gute anbindung durch metro al rigga/union square

The hotel itself was good. The staff was friendly. It's located though so far from the things in Dubai that u would want to see. Yes, there are some things close by, but definitely this isn't what u came to Dubai to see. If u want to stay in the middle of the action, don't stay at this hotel. Find a hotel near the beach.

I was pleased with overall services until i had a business meeting in the evening and i was told no guest could come to my room and no availalble space was recommended for my meeting fior business. i was very displeased and embarrased for my business partners and i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR THIS. I stayed here because it is close to the airport and I was getting in late in the evening. This was the budget hotel option of the two I stayed at while in Dubai, though I found this hotel to be quite good for the price. The staff were all very friendly and eager to please. The hotel was well maintained and my room was generous in size. While the hotel […] is in Deira rather than downtown, it is located a 5 minute walk to a metro station that takes you to the major parts of the city. I would stay here again. Mehr

Highly recommended......I have a great experience staying there..

Flora Grand offered a perfect balance for me. I received great service. It has great amenities, a restaurant and a cafe. I loved the gym and spa, Internet was fast, free, and easy, and the area was very near the Metro and lots of fast food and shops and some nicer restaurants - and all this for a very low price.

The hotel has a policy (unwritten) that guests are not allowed to have visitors in their rooms!! I had a suite and was not allowed to have any business associates or guests visit. I am an adult and I do not need a chaparon to monitor me!

Very nice and clean Hotel. Friendly staff. Very close to the Dubai Airport and also in a safe area of town. The only negative mark i have is the room did not have a bath with jacuzzi jets as stated.

the Flora room was more than adequate. Service was decent. And the location, near the airport, Al Rigga Road and the metro are all pluses and make this hotel a great value for money in Dubai

3 stars price at 5 stars service and comfort, nice hotel to stay .

my booking was for 2 adulte and 2 child but what i have got was only one dauble beet . which was not enough for 4 peaple . over all was good . but if you travelling with child you wont get a beet for your child . i cant recommend this hotel for peaple who are travelling with child

I really liked this hotel. I thought the service was excellent. Very accommodating to me, as I stayed there and felt very spoiled with the assistance I received. Moreover, the rooms were very clean. Expect a long line for breakfast, waiting for a table, with sub par choices. I was unfortunate to get one of their last available rooms. 1st floor, facing the street, so it was quite noisy from the street. Was told when i checked in that this is a family hotel, ie. no bar, no mini bar, no guests allowed etc. Quite puritan and strict. Internet was free, […] but you have to log in each time your laptop or device goes on sleep mode. Bathrooms kind of 80's and tacky, but clean. The hotel is very fine in dining, comfort and size of the rooms. I cannot complain about anything.

Grand Flora Hotel is in close proximity to the Dubai Metro making it faster and cheaper to get to the hotel from the airport. This also makes a saving on time spent in the Dubai City tracffic jams. Additionally, with the metro so near it is easy for one to move around most shopping places of Dubai. Good location, close to airport and shopping area

I enjoyed my stay at Flora Grand Hotel. I was given a room upgrade and was very grateful. The hotel was very busy at check in and check out;however I didn't wait long in line. Everyone was sincerly friendly. They didn't force themselves to talk with guest. The bellman was especially nice. He went back downstairs to get me the information I needed for […] the internet and assisted me in connecting. He and the front desk clerk was working in the morning when I checked out. I think they may have worked all night;however they were just as fresh and friendly as when I checked in. Mehr

We needed to stay for 2 days to see the tower, markets and wait for the flight. The metro was very useful, because the road trafic is baaad. We accomplished everything very easily. The hotel has the feeling of luxury, the staff is corteous and helpfull. The breakfast is adequate but could be better. There is lots of alternatives to eat near-by. The hotel is very nice. The rooms clean. The promptness of the staff to rectify any problems are good. The rates are reasonable. The location is excellent. The lobby is small but comfortable. The spa needs to be stepped up a bit. Overall, the hotel is great and I will stay there again if I ever return to Dubai

The hotel, praised as a great hotel for business man, is more a great hotel for people with a low expectation level. Very nice reasonably priced hotel. with close location to city center. Staff is helpful and courteous. Included compimentary breakfast is very good. Only negative point with this hotel is too high rate for the internet access.

There was nothing that this hotel lacked. the staff was very accomodating, even to the point of starting breakfast early when we had to leave early. the staff was very friendly and helpful in all ways possible. it was clean, we felt safe, the food was fabulous, the room service was excellent, we got a free paper daily, there were people to wait on you […] where ever you went. the pool was clean, the little snack shop person was very kind, the gift shop, although small contained a wide variety of items. the person who directed the tours in the hotel was very helpful in helping to decide where to go on the tours. we loved it all.... Super service fra start af. Fik endda en opgradering på værelset UB. Set ud fra pris var helheden meget tilfredsstillende. Værelse og interiør kunne virke en anelse slidt.

Bien situado, cerca metro y calle céntrica donde comer y comprar. Tiene transporte gratuíto al aeropuerto,a algunos centros comerciales de Deira y a las zona de playa. Buena relación calidad-precio. Limpio.

위치, 청결도, 가격 등 다 좋은데, 직원들이 대부분 무뚝뚝 함..

The hotel offers a simi luxury package at very competitive prices. Theres nothing wrong with the hotel, but it's not at the beachfront, on the other hand it' well placed vis a vis the old (and interesting) part of town. The rooms has all the conveniences you could wish for. I would definitely recommed it to other, in fact I already have.
