Das Hotel liegt direkt am Highway 99 und könnte als Zwischenstop nach oder vor dem Besuch des Sequoia NP genutzt werden(ca.33miles bis zum Park). Viel erwarten darf man allerdings nicht, das Hotel ist schlicht gehalten.Zimmergröße gerade ausreichend für 2 Personen und 2 Koffer. Just a bit disappointed beacause pool was closed . My kids wanted to enjoy a nice Sumer day at the pool and it wasn't possible, I was aware of the issue !! Cafeteria needs an extra person to keep nice and clean to give a better impression to every guest . Everyone very friendly , I will definelly come back

In fact, so much so, that we'll be there again shortly. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for our needs (including a nice range of restaurants nearby). And economically priced in comparison to other choices with rooms and facilities not quite so nice. Two things, though: Paint where the ramp in the concrete is that you cross on the […] way to the pool. (My depth perception's bad, but thankfully my wife warned me before I found the rise in the sidewalk "the hard way.") And, this is nitpicking--I know, but the signage at the pool is in need of replacement. It's weathered and breaking up. Hard enough to read, the pieces may end up being a nasty surprise for someone if they step on them in the spa. An ice machine on the second floor would be nice, too. But I really am working hard to see anything that really needs improvement. It's that close to being a perfect experience the two times we've been there so far. Mehr

I had never stayed at a La Quinta before, so I did not know what to expect. The staff was friendly and our prepaid room was waiting for us. The room was comfortable, the TV had a 100 channels. Everything was very clean. In the morning, entering the hallway there was a stench that smelled like raw sewage. It was awful, unsure what they were doing in […] the next room. We arrived downstairs for the continental breakfast and it was much more than that! Pancakes, suasage, eggs, toast, the works! Our room had a king sized bed, sofa, easy chair, and a desk with a large desk chair. There were only 2 of us in the room, but plenty of comfortable seating. Also, there was an abundance of storage - large dresser drawers, a closet, and several cabinets. This is the perfect place for a lengthy stay. We chose this location in Tulare at a lower rate than available for the same stay in Visalia. Ten minutes of distance after a slightly convoluted route to 99N, but very spacious rooms, great staff, and the very nice breakfast made this a great place for the various elements of our family to stay. Just a couple of minor issues with the maintenance, but […] nothing out of the ordinary. Just wear-and-tear items and architectural details that look good in the plans and when first built, but with the occasional luggage scrape or less-coordinated guest end up with more frequent damage than most operators can stay on top of all the time. The hotel staff were great and friendly, the room very clean (I was travellng with my dog and daughter), my only complaints are that my bed mattress was lumpy, the pillow lumpy and since I was on the ground floor by a door there was so much noise from the heavy people staying on the floor above me and constant traffic in the hallway and noise from the […] doorway. We were pleased with our experience at this hotel. The lobby was clean (if not a bit empty), the rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the service was good. One major downfall was the horrible shower head, which sprayed thin streams of water all over the place but with no real pressure (room 206 if anyone from the hotel is reading this). The […] hotel had a small but nice pool, which we really enjoyed. The hot tub felt great but was so heavily chlorinated that we couldn't stay in it for long. The room was great, very comfortable beds. We hadn't requested a handicapped room, because it was just one night, and the rooms tend to be farther apart. But we were delighted to get one and it was connecter to our 2nd room. My nephew has recovered from a brain tumor which left him needing to use assitive devices (walker/cane, shower chair). We carry […] his extra equipment for the shower, but this bath was fitted with a built in chair, and many hand rails. He loved the room. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean, there a washer/dryer on our floor, and the free breakfast was great (even had strawberries and whip cream for the waffels). This hotel was great! I chose its location to stay the night due to the great reviews it received. The reviews were spot on. The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful. If I am traveling the same way in the future, I will be staying here.

The place needs some updating. The breakfast was pretty bad even for free breakfast standards. With another hotel popping up near by that offers free breakfast as well, this place needs to raise its game. Watery fake eggs, and not refilling the whole wheat toast when it runs out with 1 1/2 hours left in the breakfast time is not going to work.
