Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Our room had a balcony facing the front. Nice quiet area.We didn't have breakfast because we're not breakfast people. :-)

Dass Hotel hinterläßt einen durchwachsenen Eindruck. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich und die Lage und ersten Eindruck waren gut. Bei näherer Betrachtung wurden gewiße Mängel klar: das Frühstücksbuffet war relative teuer und schlecht -- lieblos dahin geschmissene Müsli, Brötchen, ausgedorrte Käsescheiben und zerkochte Eier, teilweise unsauberes […] Geschirr -- das Schwimmbecken ist zu flach für Erwachsene, ein Dampfbad funktionierte nicht. Das entspricht nicht meine Erwartungen an ein 4-Sternen Hotel. Alles in allem, eher nicht empfehlenswert. Mehr

In a very smart part of town within walking distance of the town centre and the Royal Palace Het Loo. Also a very good upmarket resturant 200 yards away on Loolan road. On bus route which connects to railway station. Hotel was very comfortable and the bar staff very friendly. We were a group of 8 in Apeldoorn to watch Netherlands play Kent at cricket […] in nearby Deventer. On the last morning we were given a Champagne breakfast on the house - probably due to the amount we spent in the bar the previous 3 days!!. I would recomend this Hotel to anyone who needs to stay in the local area. Mehr

The hotel was adequate , the room fairly clean although the linens were not replaced or the beds made throughout our stay. ...it looked like an 12 year old had cleaned the room, most of our stay. The cleaner threw out some of our souvenirs that we had left on the desk. Very surprised when we found we had an extra 300.00 bill that was for taxes that […] we were unaware of, that we had to pay for before we left.(This made this hotel more expensive than the five star one we stayed in Amstedam!!!) Good location. Close to the airport. Decent restaurant. Good value for money. Close to NH Hotel for another restaurant option and just across the parking lot from McDonalds, if you would eat there. Airport shuttle is free, but only runs from 0600-2400 hrs, so if you have an early flight or are arriving late, you will have to take a taxi. The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of Amsterdam. Museums are located across the street. Easy access to the tram and bus services across the street as well. Seven minute trip to the central station and red light district by public transport. Rijks museum is a five min walk. Downside is the rooms are extremely small, The table is small enough […] not to hold a laptop. Literally no space to walk in the room. Not a good choice for someone claustrophobic. The bedroom was a throw back to the 1970s! It needed updating very badly (standard lamp leaned at a bad angle...). The bathroom although it had a double sink just wasn't very nice. The downstairs was quite nice and they'd done that area up. The pool was cold but usable. It is great for the Palace of Het Loo which was what we wanted it for, so location […] was great. At first I was placed in a small room facing a very busy roadway. The noise level was intolerable. Beware of the rooms facing the roadways, as they seem to have no sound insulation. They moved me to a nice, large, quiet room in the back. The bathroom in both rooms was huge. This is a hotel that caters to tour buses, but it was no problem for me. On the second day they ran out of bread at breakfast 08:15 and simply said "sorry" yet still charged for 'breakfast' insisting that everything else was available but they would tell the chef ! Breakfast was extra - a token discount to acknowkedge poor service was all that was required A bit like going to your room and finding NO bed but the hotel saying: […] you only booked a room - here is the room, what's your problem ! We love runnibg off road, this is perfect being opposite the royal forest. The hotel is quiet and very restful. The pool and steam room a bonus. The hotel restaurant is very good and so too are local eateries. The staff are friendly. We have been going for 5years, every January and love it.

Ok perhaps situated too far from the town centre on foot, but a great hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. The bland breakfast can be forgiven when you have such friendly service and good hotel features.

Het verblijf was zeer aangenaam. Het bed was heel erg goed en alles was netjes. Lekker dat je een kopje koffie/thee kan zetten op de kamer.Ontbijt was goed. Er mag wat meer aandacht naar de koffi en thee. Inhet theewater dreef heel veel kalk. Ook na dit te hebbn gemeld, was de tweede pot net zo. Verder geen opmerkingen.

