Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Zimmer.Nettes und sich kümmerndes Personal. Liegt allerdings etwas sehr außerhalb.Für einen Zwischenstopp, um noch ein anderes Ziel zu erreichen, Klasse.

A very disappointment with our stay in the hotel. that i couldn't sleep well the room wasn't clean 100% for the price that I paid..there was dog hair in the bed and a very strong smell of dog.,that i when down stairs and spoke with the front desk and complain about the smell...and they said we will take care of it...and they when up to my room and spray […] fabreeze to kill the smell for couple of hour,,,total disappointment...and i pay for 2 rooms, i will never stay or recommend this hotel to nobody...may be next time, they should post in the web site about the smell and clean,disinfect the room prior to lease them. Checked in, went t o my room.. Went back and and had them move me to another room because to first one was so dirty.. The second one was not much better.. RESTROOMS HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED...

If you have little children this is a great site. They have a very unique playground with equipment made for younger children. When I asked my 4 year old if she liked Natural Bridge Safari or Caverns as the best thing from the trip her answer was the playground at the hotel. The breakfast is excellent. Eggs, biscuits, cereal, waffles, sausage, hash […] browns and toast are some of the things on the breakfast bar. The staff is incredibly friendly and very attentive to the guests. 54th Street Bar and Grill a few miles south is a great place to eat that they had recommended as well. Room was clean and everything in great shape. Great deal. Mehr

This was by far the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. This hotel allows pets but does a horrible job of cleaning up after them. Hall ways and stairwells smelled like wet dog and management tried to cover it up with glade plugins to no avail. It was so bad, the smell seeped through the door at night. convenient location to shopping, restaurants. Breakfast was great. We had one problem with the traffic when we wanted to go north, had to go south a couple of miles for a turnaround. staff very friendly

The hotel lacked cleanliness and smelled of mold. Poor quality towels. The rooms were not very clean either! I would have happily paid a little more for a cleaner room.

Better than expected for the price. Chose to stay here because it was close to where we were hanging out for the weekend. Was pleasantly surprised by what we got for the low rate. Included full buffet breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, etc....wasn't just your typical continental breakfast spread. Clean Rooms, good breakfast, playground outside for kids. Perfect for our family.

This hotel was very conveniently located for a venue where we were going to see a live band and did not want to drive very far back in the dark. Rooms were pretty clean.I have definitly had better pillows! The main thing that I did not like was they allow dogs. I love dogs. Have 3 of my own. Just dont like going out of town and listening to them bark […] all night. Also there was a lot of dog hair in corners etc. Fine for a one night stay to go to Helotes Texas to see a concert though. Hotel convenient, comfortable and clean. Breakfast included in was well balanced: waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, danish, toast and fresh FRUIT. Staff was pleasant and very helpful willing to take care of our requests. Only issue would be the walls and ceilings are thin. Very satisfied with the hotel. 100% smoke free. Nice play area for kids and grill area. Surprised how well kept hotel was for the price. Nice location.

The daytime staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Room was clean and when we asked for extra towels they were quick to respond.

Nice staff. Double charged my card again after hotels.com already did once. Money is still pending at this time so assuming they give me my money that they weren't supposed to take in the first place back. I would recommend this hotel

The carpet in the room were badly stained. My friends were staying in the same hotel, and the carpets were dirty.

I'm not terribly picky when it comes to hotels. I basically want two things: 1. an AC that works really well (it's summertime in Texas, people), and 2. a super comfortable bed. This hotel didn't deliver well on either count. The AC was off when we entered, and it took fully three hours to cool down. And the bed wasn't terrible--but it wasn't really […] great, either. Just like the hotel in general. Next time, I'll spend an extra $10-20 and get a room that's newer and nicer. Mehr

The service at the hotel was great and the staff was very helpful. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures online. The only thing wrong with our room was the stained carpet. The location was perfect for our trip to sea world. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel at a good price.

We got in late and had to wait one hour for the room to cool down (A/C was off). Other than that we had a GREAT stay....comfortable beds...no noise....hot breakfast....unusual playground that the kids loved...excellent location....friendly staff...will definitely be back.

The hotel was very convenient to our destination and provided a nice place to freshen up for the next day. the air conditioner kept me awake for several hours during the night. it would clunk three times just after the compressor cycled off.

We were lookign for a hotel close to Fiesta Texas so I read thr reveiws on Hotelss.com. This hotel was perfect, close to Fiesta Texas, clean, quiet and friendly. The breakfast was very good too!!!

This by far is 1 of the best hotels in San Antonio and best hotel chain. Awesome hotel.Very clean well maintained.Great location near Seaworld and Six Flags plus shopping and resteraunts.Excellent service from the staff.And a hot breakfest that saves you time and money which is great when you have the family on vacation, who wouldnt wanna save time […] and money.We will continue to use this hotel for ALL of our San Antonio stays and will remain Qaulity Inn(choice Hotels) fans. We waited a several minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. The room was clean and comfortable--however, there were no towels bars in the shower area to hang used towels, which would make it difficult for the multi-day guest who wishes to green-help by reducing laundry. Generally we were quite satisfied.

