Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 19. Jan. 2013Grundsätzlich ist die Lage des Hotels nicht schlecht, auch wenn es in einer etwas schmuddeligen Nebenstraße ist. Dafür ist es ruhig, was man von anderen 5* Hotels in der Nähe nicht behaupten kann, da entweder an einer Hauptstraße oder Fußgängerzone mit Clubs. Wie auch immer, die meisten Taxifahrer wissen, wo das Regal Pacific ist. Der Front Desk Stuff war von Anfang an jederzeit und mit jedem (auch ungewöhnlichem) Wunsch d'accord, der Concierge kennt die guten Lokale in der Gegend und alle sprachen sehr gutes Englisch. Einzige Ausnahme machte der etwas unmotivierte Barman an der Bar. Die Zimmer sind nicht super-luxuriös, aber ausreichend komfortabel. Ich habe einen Bademantel vermisst. Umfangreiches Kissen-Menüe. Die Klimaanlage ich viel zu laut, das hat mich wirklich gestört, aber man kann sie ausschalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ok. Alles in allem kein High-End 5*-Hotel, da gibt es sicher besseres, aber in Anbetracht von Preis/Leistung/Lage ok und wie erwähnt in unserem Falle hervorragendem Service. Und das ist mir besonders wichtig.

Stille umgibt die wichtigste Sehenswürdigkeit in diesem Stadtteil, den Friedhof Cementerio de la Recoleta. Viele berühmte Argentinier haben hier ihre letzte Ruhestätte gefunden, darunter auch Eva Perón, deren Leben und Streben in dem bekannten Musical Evita eindrucksvoll dargestellt wurden. Room very run down, cracks around tub. Some staff (tall thin man) excellent. Some staff could not care less. There were 5 people staying in the hotal my weekend as BA was deserted with people going on vacation. They would not give me a late checkout without my paying for 1/2 day. Why not?? The staff here is the highlight. The were very helpful to 2 Americans who didn't know much about Buenos Aires. I had a room without a view on the second floor which meant the room was very quiet, something i appreciated as i am a light sleeper. The free breakfasts, while simple, were very good, comprising fresh fruit, pastries, bread, yogurt, etc. The hotel had a hip feel to it and it lives up to its 'design' name. Subway station a short walk and i felt safe […] walking the surrounding streets late into the night. Room was clean, but it must be tough for the staff to keep the white-washed concrete floors clean. "Excelente hotel y muy buena atención"
Fue realmente un placer quedarnos en este hotel. Es original, amigable y muy moderno. El personal es muy muy amable y siempre atentos/as para ofrecer soluciones a nuestras necesidades. Hotellin henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja avuliaita. Lähes kaikki puhuivat erinomaista englantia ja espanjaa taitamatonkin pärjää hyvin. Huoneet valoisat ja suomalaisen silmälle miellyttävät. Moitteena ehkä vain kaappien puute ja siivouksen taso (mm. viemärit vähän tukossa). Muito bom hotel, muito boa localização. Apesar de ouvir várias pessoas falando que o café da manhã em hotéis no geral em Buenos Aires é ruim, gostei do café da manhã deste hotel, simples mas o necessário para uma boa alimentação pela manhã sem desperdícios. Muito bom atendimento, em especial a brasileira Paula que nos deu todas as dicas de Buenos Aires. […] Ótima localização, fizemos praticamento tudo a pé, curtindo as paisagens e tirando belas fotos, que se tivéssemos optado pelo taxi, apesar de muito barato, não seria possível tirar as mesmas fotos pelos caminhos a fora percorridos.
