die Nähe zu Darling Harbour, Town-Hall Metro-Station und Hyde Park machen dieses Hotel zu einem optimalen Ausgangspunkt für einen Stadtbummel. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

I stayed at Fraser for almost 3 weeks and overall I was pretty happy. It's a good, central location. Nice gym and (indoor) pool for exercise and sauna. All very clean. I cooked for myself or ate nearby so never tried room service or breakfast offering. Things that were somewhat disappointing included the TV. Very poor signal quality. Cleaning was also […] a disappointment. Common areas such as lobby and pool/gym was very clean. Hallways on room floors were not cleaned well. There was often things on the carpets. The way cleaning staff processed room was very inconsistent which was probably the most annoying thing. E.g. came back from work one day and remote control for TV in living room was missing...no note. After asking, staff found out that the remote had been moved to another room. Didn't matter much since the remote from bedroom also worked on living room TV but annoying that no note had been left. Several times I came back and found that there were new towels but the old ones had been left on the floor. Often some cleaning supply had left/forgotten in the room by the cleaning staff. Mehr

We loved our stay at Fraser Suites. I found it difficult to find a hotel that would accomodate 3 children under 5 so we were delighted to be able to book a luxurious suite that was comfortable for everyone. Would definitely stay again!

My stay at the Fraser Suites Sydney was very pleasant, up until the day I checked out. After leaving my bags with reception, i returned to collect them three hours later to find that they had been dumped on the floor in the hall with my suit bag crumpled underneath, and staff were actually stepping over them instead of picking them up. Had they been […] like this for the full three hours? By the way that staff were stepping over them it seemed that there was no consideration that better care should have been taken. Very disappointing to see this lack of care, especially after the price I paid for this stay. Mehr

The hotel is in a quiet location just of the main road. It is within short walking distance to the shopping precinct. The hotel has friendly staff and is very well presented.

We found the hotel and staff to be one of the best we have ever found. From the first moment we arrived, which was early due to our flight from the states, the staff did everything they could to make our stay one of the best. The room was large and had all of the items one needed for a great stay. Really good pillows, nice kitchen, convenient washer […] and dryer and two TV's. The location was near Darling Harbour, Powerhouse Museum, Victoria Building and George street. Use the 555 bus to go to the opera house and see some of the sights. It is free and runs on George Street to the house and Eliazbeth Street back (or reverse, I cannot remember. However, it is great and gives one a way to see the sights. Lastly, for Internet use, go two blocks to the Woolworths-3rd floor has lots of computers and the cost is $5.00 for 90 minutes and they are good for 30 days. Realy close and convenient. Mehr

This hotel has everything one wants or needs for a great stay in Sydney. Large rooms, great beds and pillows and great location. The entire staff was the best we have ever met in all of our travels. It is within walking distance of Chinatown, Darling Harbor, and the Powerhouse Museum. Only two blocks to George street and one has lots of great stores […] to view and be sure not to miss the Victoria Building. It is outstanding. Also, look for the 555 bus that makes a circle around George street to the Opera House area and back. Free, HopOn/Off bus. Only two blocks to Woolworth store which has food items for those snacks we all like AND it you go to the 3rd floor, one will find Internet service for $5.00-90minutes. Mehr

The reason we were in Sydney was to go to Circus Oz and it was in close proximity to Darling Harbour. The accommodation was so convenient and extremely comfortable and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends.

I had to carry my 3 luggages from the taxi to the check in desk when there were 4 people there doing nothing. I guess it's going to be difficult to find in Sydney an internet connection slower than at Fraser's. I just could not sleep the 3 nights I spent there because ( it's personal) the mattress was too soft. Really too soft. My suite was fine. There […] were there all I needed, but it's far from being a 5stars. I appreciate very much the fitness room. Excelent! Mehr

Absolutely beautiful from the moment of check in to our stay to checking out! The staff were always very professional and obliging, as well as having a smile on their faces! Paid extra to stay on a higher floor in a 2 bedroom apartment - just magnificent and the views were glorious! We had a studio suite which was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom (with only a large shower). The staff were always friendly and helpful and on entering the cool, calm foyer, it felt like an escape from the heat, tourists and traffic which can be a evident at peak times in Sydney. Disappointed with the maintenance of the room and the housekeeping generally, too dusty. Our friends whom we had recommended (they stayed for 4 nights) were also disappointed. Whilst the location is convenient to us, we would think twice before we come back to Fraser Suites but we certainly will not recommend to our friends in the future after this […] experience. Mehr

I love to stay at this hotel, it is elegant and understated but the service, friendliness of staff and standards are always well above the rest. Highly recommend this hotel to others, who are looking for more than just a box, but a true luxury experience.

Although are stay was only for 2 nights the staff were helpful and very welcoming when we arrived in Sydney. The locations meant it was only a short walk to darling harbour and from there it was very straight forward to getting to other locations of interest. All in all Australia is a wonderful place and Fraser Suites allowed for a very comfortable […] and high class end to our holiday. Mehr

We found the Fraser Suites very handy for the metro line just round the corner by the Town Hall so you could get to all the places you might wish to visit very easily indeed. There was very good shopping round the corner also. The suite had everything you could wish for and had plenty of room. The internet was expensive though so it was worthwhile going […] to a cafe. it is a lovely hotel, situated in the heart of Sydney with fantastic views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a great time.

