the staff were great - the food was average - this place is serviced apartments not real hotel - the apartments are huge. The furniture is dated and showing wear. The TV's are from the 90's. It was nice and I would stay there again but it should be upgraded soon.

In 3b apt yet to be refurbished, 1 king, 1queen, 1 twin, very spacious. Would be more useful to have a second twin instead of queen bed. Three Old CRT tvs, queen bedroom hasn't got one. From apt, we seemed to be enclosed by surrounding bdgs. B'fast is ok but under matches the accommodation and service.

breadfast at Sky lounge is lousy, quality of food is bad, limited food, it cost RM32.50 per pax for extra family member is not worth it.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent place for families having very good ammenities. The low point is the breakfast: although they provide a variety of foods, except for the made to order eggs, the food was very average. Very good service , very efficient and soft spoken staff,good value for money. Clean Iand big rooms with all facilities.only thing that was missing is Internet connection in rooms. I will definitely use ascott hotels in future.

We booked a 3br from our party of 5, which gave everyone (parents. grandmother and kids) their own space, and it had a large living room. Very convenient location for shopping. The only drawback was no Wifi in the rooms, and only one LAN point in the living room, which the kids weren't too happy about. But overall we would stay there again

good hotel centally located, not far from the monrail, but KLCC is not very big so you can walk almost everywhere, and Taxi's are cheap, when you have your bearings ask for the meter to be on.....the staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean.

My husband, 2 children (3y & 7 months) and I recently went to Kuala Lumpur on holiday with my in laws and sister in law. We all stayed at the Ascott and had a great stay, we kindly got upgraded by management so all families could be on the same floor which made our stay more enjoyable. Great Hotel, First 2 days was hard as didn't know how to get around so alot of time wasted on Taxi's as different to where we normally stayed. However once we were familiar with the shortcut walking route, was much better. Great hotel for families, nice breakfast and pool area. Will stay again.

I have stayed in the best hotels of the world from Maldives to Peru...I got caught in this hotel trap jus due to the location....No service at all..Breakfast was like food bein thrown from a helicopter in Iraq....Called 4 times for extra towel to be told they give them only once in morning when room is serviced...The porters were the only kind people...A […] Malay/Chinese girl at the the reception was soo rude like she offering me a room...Would not even attempt to look across this hotel on next trip...BTW you can't see the Pertonas towers from this hotel anymore as the picture on their website is fake..there is a new building which has covered it completely.... Excellent location, friendly and reasonably efficient service and comfortable rooms....the Ascott has it all. A great pity then that this is all let down badly with a hopelessly cramped breakfast location both at the food counters and also in the seating area. Makes it a virtual zoo! Not a pleasant experience. The food selection is also very limited. […] All this represents no more than 5% of my rating but it is very annoying that the Ascott would compromise an all-round super rating on such a small matter. The room was very spacious (we were 3 adults, and we had room enough for a king size bed, and an extra -bed in the living room area. The kitchen was equipped, with tableware, fridge, electrical range cooking, and all of the necessary. Personally, I don't like the carpet everywhere, and the furniture was not designer furniture, but the quality was good […] enough. The bathroom is spacious and well equipped. This hotel is like home from home,very clean and comfortable.The location is great. The pool area on the 22nd floor is lovely and clean,with a great view of the city and surrounding areas. Their laundry room is next to the pool area with lots of washers and dryers .The only fault I found was their resturant food is not great,and the room balcony is […] just for standing to look out, and you have to ask for the key to gain acess once you've checked in. I had an enjoyable 2 nights stay. Staff in Ascott were professional & friendly. Room was well-maintained and especially loved the branded bathroom amenities that were provided-L'Occitane! I will highly recommend to all my friends. Price was very reasonable too.

Booked this trepidation as there no reviews. Fears were allayed on arrival. Porters opened doors on arrival and couldn't do enough. Check in was effortless with staff giving me more than info to keep me happy. Had a room on the 28th which overlooked the Petronas towers (one of them anyway!) and I had a 1 bed apartment that was spotless, smoke free and […] had all the facilities. Full kitchen, lounge with stereo and large tv, walk in robe room and bedroom with office area complete with LAN. Bar on 22nd overlooks central park and towers, restaurant on balcony overlooking trendy nightclub and bar. Service was good, prices reasonable and food was food. Located just over the road from towers, big park and maim shopping mall. Went walkabout on an evening, very safe and plenty of bars and restaurants local. will I stay again.... Definitely !! Mehr

ルームサービスが終了したあとのチェックインでなにか食べたくてフロントに聞くとどこもやってないとの回答、、、、替わりにカップラーメンとお菓子の詰め合わせを持ってきてくれ大変助かりました。 予約では朝食込みとなっていたのに何かの手違いか朝食別となっていたので旅程を見せて指摘すると問題なく朝食込みに変更してくれました。 部屋にwifiが無く有線のインターネットのみでした、接続する際のマニュアルが無いので四苦八苦しましたが、それは自分の英語の理解度の問題で、流暢な方なら問題ないと思います。私は小型の無線ルーターを持っていったので難なくwifi化して携帯、tabでインターネットを使用できました。 朝食はビュッフェですが、そんなに種類はありません、旧正月だったので中華風のメニューが出た日もありましたがパ […] ターンは決まっているようでした。 ここの良いところはセリアKLCCに歩いて5分掛からないところです。買い物をして荷物が重くなったら部屋に置きに行く子ともできます。4泊してセリアばかりでしたがとても満足です。最後の方はちょっとホテルの周りを散策すると麺屋武藏というラーメンやさんがあり豚骨ラーメンとつけ麺がとても美味しく、家族も満足でした。 Mehr

