Ich habe in Krakau schon viele Hotel ausprobiert. Muss zugeben im Andels habe ich mich mit am wohlsten gefühlt! Die Location ist perfekt... Altstadt 3 Min., zum joggen benötigt man 5 Min. zum Fluß und läuft durch einen Grüngürtel. Für mich ganz wichtig.. gutes Bett!!! Und Badezimmer schön eingerichtet. Literally a three minute walk from the railway station, Andel's Krakow is a quality hotel with very reasonable rates. Stayed on the 5th floor in a comfortable, modern room. Breakfast is brilliant - traditional Polish fare as well as a wide selection of other options. (Freshly made chocolate and berry muffins too, which were nice if rather indulgent […] for breakfast.) Location is excellent for a base to sightsee from, and you could easily kill a long weekend just staying in the city centre. Mehr

Cracow is an old historic city with lots of old hotels which according to reviews can be a bit 'creaky'. Andels Hotel is bang up to date with every convenience. Spacious well decorated rooms, large shower rooms, faultless service, and an excellent breakfast offering everything imaginable. The position of the hotel is the best in Cracow. On a large quiet […] square opposite the train and bus station (but no noise) Hotel Andels is just 10 minutes slow walk to the main square in Cracow, and 5 minutes from restaurants and attractions en-route. Fish and seafood restaurant Farina, Sw Marka 16 (and their steaks are even better than the fish) is just round the corner from Hotel Andels where I enjoyed two brilliant meals. This hotel and staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. Location and room etc were perfect. Have confidence and no worries about booking here. For English speaking people this is no problem. And breakfast was included and great. Also free internet. They deserve a 5 star rating!

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. The service was excellent, rooms were of a very high standard and the location is excellent right next to the main train station. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Krakow.

I spent one night at hotel nibieski, before coming here. All i can say is what a breath of fresh air. the room is super well and beautifully appointed, while the rooms arent huge, they are quite comfortable. There was even a speaker for the tv in the bathroom. We ended staying on the street side, which was fine, tho i understand the rooms are more quiet […] on the train station side. I had hoped for a bath in our room, but no luck. Im pretty sure we could have reequested one, tho my girlfriend figured it wasnt worth the trouble. My one beef with the three hotels i stayed at in poland and europe in general, is that the mattresses are very firm. I cant fault andel's for this as the mattress at nibieski was worse, but at certain hotels in the US, i find the mattresses much more comfortable to sleep on. That said i did sleep well, so don't take that a real complaint, as much a general comment about hotels ive stayed at in europe. All i can say, is stay here, you won't be disappointed. Mehr

Stayed few days leading up to Christmas . Travelling with 10 year old daughter. Hotel has excellent location for both railway station/ airport train and accessing the tourist centre of krakow. My fiancee and I stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't have been happier with the hotel. Perfect location with great service. Our breakfast wasn't included and was pricey so better to eat out around town. Brilliant hotel.

When you're visiting a city for the first time, you take a gamble when you choose a hotel. Luckily this was a gamble that paid off as the Andels Hotel really is a great place to stay. It's not for those who want a more traditional kind of base as it's stylish, contemporary and very design conscious. At the same time however it is extremely welcoming […] and -more importantly - within easy walking distance of most of the city's attractions. Literally a stone's throw away is a massive, modern shopping centre and it's little more than five minutes walk to the Old Town square. We would definitely stay here again and loved the fact we were upgraded to a beautiful corner suite. Breakfast wasn't included which wasn't a problem as we opted for local cafes except on one day when we had room service breakfast - the only sour note in a truly great stay as it was probably the worst breakfast we've ever had. Scrambled egg like shoe leather and no toast or pastries as promised. Museli like unpopped corn with bits of fruit - perfect for a parrot but not for guests! Small gripe really though as we would unreservedly recomment this hotel... Mehr

Superb hotell! Great staff, lost our keycard to our room and got a new for free. Very close to city centre and it was never scary around the hotel. Te hotel had guards watching all the time. Great rooms that was very clean and fresh. Really good with free shampo and lotion. The rooms felt luxurios and was very modern. Had a great stay!

This hotel is a second stay, it is modern well priced and very convenient for all the sights. I recommend it as a person who has spent many nights around the world.

