used it as a stop over.

Family has used this hotel before and suggested it to me. I found the rooms VERY clean. It was a quiet location. Staff was very pleasant and helpful! Very nice breakfast provided in their lovely lobby area. I would definitely use this hotel property again!

This hotel has been completely remodeled and is quite nice. The rooms have refrigerators, microwaves & small coffee makers. My only complaint was the mattress was a little too firm but that may be a personal preference. We were very happy with the hotel, it had nice size rooms with extras we did not expect, like a kitchen-et with a coffee maker and coffee, that was great. The rooms were clean, but the furniture, carpet and bed spreads was a bit old. I did take them off and used the nice clean bed covers that was extra in the closet. Breakfast was good, nice fresh omelettes […] made to order if you would like to have one and other food that looked good and the kitchen was very clean. Staff accommodated my early arrival. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good wireless internet with small fee for speed upgrade. Some noise from adjoining rooms. Air freshener was a bit strong. Nice complimentary breakfast. I'd stay again.

Room location was terrible. I'm handicapped and asked for a room close to an exit. I had to walk quite a ways to get to this room.