Aanvankelijk kregen we een deLuxe kamer toegewezen, die we te klein vonden. We zouden immers zes dagen blijven. Dan moet je een kamer hebben om in te leven, om in je kamer naar muziek te kunnen luisteren en lekker te kunnen lezen. Op ons verzoek kregen we meteen een grotere deLuxe kamer toegewezen. Mitt opphold på Best Western Hotel Het Loo var helt supert. Hotellet hadde et meget vennlig personal, hotellet var kjempekoselig og rommet jeg hadde var vendt mot bakgården og var rolig og romslig rom! Videre var det aircondition på rommet, noe som kom godt med da jeg var der på den varmeste dagen siden 1974. Det var rent og fint på hotellet, noe enkel […] men god frokost. De som jobbet på frokosten var utrulig hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Koselig uteservering hadde også hotellet. Eneste lille minus var at du var avhengig av å gå et lite stykke for å komme til andre serveringssteder/sentrum, eller ta taxi. Men dette var det jo opplyst om i teksten på hotellet. For some reason this hotel makes me wonder how they give out those hotel stars. What did they evaluate (or drank) before they rated this hotel to get 4 stars? The room was dirty. We moved the bed and the carpet under it was white of dust and dead insects! The service was terrible too as the personal in the reception really didn't care about beeing there. […] On arrival they wanted us to pay the city tax again and insisted. We showed them the invoice from Hotels.com proving that we already paid this tax but still they didn't beleive us and tried to explain us that no one's ever paid that tax in advance. When we were leaving they asked for it again and yet our invoice from Hotels.com wasn't any proof for them. The personal treated us like thieves trying to cheat on them and it really made me angry. Never again will we visit this Hotel. It has been the most horrible hotel experience ever and we will just stick to those 3-stars hotels we normally live on when in Apeldoorn for work as they are cleaner, friendlier and far better service-minded than this crappy hotel! Ik heb 4 heel fijne dagen doorgebracht in een goed hotel, met heel vriendelijk personeel. De verzorging was prima. Mooie omgeving tegenover paleis het Loo. Het centrum van Apeldoorn is ook gemakkelijk te bereiken. De airco op de kamer was niet meer in bedrijf. Jammer als het heel warm is en de zon staat een flink deel van de dag op je raam.

這間飯店的價格不含早餐。此次住房經驗中有個小缺點是，櫃枱在check in 時並未清楚向房客確認要不要加早餐(事實上我們並未吃早餐)，Check out 之後結帳時便直接加早餐錢，還好我們有仔細檢查，再要求櫃枱人員修正invoice 之收費。我最喜歡的一點是，房間內有提供煮水壼（和咖啡包），想泡茶或泡麵才比較方便。不像有些荷蘭的飯店，必須用信用卡擔保後才能向櫃枱借到水壼煮水。浴室非常寬敞明亮，還提供清洗屁屁的沖洗器。飯店鄰近地區也可欣賞到的當地的小鎮風光。

zwembad prima in orde zou iets warmer mogen. De wijn was op er werd toch iets geregeld en dat na 23.00 uur. Prima ontbijt nog voldoende ook als je laat aanschuift

Nice hotel with all you need. The staff were very kindly, and the babybed I had pre-ordrered were at the room when we arrived. It is a good 15 min. walk from vity centre, but nice restaurants is in the neighborhood. Absolutely recommendable.

Ik twijfel tussen ja en nee mbt het aanraden van het hotel. Goede nieuws: prima bedden, kamer is op orde, alles wat je verwacht is aanwezig. Minder goed: receptie die doodleuk telefoon gaat opnemen, en gesprek gaat voeren terwijl wij al 5 minuten staan te wachten. Hotel en kamers hebben verder ook geen sfeer. Al met al degelijk, maar 4 sterren?