It is my third third time in Kracow, this hotel it's excellent, great location, steps away from the train station, and the shopping mall, walking distance from the main square, really well located, and excellence staff, I will stay there in my next visit, it is a MUST

This is an exceptional hotel - clean - comfortable - and modern. The staff is bend-over-backwards helpful, and very much go the distance to make your stay wonderful. The sauna/relax room is a welcome treat and the included-breakfast, lovely. Just outside the old-town, this hotel is an excellent point of departure for exploring the historical center […] of Krakow. Sadly, the hotel restaurant (for lunches and dinner) is uninspired, understaffed (laughably slow service), and from our experience, appears poorly-managed. Stay here (recommended without hesitation), but eat elsewhere. Mehr

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. The rooms re really nice. Free Internet and printer was handy. Great location. Right beside the large shopping centre and about a 2 min walk to the old town. Not too expensive either. I will definitely be back

I was very happy with my choice of Andels Hotel Cracow. I found the hotel to be very upscale and my room to be luxurious. The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet so I slept very soundly. This was my second stay in Andels hotel and I still could not fault it. The hotel is centrally located beside the train station and only a few minutes walk from the Old Town Square. The staff could not do enough to help us. The hotel is modern and has all the facilities that anyone could require. Only warning, if you are looking for a Polish flare spot with historic color, this is not it. If you are looking for a cool spot, in great condition, air conditioning that works wonders (not a given in Poland), with awesome service and an unbelievable breakfast included- this is it. Anyone who comes to Cracow, and does not stay in the Andels Hotel, is a fool. Everything was superb. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, well appointed, with many offering good views over the square. The old town is close at hand - within a five minute walk. The railway station is literally around the corner, and perfect for a speedy link to the […] airport. The hotel is of swankly modern design, with contemporary sculptures in the reception area, and sparkly clean stone surfaces exude quality. The staff are helpful, friendly and clearly take pride in the reputation that their hotel so richly deserves. Breakfasts are served in a spacious and stylish restaurant area, and offer high quality, varied cuisine - everything one would expect to start the day. In the evening the restaurant offers similar quality, offering international and local dishes at reasonable prices for such a top notch hotel. This value extends to the bar prices, and indeed to the room tariffs, which compare very favourably with any major tourist destination in Europe. Highly recommended. Mehr

After our original booking had to be changed due to the ash cloud, eventually stayed a fortnight later than planned. Very pleased with location, handy for both train and bus to the airport. Had to upgrade to an executive room, as no standard rooms left for our date, but it was well worth the extra money. Tea and coffee facilities, plus mini bar in the […] room. Nice touch was 2 chocolates and free bottled water for us. Breakfast was very good, could even have fresh omlettes. Would recommend this hotel to everyone, and our stay was wonderful. Mehr

We stayed 7 nights and didn't want to leave. The beds are the best I have EVER slept in away from home. Bedding and pillows are anti-allergic, black out curtains work a treat, on the down side you don't want to get out of bed! Staff are very friendly and all speak English or try to. The hotel dining room is fantastic, food as good as anywhere in Krakow […] with added bonus of a Pianist. Hotel is very close to old town and all sightseeing can be done on foot. Railway station is opposite hotel so no need for a taxi from airport. It was so easy to get on the train and cost about 8 zloty. Hotel is very clean and bright, bedrooms are big and airy with flat screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I can't fault this hotel and will definitely stay again at the end of the year. Great hotel centrally located - within walking distance of old town, market place and lovely restaurants. Had only one night to stay - Thursday 27 August but will definitely be back, DV.

The location was excellent, directly over the square from the train station and 5 mins walk to the main market square. The standard of the hotel exceeded all expections. I have never stayed in a hotel which was such good value for money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Being our first visit we had no idea where we were staying and this couldn't have been better. It was centrally located with the railway station just across the square. A lot of the things to see were within easy walking distance.The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfasts - plenty of choice and hot. If you only want a […] snack in the bar beware the club sandwich - it is really good but HUGE!! The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The bathroom was great with coloured lighting and very modern. A hotel we would definitely recommend and we would certainly go again. We have even looked for other hotels in the chain for when we go on another short break. This trip was for our silver wedding and it really felt as we were being pampered a bit. Mehr

Krakow is a lovely city and Andels Hotel is the perfect place to stay. Tours can also be booked from the Hotel, which I felt was very helpful being picked up just outside the Hotel. Food was very good and room and shower was excellent. Would highly recommend this Hotel

Other than the scrambled eggs at breakfast (underdone), the hotel was wonderful. I didn't expect such a modern establishment and was pleasantly surprised. It is on the plaza by the train station and a 5 minute walk to the square. What a super location. The hotel staff was very helpful.

Directly opposite the main railway station, a chic hotel with excellent service and at a fair price. Shopping centre next door, 5 minutes walk to the old Town - breakfast terrific - ten out of ten in my book in all areas.

Andels Hotel is in a fantastic location to explore Krakow Rooms were lovely bathroom was v nice Restaurant was also v good and reception staff were v helpful booking restaurants and organizing driver for trips to the salt mines and Austwich would stay here again and highly reccomend it. One tiny quibble mini bar was not cold and no milk with the tea […] and coffee in the room Mehr
