Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der Riverside-Restaurants, des Botanischen Gartens und der Fußgängerzone. Appartment im 30 Stock hatte super Ausblick auf den Fluß und die Stadt, großer Balkon. Appartment hatte 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und einen großen Wohn/Kochbereich. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort.

this exceeded my expectatons. we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, great size lounge/dining/kitchen area, balcony & views. Loved the floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms. Pool & spa were good. Don't miss the Eagle St Markets directly across the road on Sundays, cheap womens clothing & more. Had to move rooms as the dishwasher and washing machine would not work New room the AC driped water on the carpet and had to have a noisy fan blowing on it for 2 days

our bedroom window faced the story bridge and at night it looked amazing. It is also a short walk from all of the features of Brisbane CBD like shopping. All and all I would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Oaks on Felix. Our apartment was a lovely size with separate study area which could be closed off. Well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Laundry facilities in the bathroom. Towels were changed daily and dishwasher powder and washing powder was replenished daily which I thought was excellent. We had […] a fabulous view overlooking the river with a large balcony. Room was very clean and comfortable. Could not fault our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Very comfortable hotel room, the staff members were friendly and very helpful, good location--convenient access to sites in the central business district. I would not hesitate to return for future visit.

Wonderful stay for a family holiday due to the central location to relevant Brisbane locations. Pleasant & very helpful staff, though one limitation-the spa was not working but the swimming pool was well utilised by family members.

Spacious rooms, beautiful view - could be even 39th floor, close to the Queen Street. Clean. Parking in the same building.

We booked this hotel relatively last minute. The location was fantastic- right in the heart of the city near river, bars and restaurants and the botanical gardens. The guy on the front desk was friendly, approachable and accommodating. They gave us a car space with zero notice and the room was lovely, clean and have a magnifient view of the river and […] bridge. Such a great location, lovely service, and so close to the city! We had a river view and car parking as well. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher which was great. The only negative feedback I have is that the shower was a bit mouldy but apart from that it was brilliant. I will be staying there again.

First trip to Brisbane - here for the w'end before a biz meeting on Monday. Nice location - right next to the Botanical Gardens. Didn't seem like a lot of restaurants close by - but some in the riverside waterfront complex 1 block away. Had a very nice breakfast at Jude - just had a very expensive good but not that special dinner at Cha Cha Char (steak). […] The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The apartment was FANTASTIC! Much better than the one I'm renting in Sydney. Very large, tastefully decorated, well appointed. Full kitchen (seemed like everything was there if you'd want to fix a meal), nice balcony w/ tables and chairs, large bathroom, desk area in the bedrooom, small gym, pool, spa & sauna on 5th floor, laundry in the apt. There was a door in the room I didn't know to where - when I went out on the balcony, I discovered it was a 2nd bedroom they had locked off - no problem. The room wasn't cleaned until around 2'ish in the afternoon, but that wasn't a problem for me. I had asked for a room with a view - so I got it - on the 36th floor - quite nice and looked out over the river. Rooms seemed pretty well maintained to me. if anyone else reading this is like-minded, I rented a bicycle for the entire w'end I was here from a guy @ the entrance of the Gardens - it was $55 - rode it everywhere - was great way to get around and a nice break from buses and trains. Great location, helpful & friendly staff, great views & family had a wonderful holiday.

This hotel has no parking out the front, to enable check in. Check in is also slow, and stressful, as everyone in line is worried about their car being smashed as traffic comes around the corner. At 3pm, there were 6 couples waiting to check in, and the staff could not cope. Eventually, I was directed to the basement carpark, upon which the dodgy elevator […] stopped during a one floor trip! And, on the return trip to my car, I was directed to a little cage elevator shrouded in material that did not look safe. I chose to take the stairs! The staff were nice and helpful, but the entire experience was lacking. I have stayed in many hotels, and found the Oaks on Felix a total disappointent, especially since other Oaks Hotels have been awesome! Mehr

excellent location in the middle of CBD/ perfect room and i qualitu in term of comfort . you feel it at home !

My husband & friends stayed in a 2bed apartment at Oaks to celebrate my birthday & attend a wedding, fantastic location for going out & no need for a taxi home, however we were quite dissapointed to be charged twice for our parking. We paid cash when we checked out & our credit card was charged again. When I called to notify of the mistake I didn't […] really get an apology but was told it was the banks fault when clearly it was theirs as the exact amount for parking was deducated. I was then told it could take up to 3weeks, the promptly was hung up on. Our apartment had a nice view of the story bridge & the city, however it smelt like asian cooking throughout regardless of airing it out all day. Not a bad kitchenette, quite comfortable. Very small balcony however, we squished 6 people on at most . I would stay again though. Mehr

