The Hotel location was very convenient. Although a' small one' the hotel offered a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was included which was not lavish But good. I recommend everyone must try their Restaurant, Haddock Fillet with chips is one of my favorite.

We stayed on manchester on route to a specialist hospital where I would be having some surgery. It was very central, easy to find, clean and other than a tiny bit of wear and tear was in good condition. The room we had was smaller than my small box room at home, with a sidrways shuffle needed to get around the bed, so I am glad this was a one night […] stay. The free wifi also didn't work in our rooms on either phones or lap top. The staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. We did leave some items of clothing behind in error, and they are posting back to us which I am very happy about. Mehr

THE HOTEL WAS V. CLEAN AND THE STAFF V. HELPFUL. BREAKFAST WAS LOVELY AND PLENTY OF PARKING AVAILABLE. WE WERE ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE HOTEL BAR AFTER OUR CHRISTMAS PARTY AND THE STAFF WERE IN NO RUSH TO CLOSE.

The initial room we were given was still dirty, bed unmade and no clean towels. When we let the staff know they apologised profusely and switched us immediately to the executive suite. Great service!

I will start by saying the work on the wedding was exceptional. A perfect day for my friends. A effortless display by staff. But the room we stayed in was slightly smaller than a shoebox. The heating was turned to eleven so we had to have the window wedged open. The bed was cramped but comfy. I can see why. As far as convenience to Fallowfield campus is concerned you cannot really get any closer. It is ideal for dropping off/collecting your student child. The hotel was clean if somewhat stark. The rooms have the basic essentials and are cleverly compact. You can have all your meals here although several good eateries (and some not-so-good), are within […] walking distance. Weekend breakfast runs until late which is good for those who have had a long week and welcome a lay-in. Some staff were lovely but one or two service staff were not quite so 'sparkling'. Mehr

The hotel was ideal for me it had parking and was close to Manchester University. However, there was a lot of slamming of doors whch woke me up sevral times.

With me checking in at 11pm & out at 7am this booking was purely convenience only, therefore I do not have sufficient evidence to make a judgement. Nonetheless the staff were very helpful as they made me a sandwich to go because of my early departure.

One night stay. Nice and quiet. Handy location. Reasonable value. Good breakfast. Nothing special but if you have to stay one night in that area it's comfortable and clean and good value.

I booked into Chancellors as I had an exam on the Fallowfield campus. Perfect location for where I needed to be and on first impressions the hotel was very nice, clean and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very basic (single room with a single bed) not much room, but it was only for a night. Tea / Coffee facilities in […] room. What let it down was the noise! The amount of people (mainly cleaners) letting doors slam in a morning and due to the shape of the building it just echoed - not what you want the night / early hours of the morning prior to an exam! I also didn't like the fact that to enter your room it was a yale type key, but there was no facility to make the room secure from inside. I travel a lot for business and I feel that all rooms should have the facilities to allow double locking from inside. Aside from that breakfast was good and included in the cost. Would stay again for my next lot of exams but would really appreciate if they had a word with the cleaners and invested in some door locks. Mehr

Staff very friendly and professional. Room was clean and compact, but with breakfast included it was excellent value. There's ample parking too. Only a 15min bus ride to manchester centre. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here because my exams were opposite and as such wanted a good nights sleep and plenty of tea whilst studying. I got what I wanted. Tea and coffee were available in the bar at all times - no charge, and the only thing that disturbed my sleep was the hail storm which of course the hotel can do nothing about. We booked a 'double room' at the Chancellor Hotel and Conference Centre for our stay in Manchester. The double room featured in the sample photo currently posted on Expedia.ca does not match the room offered. It was a very small room with a double bed, 2 to 3 ft. of clearance around the bed, a small corner closet, a desk with a TV and a chair (which […] could not really be moved around because of the limited clearance) and a bathroom. As we arrived with multiple suitcases, we had insufficient room to store our luggage. This room would have been ok for one person and for the purpose of sleeping only. As one of us would be working in the room during our stay, we really needed a bit more space. We went to the front desk and inquired after the availability of a larger room that better suited our needs. The clerk was extremely helpful and arranged for us to stay in a much more spatious room for an additional 10 pounds per night. We were very happy with the switch. Every morning an elaborate English breakfast was offered in the restaurant portion of the hotel (included in the price for the room): Coffee, tea, yoghurts, fruit, cereals, milk, cheese as well as a wide variety of traditional English breakfast staples-bacon, sausages, black pudding, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, tomatoes and toast. Excellent hotel if visiting uni or your sons & daughters there. Everything excellent apart from room very small and difficultity in accessing wardrobe. Also bedside light would not work as socket coming away from wall. Breakfast Excellent

Busy hotel in university grounds, lots of sports going on outside in the weekends. Hotel room very small, could barely walk around the bed. No elevator to second floor. I found the staff pleasant and helpful.

Entière satisfaction de l'hôtel. Le service hôtelier est franchement bien. La nourriture aussi (ah le petit déjeuner anglais). Environ à 15 mns de Manchester Picaddily en bus.

Allt som allt så var det en helt ok hotellvistelse. Bra service och för det mesta tillmätesgående personal. Frukost var helt ok, även om pannkakor hade höjt den ytterligare. Stort minus dock för att WiFi inte täcktes in i de egna rummen utan enbart fanns på de "offentliga" platserna. Hade man dator med sig fanns dock en sladd för att köra "old-school". […] Men om man som jag enbart kör iPad på resa fick man sitta i restaurangen och surfa/jobba. Mehr

Fint hotell til en grei pris, bodde her i to netter mens jeg ventet på å kunne flytte inn på universitethybelen. God beliggenhet på campusområdet til universitetet. God service generelt, og greie priser i restauranten/baren. Rommet mitt var plassert ved et stort treningsområde med fotballbaner osv, så hvis du har tenkt å sove tidlig (før 9) kan det […] hende du må belage deg på en del støy, da treningene pågikk til relativt sent utover kvelden.
