My first visit to the hotel is what brought me back the second time. The staff is helpful, friendly and courteous. The service you receive is outstanding and I have recommended that all my friends book this hotel when visiting Myrtle Beach. The only problem I had was the rowdy guest that woke me at 3:00 am but that's expected during Spring Break. In […] addition I was check out of my room before my allotted check out time but the staff was apologetic and helpful in assisting me with retrieving my belongings.Besides that everything else was wonderful. Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff!

My only complaint is that the matterress was not the most comfortable. Otherwise the hotel was clean. The staf were great. Room Service was great. The beach shuttle and private beach access make life very easy. I would go back again.

It was our 29th Wedding Anniversary. We had a wonderful time and the price was very reasonable. We will probably make this a once a year trip (not necessarily anniversary) but to just get away. We really enjoy ourselves and would recommend it to our family and friends.

Read all other reviews and I agree with hotel check in staff being less than friendly. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite when they did not have a room with a kingsize bed. Had a late supper in the bar. Food was very good and bartender was quite nice.

Our first room had mold in the shower. Put us into another room - not much better. When we checked out and i looked under the bed for any stray shoes, there were men's socks and not my husband's! This is not a 4 star hotel.

My wife and I had a nice 1 night stay and liked it's proximity to the airport. We decided to eat at Waterscapes and the food was wonderful

Great hotel ....but forget about the activities for the kids...the staff in charge of the activities were very demotivated not really friendly with the kids....but for the rest it is a good place to go...

The room was nice although it lacked sufficient drawer space (we had to live out of our suitcases). Simple things like towel hooks seemed to have been overlooked. Pool area was small but seemed to be sufficient. Ahi tuna salad was a highlight there. Waterscapes restaurant was good. The breakfast buffet wasn't elaborate by any means but covered all […] the basics. Dinner entrees are overpriced and the kids eat free is no big deal as the kids meals are inexpensive and very basic (mac & cheese, chicken fingers, etc.) I'd recommend exploring the area as there are quite a few less expensive but high quality places to eat. One place to avoid is the Anchor Cafe as the lunch there was the worst we had on our trip. The shuttle to the beach seems a hassle at first but you get used to it and it's not a problem. Overall, we'd likely try someplace else for our next visit but I wouldn't have a problem staying there again. Mehr

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I felt like I was home. All the amenities were right their for you. It was luxurious. Of course I cleaned but that's how I am. However, this was the first time I have ever been really comfortable when being in a hotel or villa. It was excellent. The view was great and everything was convenient. All of the attraction […] were 10- 12 min. away. The staff was friendly and I loved it. However, the food I would have to pass on. It wasn't worth the money but most current dinning experiences aren't worth the money. It is pricey but I would dine with Ruth's Chris (which is on the property with the hotel) rather than their in house restaurant, Waterscapes. But overall, everything was exquisite. I would stay there again. Oh and how can I forget the beach, they have a private beach in which you have a shuttle. On the beach there are chairs and umbrella's and towels. They provide everything. The weather was beautiful and you don't have to worry about fighting for a spot because you are sectioned off and anyone who is in the hotel will be in your area. I loved it just loved it! Mehr

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean. I would recommend and stay again. The Anchor Grill was awesome.

Marinas Inn was the best!! We got 4 rooms all the rooms were in excellent condition.. The service was great. the place was just so relaxing. Can"t wait to plan another get away at the Marina Inn.

We had an amazing time the hotel was absolutely gorgeous can't wait to visit again we are actually looking to see if there was any condo for sale in this hotel would love information on it thank you

The staff was very friendly from the front desk to the bartenders to the lady that answered the phone to pick up the trays from breakfast. this was a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is very convenient with the shuttles to the beach and chairs and umbrellas available for use. We would certainly stay here again and plan on doing so.

The facilities were wonderful. All amenities were as described and then some. We extended our stay and would have loved another day or two. Full marks and a full recommendation

This place was great for most of the week. The room was beautiful with a wonderful view, it could have used a coat of paint. The pool was nice and views amazing. The staff was pretty good, not overly nice, but ok. Thursday was so weird, the service went down big time. The shuttle to the beach was extremely slow, we waited over 20 minutes for the shuttle […] and our maid didn't come to the room till 4:30 when we wanted to change from the beach. Overall, the rest of the days were great and we will return to this place. Mehr

The property was very nice and wonderfully located. It afforded me with peaceful surroundings, but conveniently located to easily get to the hustle and bustle of the beach community whenever I wanted. I would definitely come back to the Marina Inn and highly recommend it to others. Beautiful property, clean, with a friendly staff.

Very nice hotel. Accommodations were amazing. Flying in from Dallas, we were totally comfortable as soon as we arrived. Out room was available early which was really appreciated. the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was average at best. Stay here as you will not be disappointed.

We were extremely disappointed from this hotel. Unfriendly poeple and servcies. One day our hotel room was not cleaned at all. Another day we missed neew towels. Room was old fashioned and old television (no flat screen). All in all 3 stars hotel but never 4 stars.

Wonderful hotel on the Grand Strand. Very clean & well maintained and staffed. Staff were always at your call and most helpful. Could use more comfortable furniture for the balcony. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and would return again.

This was a beautiful place. There was nothing negative that I can report. Everyone was very helpful and the Inn was immaculate. I will definately be back again.

Beautiful hotel near everything in Myrtle Beach, SC. We were there to visit son at Coastal Carolina. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

First class hotel from the start. All six nights were great. Beautiful views and a five star facility. We are coming back soon.

Hotel was visually spectacular and the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The room was superb and the view from the front and the balcony was great. They have private parking and a part of the beach set aside for their guests which include chairs with umbrellas and towels. Already working on how we can get back there […] and spend more time. Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very polite, courteous, and helpful. I don't think there was one service that the facility offered that we did not use or patronize and everything was a great experience. The beach area designated for the hotel was very well maintained and easily accessible. It is great for a family with kids by being north of the […] main beach and away from all of the crowds while giving you the same experience. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Mehr

The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. It is only about 4 years old. The shuttte was very nice and frequently went to the private section of the beach that you have free access to. There is a free intercom at the beach that you can use to get the shuttle to pick you up. The shuttle comes within 10-15 minutes. We chose to just drive back and […] forth so we could transport our beach gear easier. It is only a 5 minute drive and easy to find. The only bad things about the room were that there were only 2 drawers to unpack your clothes and put them in. We stayed for 6 nights. We bought some plastic hangers to hang up some of our clothes. Also we were not supplied with enough towels and washcloths for our family of 4. I had to call the front desk to get enough. They did not always come so promptly, but did eventually come. They have some kind of policy where they are trying to save water and you are encouraged to reuse your towels and washcloths. We would stay hear again. I would let them know right from the beginning to give us plenty of towels and washchoths. They really need to install some drawers. Mehr

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Great value if you book several days together.

Have been going to Myrtle Beach for more than 25 years and this was the best accomodations yet. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!
