Sehr komfortabel. Saubere und großzügige Zimmer. Viele Annehmlichkeiten, beispielsweise Waschmaschine auf dem Flur, Bügelbrett und Eisen. Gutes Restaurant

in sehr ruhiger Umgebung, in einem Industriepark gelegen, empfand ich das Hotel als modern und komfortabel. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal war ungekünstelt freundlich.

I had een looking for a suitable hotel for a weekend break with a friend and found this hotel to be just what we needed. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The service was friendly and the fishone restaurant served tasty meals that were value for money. Ideally situated for sightseeing in devon or cornwall. Would stay again.

Stayed here many times , great staff , rooms , free wifi downstairs all good for a business traveller but they still cant get the resurante menue to a good varied standard and too expensive . Having stayed here 30 plus nts the breakfast has never changed they need to look at what other hotels are doing i would even say preimer lodge now does a better […] breakfast and evening meal is more like a fast food menu. and this is the new menu! I can not find any fault with the Hotel, the accommodation was excellent

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Even a wedding reception disco could not be heard from the room. A reasonable cost for the room.

Booked 2 nights at future in Plymouth and got an excellent rate. The rooms are huge, nice flat screen tv, really comfortable bed and a bath and shower. Was very impressed. It's a shame there are only 3 in the chain.

on arrival at the hotel we found th ere were no towels in the room i told the girl on reception and towels were supplied.my wife and i used the towels saturday pm and sunday am on our return to the hotel on sunday evening there were only two hand towels, so i showered and had to use a hand towel to dry myself! i also found the beds and pillows hard. […] in my opinion Mehr

An overall excellent hotel - new, modern, clean, large rooms, excellent service. Great base for exploring Plymouth and surroundings. Highly recommended! Excellent value for money.

Stayed once before and on both occasions this hotel met our expectations for a short 2 night stay. The location is a little way from the highlife of Plymouth and has "businessey" atmosphere but the room was comfortable, well kitted out and the staff scored highly for d/w a late night request immediately. We have not tried the food.

Good value. Comfortable and clean. Spacious room. We enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the restaurant. Very poor evening meal. Dishes were bland and poorly cooked.

this is the 3rd time of staying in this hotel and the value for money is exceptional, i have not tried the food as it is quite exspensive but having lived in the area there is a pub if you head towards southway called "the george" that is part of the toby chain were the food is excellant and cost effective. my only request if they would listen is the […] possibilty of a curtesy bus into the town centre. this would be the icing on the cake Mehr

Clean, well equipped rooms. Whilst it's not that close to the town centre, it is well connected to the main trunk roads. Well suited to business travellers, although we used it as cheap base for a family get away. Staff were particularly good with my young son. 2 minor criticisms: - Wifi only works in lobby, not rooms (where there is wired broadband […] - no good for an iPhone!). - Restaurant food was good, but overpriced. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive. We did not eat in the restaurant however will do so next time I visit.

The hotel staff were great and loved the hotel itself. The one real downside was the very below average quality of the food both the evening meal which we decided to have in the hotel due to being to far from options and also the breakfast.

Fantastic hotel however resteraunt was dissappointng as they got one of our orders wrong which meant we had to eat our meals seperately

This modern hotel is great value, clean, and very welcoming. It's located on the outskirt of the city and very close to the hospital. The restaurant offers a fairly good quality breakfast (did not try the lunch or evening menu). It's not a luxury hotel, but if you are looking for good hotel for a base for sightseeing, visiting the hospital, or utilizing […] their coference facilities, this is one of the best that Plymouth has to offer (having tried several in the past). The cleaners did forget to replenish the shower gel for a few days running...or is this a sign of the economy? But that is my only gripe and it's only happened once out of my five visits so far. Amazing upgrade to a suite despite paying not a lot for 2 nights! Have stayed here many times and rooms spacious and well appointed. We made a mistake and left our do not disturb sign on the door all day so room not serviced, but reception staff only too happy to replenish supplies and tidy room that evening! Excellent service. Handy marks and spencer […] food store within couple minutes walk. Restaurant average but serves a purpose. Nearby pub probably better value. Mehr

A good choice if you are happy to be away from the city centre and its parking difficulties (and expense!!). It suited us well as we were visiting family who live on the north side of the city. There is a bus route nearby and it should be possible to get into the city if you need to. There is an on site restaurant and prices were OK for meals but breakfast […] at £12 per person was way too expensive. There are fast food outlets, a Marks food store and a pub all fairly close and several supermarkets within 10 minutes drive, so the choice is yours. Overall a basic but comfortable base with friendly staff. The noisy pipes mentioned in some reviews are still there but did not disturb us much in the 5 nights we stayed. Mehr

I am originally from Plymouth and always stay at The Future Inn here when visiting family. The quality of the hotel and service I believe to be 2nd to none and very reasonable price too.

