Abby's Anaheimer Inn - Anaheim

Ive stayed in cheep dirty hotels before but this one is by far the worst! I choose this hotel for the free parking for two days of Disneyland and one night hotel stay. Come to find out parking is only free for the day of check in and up until you check out. You are not able to leave your vehicle for the day of else there is a $10 dollar fee. Location […] is decent. Room is so filthy you literally want to touch nothing. Bed feels like sleeping on wood floor. A really nice cheep hotel is Quality inn suites right up the street. They have free parking before you even check in up until the as late as you want on check out day. $20 bucks more but totally worth it! Mehr

The hotel was old and dirty. There was mildew in the shower. The hotel was super loud, you could hear the traffic and the walls were paper thin. The people next to us keep us up all night, and they were not even talking loud. Not worth it

Even though it looks like it was recently remolded, this hotel wasn't up to par. I wasn't expecting a lot because we hadn't payed much for it, but the towels were stained, the tv made a strange buzz and the remote had tape on it to keep the batteries in. Also, there wasn't a clock or lamp on the night stand. Through the door light cracks came in as […] well as a lot of outside noise. staff was nice, room and breakfast was nice, just had a couple of problems.....the remote for the tv did not function well and on our last day there the toilet got clogged and the water was all over the floor, after drying that up we left. we ended up leaving maybe 3 hours before we even had to return the room. we also heard we werent the only room […] that had the same issue with the toilet. The hotel was within walking distance of Disneyland. The breakfast was always crowded. Bigger room and more waffle makers were needed.

The rooms are quiet, although the hotel was full, I couldn't hear anyone walking/showering/TV/talking from any of the rooms around ours. The employee's are very friendly and helpful. We didn't rent a car and my 7yo & 8yo didn't have a problem walking to and from Disneyland. Great Italian restaurant right across the street.

Room had black mold over top of shower, to start off. Next we got back to our room late and had no towels and room not finished, Went to the front desk and ask for bath towels and the person only had two towels for us, that we could get more at 5 am. I told her that we needed at leas 3 with face towels. bath towels were gary and old and hard. This hotel is in a convenient location but Disney but the quality of amenities were way below par. The room had no clock, very thin towels, soap packets so small they were difficult to use, a non-working television and very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Furthermore, the first night we stayed the continental breakfast wasn't ready at the time indicated […] and we were just told they were running late. The second morning we went towards the end but still within the two hour window and there was no food left. This hotel had very little to be desired and I would not stay there again. Mehr

The walls are thin. The first night the people in the room next to us where having a party and it was loud

we loved this hotel and it's location. the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff very friendly. the wi-fi and tv worked well, the continental breakfast was croissants and coffee. within walking distance of downtown disney, and right on the shuttle route to disneyland and california adventure. right across the street are a denny's, a liquor/convenience […] store, and an italian restaurant that we loved (they have free delivery and excellent lasagna). we will definitely stay there again, for all of our future disney trips, and will recommend to friends and family! This hotel was nice, especially for the price. It was clean and comfortable, Octovio was great. Although I am not a coffee drinker, my husband is. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee.

If you are on a budget, this is an excellent value for the money. It is on the same side of the street as Disneyland. So, close you can see Disneyland. We had an great stay, and the front desk folks were helpful and friendly.

The rooms were very clean, decently up to date. Beds were comfortable and decent size. Included mini fridge and microwave were nice. It was very close to a great pizza place and a convienience store. Walk to the park was a bit distant but not that bad. Only real complaints were the continental breakfast left much to be desired and the strange phone […] call we got from hotel management on our last day. We had stayed four nights and apparently he heard their were several kids in one room. He had failed to realize we had booked and payed for two rooms! Anyhow, that was cleared up quickly as we had had adjoining rooms. Very nice all in all for the price we paid for a mid-week, off peak stay. Very reasonable. Mehr

The room I occupied was very clean and everything worked as it should, whereas the room my boyfriend was in had a broken air conditioner but the room was very clean. The staff was kind a courteous and you can't beat the price for the location. It was a short walk to Disneyland.

nice clean rooms, no fancy place no extras but room is clean and close to Disneyland so it was a good experience.

I took the family to disneyland and I wanted to save some money on the room. We stayed for 2 nights and I was pretty satisfied. For the price, I understand a few small things being imperfect and it didn't affect our vacation at all. The room was clean and the manager was helpful. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

It's very good for the price. The staff was nice and friendly, the room was clean, I will come back again.

The moment I drove into this inn, i knew that it would suck and it absolutely did. As soon as I opened the door to my room, a breeze of stinky odor blew into my face. The room was hot, smelly, and stuffy. And it was extraordinarily small.. the smallest room I have ever seen. I wanted a room with 2 queens and they 'claim' that I got one, but the beds […] definitely were not queens... more like full size or doubles... Breakfast absolutely sucks. They have stale bread and cereal (extremely sugary). You'd be much better off at a nicer inn like La Quinta.. only like 10 bucks more for a hotel like room and an actual breakfast. Never going to this place again... Mehr

As long as you are only looking for a place to sleep after a long day at the parks and you are really budget minded, this is fine. Bring your own soap - theirs is terrible. Free breakfast was adequate, just pastries and cereal.

