The room was perfect. The beds were so good it was just like you were home in your own bed. Everything about our stay from the cleanliness of the room and hotels to the shuttle service was perfect. The staff was as friendly as anywhere in the world we have stayed. Thank you Hilton for making our visit to Shreveport even better.

I found the hotel staff to be very helpful and pleasant, always giving a cheerful greeting!

Fantastic hotel in a depressed area....

I've stayed in many Hiltons and this one is one of the oldest. There were lots of strange noises & construction going on but it was still a nice hotel. The hotel was clean for the most part & the front desk staff were awesome--very friendly & helpful. The only real complaint I have is that the bar staff closed down the bar early on St. Patty's Day so […] they could go out on the town. We had just come back from a wedding where most of the guests were staying at this hotel & the bar was very crowded. We were shocked that the bar staff closed down early. I wonder what the manager would have had to say about that if he knew about it?!? Mehr

Initially we were very satified with the hotel, until we found out we were checked out a day earlier, no clear reason given. We were charged again for the last night. We left too early the next morning before management arrived. Hotels.com or Hilton??

the hotel was great the sevice not so great. we waiting over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from a casino. we had cleaning crew just open up the door and come in while we were in the room. also there are no "do not disturb" signs you have to wait to be interupted from your nap by the cleaning crew to tell them you dont need room service. kind […] of frustrating Mehr

Everything was great!!!

Hotel is in a great location near downtown Shreveport and the Boardwalk attractions, as well as several of the casinos. Rooms were large and very modern, not to mention extremely clean. The staff was as friendly and accommodating as any hotel I've ever visited. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Shreveport.

Our recent stay at Shreveport Hilton was a refreshing pleasure. The staff was gracious and attentive, while the surroundings were clean and comfortable. I will gladly recommend this hotel to any friends i know headed to Shreveport.

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend and were extremely pleased with the service, the rooms and the location. Everything is walking distance or just 5 - 10 minutes away if driving. Our rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were the best I have ever slept on. Customer Service was the best I have had in years. The beds and pillows here were awesome! They do have a restaraunt attached to the hotel, however there price was double the cost it should actually be. We were there for a cheer competition so it was extremely convienent. The valet was cheap but on Sunday there were so many people in the lobby wating on their vehicles, and there was someone waiting […] that they could not locate their keys. Ooops! Mehr

My stay at the Hilton in Shreveport, LA was a very nice and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful and made me feel right at home during my stay. I would highly recommend the Hilton to anyone looking for some Louisiana style hospitality at a very fine hotel.

What more can I say.....

and clean pillows (as opposed to bed that smell old & oily!!). The lobby is huge and a bit sterile, no ambiance really but clean, there is a nice bar. I didn't try the restaurant ... in general, people were nice.

The most important factor with choosing a room is cleanliness and this one flips the bill. The fresh clean smell is the first thing I noticed walking into the room. They don't use those unwashed comforters either. The bedding was clean and they give you 6 fluffy pillows per bed! The bathroom was just as clean but would have been nice to have the vanity […] separate from the shower and toilet, its all in one makes it hard to get ready for two people at the same time. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel. FYI: go with the valet parking, its just worth it. Mehr

Good clean hotel. Friendly staff!!

There was no internet service in the room and when the hotel service was notified they could not correct the problem nor could they get outside help. There was also a problem with the computer in the business center .that was ultimately corrected after two people had to be called. Thank you

Very nice place to stay. The valet guys were great lots of good recommendations- The Blind Tiger is a must visit. The bartenders were great too. I highly recommend.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Very clean and accommodating. THE BEDS ARE FABULOUS!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Perfect for our girls shopping trip!

This is the first time that my partents stayed at a hotel. Both my parents loved your bed, their backs didn't hurt them at all. My mother would love to know what kind of beds you use, also the pillows were wonderful. Everyone was very nice. Thank you so much for the shuttle, it was wonderful. Went for a concert at a casino. The hotel was amazing and the food was great at the local restaurants!!!

I would have given the hotel a 4 star. But after checking in and setting things aside, we checked the condition and cleanliness of the room and found it to be soso. I think the hotel maids are not doing a detailed enough job when they clean the rooms. 1) We found other peoples candy wrapper on the floor, 2) we found a layer of dust inside the drawers […] (which is strange - it must have not been cleaned in a long time), 3) the walls and closets had other people's writing marks and smudges, and 4) the lounge chair did not seem clean as it had white smudges on it. So it was a so-so hotel. The lobby was nice, parking was convenient, etc. But next time, I'll look for Hyatt instead. Mehr

Very clean hotel with nice staff. Only complaint was the $3 bottled water in the room tasted and smelled EXACTLY the same as it did coming out the faucet in the bathroom, which was NASTY...ironic??? But otherwise our stay was very good!!!