Very very comfortable. I stayed in a 1-bedroom deluxe and the configuration couldn't have been any better with a very spacious toilet, separate living/study/bedroom provides lots of privacy. The hotel is close to everything from food, transportation, sightseeing and shopping. Friendly staff and a very very helpful concierge who oblige to personal requests. […] The only negative was that I had expected views from my room, unfortunately, this was not so (no views at all). rooms were modern and the beds were amazing,we always have sore backs if we stay in hotels because of poor quality beds but this time they were great.location is excellent,just round the corner from darling harbour and plenty of shopping.staff freindly and very helpful,we were travelling back home later in the ebvening and they let us use the restrooms […] facilities to have a shower and change for our journey home.will use again next time in sydney. Awesome location to all major attractions. Great friendly staff. Only bad thing was the suite we got was more like a regular room. Hardly any room for two of us to move around and unapack.

The location of Fraser Suites is perfect if you wanna stay downtown, close to Town hall which is in the Heart of Sydney. The room was really comfy with a great view and staff was really nice, we could check in before 3 p.m. which is great if you just survived a 22-hour-flight from Europe:-) I would definetly recommend this place to my friends. The hotel was amazing the service was great , perfect location 10 min walk to darling harbour, and 5 min walk to geroge street where you can shop a lot, you can catch free bus to harbour bridge or walk down would take you 20 mins.... i would recommend this to my friends...

Light for mirror in bathroom does not illuminate face adequately. Shower requires handrail Seat beside bed most uncomfortable

Excellent location and facilities. Sheets were not changed on one occasion when requested, however hotel staff quick to attend to this when asked. Had a very pleasant stay here and would recommend to others.

This hotel was well presented and in a good location for Darling Harbour. It was a bit of a walk to the Harbour Bridge end of Sydney, but it was away from all the noise. The room was comfortable and well kept, the gym and swimming pool area was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

The Hotel FS in Sydney has comfort,cleaniless and convenience location.

Great hotel, staff and rooms. Their was a problem with one of the mattresses that it dipped quite badly in the middle but was sorted by turning it over I think it needed to be replaced, also the fridge was stacked with their mini bar items so it did not allow us any space for our own items, but a great location and would highly recommend, we enjoyed […] our stay. Overall the hotel was fantastic (great location, excellent finishes, clean rooms, helpful staff) but we were very disappointed to find out that this hotel did not have wireless internet. Being an international traveler and only bringing with us an ipad it was extremely inconvenient to not be able to use the ipad in the hotel room, every time we used […] it we had to seek out a coffee shop or another hotel lobby. Overall, the hotel is good especially the prime location. The bed sheet is clean but may dust in the room. The wash basin sewage is not work well, water running away very slow. Toilet paper is not enough, usually the hotel will reserve another extra roll but not this hotel. Other things is Good, swiming pool & gym room is good. I will recommend this […] to my friends. Mehr

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fraser Suites. The hotel was one of the highlights of Sydney for me. It was so comfortable that we skipped some of our tourist activities to just sit back and enjoy the luxury. The view was fabulous, and its location was convenient to everything. I definitely hope to return.

Nice Hotel, very spacious, the only negatives were the lounge was hard and uncomfortable and the bathroom was weird with a tiny sink and no bench space, no lid on the toilet. Otherwise good position and service.

Was a great room, great price and great quality hotel. Close to everything you like cinemas, Mac Donald's, fancy restaurants, darling harbor is a short stroll, bowling, karaoke bars, shopping centers, centre point tower, pubs, nightclubs... you name it it's close to it. Wonderful views of the city, it's great to look down from the 39th floor and still […] see the hustle and bustle of George st and watching the rotating world star bar sign. Was one let down the spa was broken that day but the indoor pool and gym area was nice.... no need to ask reception for pool towels they are provided in the change rooms which makes it hassle free. The room is perfect for any occasion, whether your going out to eat dinner or relax and make food in the room it's got you covered. Mehr

Stayed at the Fraser Suites as was walking distance to the start line for the Sity2Surf. Was very happy with the room, it was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. The only down side was you could hear the traffic from the 26th floor which woke us up a few times. I would definately stay here again.

We found theHotel,room & service to be Excellent, it was better than we expected. The Views were great. The size and facillities of the room were very good, we will return again. Seeing this was a special time for us we asked for upper level room and got one with fantastic views.

The only point I wish to make is that the kitchen cupboard doors were not easy to manager. T^he design of the doors is not actually user friendly.

We very much enjoyed our week-long stay at the Fraser Suites. The hotel is very comfortable, with modern furnishings, a great shower, and plenty of space even in a basic room. We also had a lovely view over the city. It all came at a quite reasonable price! When we first arrived, we found a large stain (looked like red wine) on the room carpet and […] part of the bed, but after bringing it to the staff's attention, they took care of it promptly and moved us to another room -- even giving us a box of chocolates for the trouble! The new room was quite clean, with no other issues. The location is excellent -- only about a block from the train station and many bus stops, and close enough to walk to many of the main Sydney tourist attractions as well. Darling Harbour and Chinatown are right nearby for some fun entertainment and food options. One note is that internet access is quite expensive, but there are a number of spots to grab free wifi across Sydney to avoid the extra cost at the hotel. Mehr

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Fraser Suites. I mentioned we were staying to celebrate our 15th Wedding Anniversary and when we walked into our room, there was a bottle of champagne and two glasses, such a lovely touch. We had a high floor, 1 bedroom suite with separate lounge. It had floor to ceiling glass windows. It was lovely and warm as […] the sun came in in and the view was amazing. There was only one complaint, the tiles in the shower needed repair, they required regrouting and water was laying underneath them. All in all, a lovely stay with friendly attentive staff and great access to Town Hall station and Darling Harbour. Mehr
