Ein gutes Hotel mit englischsprachiger Rezeption, was für Sardinien keineswegs selbstverständlich ist. Unser Zimmer war eines der schlechtesten des Hotels, ohne Balkon und mit Blick aus dem Fenster zur ca. 3 m entfernten Seitenwand des Nachbarhauses, aber mit geräumigem Bad und effizienter, lautloser Klimaanlage. Clean hotel very friendly and helpful staff but most definitely not worth being rated 4 *. Food very limited menu although whatever they made was good and clean.

This Hotel is supposed to be a 4 Star, I would not give it 3. Arrived in the evening and parked on the street across from the hotel. Booked into reception ok and was given a voucher for 10% off in restaurant of hotel. Went up to see room, to discover we were in a smallish room which faced on to a courtyard with buildings across the way about 10 metres […] away, to put it mildly it was not the best of views. Bathroom was fairly small and antiquated and shower door consisted of a plastic shower curtain { room and bathroom was clean } In the morning went down to Breakfast, and what a letdown. The choice was a plastic glass in which I poured a bottle of orange juice. There was no toast available. Cereal was a small {very small} plastic packet of corn flakes. Tea supplied was lemon flavoured, which we did not like. I informed the waitress that I required Boiling water for my own tea bags which I got from our room. I put my tea bags in to the pot to discover that the water was not boiling, I was persuaded not to make an issue of anything. On checking out there was a gentleman on duty in reception and he was helpfull in phoning a Hotel in Alghero where we wanted to make a booking for that night. Mehr

Besides the altercation at checkin, I was dissapointed when I was informed that I could not make use of the carpark after Monday (2 days after my arrival) because they were going to do some work on it. The work turned out to be digging up the carpark, with work starting at 7:50 every morning and continued intermittently throughout the day not very pleasant […] at all to be woken up so early by a digger Mehr

We were very happy with our recent stay at Hotel Riviera Castelsardo. The location couldn't be better- beach right across the street and adjacent to the historic areas of Castelsardo. Staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable.

My first impressions of the hotel were that it had seen better days and looked a bit tired. We occupied a room with a balcony on the front of the hotel looking out to the sea and castle, all very nice. The only drawback of being of that side of the building was the level of noise coming from the road below however it is something you become accustomed […] to after a while. Unfortunately during our stay we also became aware of tiny flecks of plaster work falling down onto the balcony (daily) which prevented us from enjoying the full benefits of sitting on the balcony with any food or drink. To end this review on a positive note, the cleaning standards at the Hotel Riveria are very high and the bathroom facilties were spotless. We also found the hotel staff were friendly/helpful so overall we did enjoy our stay there. Mehr

Særdeles fornøyd med oppholdet. God standard på hotell og rom; servisen var upåklagelig. Beliggenhet i historiske omgivelser. Bystranden tilfredsstilte våre behov. Sporadisk noe høy musikk fra strandrestaurant, og merket trafikken. Med andre positive forhold veiet opp for dette. Hotellet anbefales klart.

Personnel très agréable. Ce qui est dommage, WIFI payant. Niveau de la chambre : La salle d'eau, la douche très petite et joints pas très propre. Et boisson très cher.

il personale è stato davvero gentilissimo e veramente disponibile, le camere sono pulite, l'albergo si trova proprio sul mare, castelsardo la si può girare facilmente a piedi e da li si va dappertutto. spero un giorno di tornare da quelle parti e tornerei al riviera, certo non aspettatevi un lusso smodato, è sempre un tre stelle, ma ci si sta bene

Ett jättebra hotell, rent och snyggt och med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget är mycket bra precis vid en liten sandstrand i utkanten av byn. Dessutom en restaurang med god mat. Baren kunde varit lite trevligare inredd, men verandan var helt ok.

Rett over gaten og ned en trapp ligger bystranden, ren og pen. Anbefaler å bestille et rom med sjøutsikt, da får du utsikt til stranden og oppover byen med på kjøpet. Det er rikelig med restauranter i byen, de fleste har selvfølgelig sjømat som spesialitet. Ulempene med hotellet er at gaten utenfor er sterkt trafikkert, så for de som sover lett så begynner […] dagen kl 7... De tar heftig betalt for internettilgang, men det er vel en detalj. Mehr

Jeg vil virkelig gerne anbefale dette hotel. Vi fik rene håndklæder hver dag, rengøringen var perfekt. Søde og smilende personale. Det er en god ide at betale ekstra for balkon med havudsigt. Hvis vi tager til Sardinien igen vil vi meget gerne tage ophold på dette hotel igen.

Castelsardo è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare la costa nord della Sardegna. L'hotel Riviera e il Ristorante Fofò con la loro qualità e il personale gentile e disponibile rendono il soggiorno davvero piacevole. La località con il centro storico e lo splendido panorama dal castello è di per sè molto gradevole.

L'albergo si trova a due passi dal mare, di fronte alla picola spiaggia dal paese. La camera- noi eravamo in una di quelle che non si affacciano sul mare- era piccola, in particolare il bagno, ma molto comoda e comfortevole. La pulizia era puntuale e ineccepibile. Prima colazione squisita e abbondante. Personale assai cortese e disponibile. Otiimo rapporto […] qualità-prezzo. In definitiva, se non ritenete irrinunciabili i lussi di un cinque stelle, l'Hotel Riviera è assolutamente consigliabile. Mehr

Vi hadde et veldig hygelig opphold på Hotel Riviera i Castelsardo. Vi hadde bare booket oss inn for to netter, men vi likte oss så godt der at vi bodde der i fem netter til. Vi fikk tilbud om å oppgradere til havutsikt, og da hadde vi nydelig utsikt mot havet og byen. Betjeningen var hyggelig og snakket nok engelsk til at man kunne avklare praktiske […] ting, og rengjøringen var veldig bra. Rare ansatte, meget hjælpsomme, kanon rengøring, men vær opmærksom på at hvis der ønskes balkon/havudsigt kommer der et tillæg på 15 euro pr. nat, hvilket virkelig kan anbefales. Men alt i alt et rigtig dejligt ophold. kan varmt anbefales