A Great small motel located only 5 mins walk from the Disneyland carpark (this saves you another $15). Great value for money

THE EMPLOYEES WERE REALLY NICE AND BROUGHT FRESH TOWELS MADE OUR BEDS WHEN WE WERE GONE TO DISNEYLAND. ROOM LOOKS A LITTLE PLAIN. BUT THE POOL WAS NICE AND IT WAS PRETTY CLOSE TO DISNEYLAND IF YOU WALK THROUGH THE PARKING LOT. WE WERE ON A BUDGET SINCE WE WERE GOING TO DISNEYLAND FOR 3 DAYS, SO IT WAS WELL WORTH IT FOR US!!

As long as you provide cheap prices, its a good place to go and crash. Wish the breakfast was a little better but overall fine.

This was a good motel for the money. The employee was very nice and helpful. I really like it when the motel provided a fridge and a microwave. The only thing I did not like was that there were not enough parking spaces for tenants. However, I will definitely come back and will recommend this motel for my friends and relatives too.

The rates where cheap and the hotel was decent close enough to disneyland so if was convenient for our trip

My boyfriend and I had to plan our Disneyland trip on a budget, and Abby's was the perfect place! Really close walking distance to Disneyland, and the accommodations were affordable and comfortable. Definitely a more old-school kind of feel, but everything was in excellent condition, including the AC for that summer heat! The bed could have been comfier, […] but honestly, it's a great deal for a great price. If you're traveling on a budget, but don't want to stay in a really shady and janky hotel, Abby's is great! Abby's Anaheimer was a short walk to downtown disney, the room was clean and check in/out was fast. The parking lot was just refinished and was clean. Did not try the pool. Overall a nice place to crash between disney visits.

nothing special. motel. parking can suck. beds really really suck. my back hurt so much after a one night stay. pillows were awesome. very roomy. friendly staff. but yeah....just ok.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean the grounds were. The Manager was very kind considering we arrived late at night after a long and fun day at Disneyland. If you want to avoid paying for parking at Disneyland, you can literally walk from Abby's Anaheimer Inn if you plan to stay a few days. They pricing was great for a King size bed. […] Our neighbors next to us were a little loud at times, but the Manager took care of it right away. The Pool and Hot Tub were very clean as well. Breakfast was simple, but was definitely enough considering it was included in the price. The next time we go to Disneyland, we will definitely stay at Abby's Anaheimer Inn. Mehr

We were only staying there because it was close to the convention center, and we new after being on our feet all day at Comic Con, we wouldn't want a long walk back to the hotel. That said, I had a few small problems with the room: 1.) The outlet for the microwave/minifridge/coffeepot had a broken cover and was left that way. The covers were hanging […] off the cords instead of attached to the wall. It's that a shock/fire hazard? 2.) Twice, we saw a roach scuttle across the carpet, although we never managed to catch/kill either one. YUCK. (Needless to say, all our bags were carefully examined before coming back into the house to prevent hitchhikers. 3.) Whomever installed the cable tv cut the hole into the wall too large. Instead of patching the wall, they stuffed a plastic grocery bag around it. That said, if they can do some minor patching up and get an exterminator to pass through, I would come back. The room was inexpensive, walking distance to my destination, and had the amenities I needed. Mehr

We stayed three nights and for the price it was well worth the stay. The location was a fast ten minutes to Disney's entrance and close to a series of restaurants. It was an opposite corner to an intersection of a convenience store which for a small store had a large variety. The comfort was fine and having a fridge meant we could organise breakfast […] and other meals for a relatively low cost. We were also 10 mins from a supermarket for food. Recommend this as a prime location to stay for visiting Disney area. Mehr

The hotel was very small and the pictures Sid it more justice than in person. The room could have been more inviting and the free breakfast didn't open early enough. On the weekend the breakfast didn't open at all! They almost charged me for extra towels, but the front desk service Waived the fee. On our last night there was even an incident where the […] cops had to be involved because someone was illegally on the premises. Not a very safe location. To far from the Disney area. For the price it was as accommodating as possible. Probably won't be staying here again. I woul rather pay more. Mehr

the carpet was held down by black tape, refrigerator door wouldnt close, the internet stopped working on the second day, every morning the housekeeping would walk in eventhough i asked for no room service, we used the laundry facilities and the dryer wouldnt work, and to top it off when we came back to the hotel at night there was no parking and we […] only had one vehicle...i wouldnt recommend this hotel to anybody. I enjoyed my stay at Abby's Anaheimer. The room was quite spacious and everything was in order. The parking was a bit tight since we had two cars coming, but they were able to accommodate. The bathroom was a touch outdated, but it worked just fine. The minifridge and microwave were a plus as well. This hotel wasn't what I expected. It was close to the Disneyland Resort which is what I wanted, but the quality of the room wasn't. I understand it's a 2 star but I've stayed at other 2 stars that are far better than this. It looked liked someone stole the wall pictures from the room. The bathroom door wouldn't shut unless you lifted the door. I reserved […] a king sized bed and got two queens because they said all the others were taken. The beds were too firm. In the middle of the night i woke up and thought i had fallen on the ground because the bed felt like the floor. I wouldn't recommend staying here. But if you like hard beds, cheap looking rooms, and no guarantee you'll get the room you booked. Mehr

This hotel is right next to downtown Disney and the price makes it very affordable to stay so close to Disney. One can easily walk to the Parks from here. It is not the nicest hotel, old, not fancy at all... but it does the job and again location is key for a low price!