Comfortable room and very good value. Did not try the restaurant. They need to keep an eye on clearing up e.g. some work had been done and there was pile of sawdust/woodshavings on floor by the door.

Clean, modern, well-maintained and comfy hotel. You pay a bit more to stay here but well worth it. It's also a little way out of Plymouth and there isn't much in the way of entertainment nearby. Good breakfast, restaurant OK, staff good, free broadband is welcome. All in all a nice place to stay, will book again.

excellent hotel , but breakfast could have more choice for the price , and evening meal quality not good , but on a plus resturante service excellent .

I had a clean room and good food, the hotel was miles better than most I have stayed in recently so no complaints from me.

Bedrooms are huge, quiet and have everything you need. Beds are an interesting experience - the mattresses are very comfy indeed, but the pillows are awful. Like trying to rest your head on a brick......

I recently stayed at the Future Inn. Initial impressions were that it was luxurious by the look of the hotel. I was greeted by a rather unfriendly and curt receptionist however, who when I checked the spec of the hotel room I had booked (not near doors, lifts, and a quiet room) , said, the rooms are all pretty much the same, and we are full! I said […] to her, well I'll come back down if there are any problems then! I went up to my room, and was pleasantly surprised. It was large, comfortable, well decorated, modern and clean. Just a note for other travellers: if you take the card out of the room, you have no electricity. I found this out day two, when the milk in my mini fridge was warm. I asked for another card and that was fine. This brings me onto my second point. The reason why I brought a mini fridge with me- was the price of the breakfast at £9.00 a day (price correct as of 22/10/11). I think the hotel should offer complimentary breakfast, or a discounterd rate for those of us staying for more days. Hence I brought my own mini-fridge, milk and a box of muesli. On day three, when I had run out of tissues, and a bulb had gone, I spoke to one of the housekeepers. She too was quite curt, and said I haven't got any tissues and said "maintenance" in response to the bulb! I'm not really interested in which department does what. Everyone who works in a hotel represents that hotel, and they should work out a solution..not me! I never did get any replacement tissues, although clearly "maintenance"! did get onto the bulb, once I wrote it on a note and left it in the room. I love people who know exactlywhat their job is, and don't attempt to deviate from it..what a healthy attitude! The only other complaint is the bed..too soft for those of us with back and neck problems, which flared up during my stay again! If you can't do soft beds..then don't stay here!! I thought most hotels these days put ortho mattresses in or at least firm ones as that is most people's preference. Tw Mehr

In over twenty years of business travel these were probably two of the best nights sleep I have had - lovely comfortable beds and great quilts!!!

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of PLymouth. Large, clean room with all facilities expect mini bar/fridge. Staff all very helpful. Only niggle is restaurant last orders was 21:45 which we thought was rather early particularly on a Friday night. Would definitively recommend

Situated close to out of town stores and adjacent to main routes north of Plymouth ie accesible without having to go through the city. We booked room only, on a bargain break basis. The room was large, clean and comfortable, excellent en suite. No problems with noise from roads or other guests. Minimal complementary items but we came prepared so not […] an issue! The gym facilities are also basic but adequate. Although we did not have time to visit the on site restuarant, it was recommended by family members. Mehr

Stayed here for the university open day as too far to return home in 1 day. Having fallen in love with Plymouth, no doubt be back here. Huge rooms, huge fluffy bath towels, 2 huge double beds. Quiet location only 10 minutes from campus. Macdonalds over the road for budget breakfast. Everything you could need in the hotel and fabulous prices.

Lovely hotel, very clean,Staff very friendly and helpful .Would recomend to friends and family.