兄弟等４人で２ベッドルームに３泊した。部屋もとても広くお湯の出なども申し分ない。キッチンにはお鍋やお皿もあるので、ある程度の炊事は可能。１１階だったが周りは高いビルに囲まれて眺望は皆無。部屋のエアコンをオフにしても、主電源を入れると低風量の送風があり、少々寒さを感じた。窓は全く開かない。朝食会場は２２階のプールなどのあるフロアーで、メニューは少なめながら眺めの良い席を選ぶことも出来る。インターネットは部屋ではＡＤＳＬ方式のＬＡＮケーブルしかなく、タブレットなどのWIFIは、プール階に行かなければ使えない。部屋のLANケーブルには有料のような表示があるが、フロントでパスワードなどをもらってプール階では無料だった。何よりも便利に感じたのはツインタワーまで200m位で、中にある伊勢丹には食品スーパ […] ーまであり、買い物にはとても便利。ツインタワーに直結している地下鉄のKLCC駅にも少々雨が降っていてもなんとか行かれる点はとても良い Mehr

このホテルの強みは、ロケーションとアパートメントホテルである点です。場所はＫＬＣＣのすぐそば。信号を渡るのがちょっと怖いときもありますが、ショッピングセンターと広場が近いので子連れにも便利です。ただ、滞在中、スコールのような雨が何度が降ったので、その際はまったく外に出られなく、結局センター直結のホテルの方がいいかもと思いました。ホテルロビーは改装中でした。ところどころ古さが目立って、そろそろ改装が必要と思われる場所があります。洗濯機が２２階にありますが、一回１０リンギ。古い洗濯機なので、利用のコツをつかむまで戸惑いましたが、やっぱりあって便利でした。部屋は２ベッドルームにしましたが、とっても広くって子連れにはよかったです。ただ、床がカーペットで掃除もいい加減だったので、清潔さにはかけました。 […] 毛がいっぱい落ちてました。私は見かねて、チェックイン後すぐ掃除機をかけてもらったぐらい気になりました。またリピートするかと自問すると、不満要素が多いので躊躇してしまうところです。 Mehr

クアラルンプール市内中心部にあり、徒歩２〜３分の所にスリア KLCCがあり、買い物には大変便利。この中にはフードコート、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、スーパーマーケット、高級ブティックから現地ブランド店まで何でもそろっており、朝10時から夜22時までオープンしている。KLCC駅にも地下でつながっているので足回りも良い。キングサイズのベッド１つのプレミアルームに２人で３泊したが、ベッドも広く、ソファや調度品もゆったりと置かれていて部屋も広い。大型冷蔵庫やちょっとした食器類にポットもそろっており便利。ただ、チェックイン時間になっても部屋の掃除が終わっておらず、少し待たされたのはマイナス。ホテルスタッフは特に愛想を振りまくわけでもなく、淡々と仕事をこなす感じ。ロクシタンのアメニティはうれしい。外のテラ […] ス席での食事は快適で気持ちがよかったが、朝食は毎日ほぼ同じメニューでバラエティに欠ける。ジュースやフルーツもイマイチ。野菜もほとんどなかった。総合評価は「大変良い」だが、チェックインの際少し待たされたので、その分だけマイナス。 Mehr

大きなリビングと2ベッドルーム（1つダブル、1つはツイン）でバス、トイレはそれぞれのベッドルームにあります。またコンドミニアムスタイルでキッチンも充実してます。KLCCのすぐ隣りで、繁華街のブキビンタンまではエアコンのついた屋根付き歩道で10分強でいけます。なんと言っても、22階のスカイラウンジでとる朝食はサイコーです。今回は時間が無く入りませんでしたが、同じ22階にはプールもあり、KLタワーや都会のビルを眺めながら、ゆっくりジャグジーに浸かっているのもリッチな気分になれそうです。

Spacious two bedroom executive room. But one celing light and one lamp did not work. Surrounding high building construction work. Swimming pool good view but male changing room closed. Need to come down 10 floors with my swimsuit. Money for value good choice. Perfect location.

場所が良く、買い物、食事には困らないし、ちょっとした時間つぶしができる。徒歩で約５分 伊勢丹が近くにあるので、和食を希望される人にはお勧め。 プールは、ジャグジーがあるとあったが、無かった。 モーニングコールを頼み、リコンファームもしたのに、無かった。 時計がホテル、部屋、街中とほとんどなく、時計を忘れて不便。

キッチンが充実していて、冷蔵庫も大きく、リビングルームもゆったりしていて、長期滞在するなら絶対お勧めです。リビングルームにＣＤコンポ、ＤＶＤプレイヤーがあるので買ってきたＤＶＤをすぐ見られるのも便利でした。

Suria KLCCへ徒歩数分の位置にあり、とても立地条件が良いです。スタッフは大変親切で、ホテルは清掃が行き届いております。プールおよび朝食を食べるsky loungeは22Fにあり、とても眺めが良く気に入りましたです。各部屋のバルコニーを利用するにはフロントでカギを借りる必要があります。次回もKULに行く際は、このホテルを利用すると思います。