We stayed in an apartment on the 16th floor, we thought at first the lower floor would be disappointing, we were pleasantly mistaken. The views were amazing!! My Mum is senior & found walking everywhere a breeze, it is so convenient to everything. The Queen St Mall, Casino, Restaurants, Pubs, Riverside, City Cats, Botanical Gardens..the Sunday markets […] were literally at our front door. The apartment was 2 bdr, big, clean, modern with amazing views. The Central train station was an easy walk for added convenience. The apartments were quiet, beds comfortable, they were serviced daily providing new toiletries, towels & tea/coffee making supplies were topped daily. The reception staff were very friendly & willing to assist at all times. Our apartment even had 2 bathrooms which was a great surprise, & handy with 2 females. There is only 1 air con in the lounge room, but we found with closing the place up & leaving the bdr doors open the unit was more than cool enough. The balconies are large & the kitchens modern. We caught a train so didn't need a car park but they must be booked. The internet is expensive at $20 a day but with so much to do we didn't really notice. The wine bar on the corner has a great singer from 3:30pm on a Saturday. The stroll to Eagle St pier, was just that a stroll, this side of town has everything to offer & we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, especially at the Oaks Felix. Thank you. Mehr

We discovered a gem! Close to River Cat -cheap transport in comfort, CBD, trains, bus. Excellent cafe close by. recommended! Have already recommended to at least 10 people.

Good accomodation, near river with ferry access. A short walk to brisbane mall. Free city bus stops very close by.

This is a nice hotel which is very close to the Brisbane River's best dining locations. The staff are very helpfull and the apartment rooms nice. A warning though if you are staying on a Thursday night; there is a local pub that has bands which play very loud and long on Thursday nights. It was after 2am before the music stopped and I was able to get […] to sleep even though I had ear plugs. Also, the bedrooms are not air-conditioned so during summer you have to leave the door open to the living area to get cool. Mehr

Our stay at the Oaks was very pleasant and had a great location, cheap rates for room and overall we were very happy with the service and the room.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 31st floor. Well designed and with a wonderful outdoor area and views. This is very central and we were able to walk everywhere and use the river ferries. I would choose to use these apartments again in future.

first time to Australia, so can't compare, but thing it is fairly clean, close to shopping district, with parking at extra charge per day, reserved preferred, no time to explore other facilities, bad thing is no bath tub in my studio room, bedding / changing towel, disc washing, garbage collecting everyday, no tooth brush + paste, only air-con at living […] room and not in bedroom Mehr

I was quite pleased with the Oaks on Felix. The location was good, rooms clean, view excellent and staff helpful and polite. The only thing I could complain about would be that ,if there is to be only one air con in the unit then maybe it should have been a ducted system so that you could cool the bedrooms better. Good hotel if you need more room (i.e., family of 4). Two-bedroom, 2 bathrooms and kitchen plus laundry facilities inside the unit. But the pool is pitiful. Small and narrow, squeezed in a space that wasn't meant for a pool. Also, there is a bar or restaurant nearby that was so loud we could hear it every night on the 11th floor with all the windows […] closed. A bit annoying. Mehr

The room was a nice place to stay nice location and nice view of the city and botanical gardens. There was language barrier with the cleaners. The dryer was broken and needed manager to come fix It. Carpet was stained and was mold in the shower. Bed Kind of hard. Wasn't 100% happy with what I paid for.

We have stayed at Felix before, and are looking forward to our next stay there. The views are spectacular, especially at night. The rooms are perfectly clean and very well appointed. Our favourite is the two bedroom apartment, which is huge compared to some city hotels. Within a short walk to the city heart the location is superb.

We stayed in a 2 bed suite for one night, everything was really clean and were really happy with the size of the rooms, especially having an en-suite as well as a main bathroom. Friendly staff too, the only annoying thing was parking. There is hardly any room to park out the front to check in before you are able to securily park your car in their f […] acilities. Mehr

The apartment had a great river view, lots of space and was air-conditioned. However, the air-conditioner was only in the living room and not in the bedroom. The fan in the bedroom could not be used because it was so loud. We ended up sleeping on top of the sheets which is not ideal. Appartement une chambre bien situé dans la ville de Brisbane. Le mobilier (canapé et fauteuil) était ancien, sale et tâché (irrécupérable) ce qui n'est pas digne du standard affiché par cet établissement (4 étoiles et demi). Une déception par rapport à nos attentes. Sinon, appartement bien équipé (plaques, four, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge […] et sèche-linge) et le personnel est aimable. Mehr

年末年始に家族４人(大学生２人）で滞在しました。キチネット付きの２ベッドルームマンション。３３階で眺めも良く、都会の夜景を眺めながらベランダでお酒と食事は格別でした。大きなスーパーが近くにあるので食糧調達も便利です。インターネットと駐車場は今回各々１日２０ドルで使用可。洗濯機もアイロンも設置されているので、これまた便利。フロントのスタッフも親切で快適でした。車で２時間走れば世界自然遺産の絶景も見れますし、ゴールドコーストでビーチリゾートも楽しめるし、ブリスベンは穴場的お薦めスポットです。来年も行きます♪

Perfekt läge nära Riverside och city. Tyvärr höll receptionen på att renoveras därför tillfällig knappast lobby samtidigt. Lite rörigt med hur och vad som betalats vilket innebar att det påstods att jag ej betalt