This hotel room was disgusting. The room looked like it was cleaned, however, after a bit of looking around I found crumbs in the sheets of one bed and hair in the sheets of the other bed. The bathtub had lots of hair in it, and the floor was no different. The tub stopper was in pieces on the floor. When I asked for new sheets, the maid said I was lucky […] she was still in good shape to change my sheets. She also did NOT change the blanket or the comforter. She said, "those stay". How many people slept with the same comforter and blanket? I really recommend choosing a different hotel. I thought for sure that the hotel was fine; it had a 93% recommended rating. I was so wrong!!! Do not choose this hotel; the cleanliness is nonexistant. Mehr

Other than no ironing board, all was ok

1) Difficult access. You miss and it's a long haul to the next exit to do a u-turn on the crowded fwy to make your next attempt. 2)The exterior should have been the first clue 3)Stained carpet and walls in corridors was the next clue 4)Stained carpet, apple and toothpick between the bed and nightstand, stained chair, dirty wash rag on shower rod, dirty […] underwear, t-shirt, socks and shirt next to drapes in corner (and they were not mine!), hair and soil on bathroom floor, dusty and moldy bathroom vent, a/c that at best put out marginally cool air and room had a stale odor. The bed, well, the comfort fit the "decor" of the room's lack of cleanliness. No surprise there. Why did I stay? I was tired and had already paid for the room. I put the apple, toothpick and dirty clothes up to the front desk and told the young lady they were left in the room and her response? "sorry"....end of conversation. I will be sending the photos and comments to the hotel H.Q. no doubt. Mehr

The Hotel is in a great location---very convenient to shopping,eating,etc... and right in between Sea World and Fiesta Texas. Breakfast was good and the staff was really nice. However, this was our second time there and the carpet in our room was stained and the bathtub was not as clean this time. Overall good stay.

Other than carpet stains, the room was clean. Free breakfast was good, but was hard to get a table during peak time. Good location between Fiesta Texas and Sea World. 30 minutes from Riverwalk/Alamo.

Hotel was easy location to Fiesta Texas and easy to get to and from every where was very clean in and out of the rooms, breakfast was pretty good and you have to be fast on the hot breakfast bar everyone seems to eat all at the same time.

This hotel is great, staff was (for the most part) helpful and courteous, (see exception outlined below)room was satisfactory, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, although I wished there had been gravy for the biscuits (as others mentioned there would be) and the eggs were cold and gone when we went out there, and we had to wait a while for […] fresh eggs. Texas waffles are a hit! One complaint. When I went to the business center to print out my Six Flags tickets, I couldn't make the printer work. There was no phone in the business center to call the front desk, I had no phone with me, so I had to leave my open window on the computer to go downstairs to get help. When I went to the front desk, the woman who was there to help didn't appear to have any understanding about the computer issues, and gave me a 'sorry, I dunno' facial expression and just looked around like she didn't know what to do. I was frustrated as I was in the middle of a financial transaction on the computer, my credit card information was open on the computer upstairs and she was being no help. Then when I let her know that I needed someone who could help me immediately, not someone who was just going to reply, "duhhhh", she got snippy with me. Just then, someone else walked up and took charge, came upstairs, and got the printer to work. I think two things would have prevented the problem. One: CLEARER directions on how to make the shared network printer print on both computers posted on the walls. Two: A phone extension in the business center to call for help, if needed. my family spent 4 nights at this hotel and we had a great time. The hotel was 10 minutes away from Six Flags Fiesta Texas and had plenty of restaurants nearby for dining. My kids especially enjoyed the popcorn and cookies in the evening and my husband and I liked that we didn't have to go anywhere for a good breakfast - lots to choose from, scrambled […] eggs, biscuits, sausage, waffles, cereals, fruit, etc. We will stay there again. My family and I stayed at this hotel because it was near Fiesta Texas (it is only about 10 minutes away). When we arrived, we were checked into a standard room with 2 queen beds and a view of the parking lot. We asked if there was a room on the other side with a view of the pool. The front desk clerk was great - she offered to upgrade us to a suite […] but it was a handicap room. The room was bigger and had a better view so we moved. I wish we would have stayed in the regular room because the handicap bathroom was very uncomfortable - there were no tables or racks in the bathroom to put your clothes on and since the sink and vanity are located outside the bathroom, we just found it very inconvenient. We could also hear the guest on the floor above us walk around all during the night. We kept the a/c on high so we would not hear the noise. We did enjoy the pool and the continental breakfast was very nice. And again, the staff was exceptional - just don't stay in a handicap room unless necessary. Mehr

Great place to stay with little kids. Ours loved the playground and the breakfast is a big hit with the kids (adults too). Only about an 8 minute drive to Sea World. Staff was friendly, and room was clean. Only complaint was the room was warm when we got there as they had turned off AC in room, but minor issue.

We visited Six Flags Fiesta Texas and the location was fantastic! Just 10 minutes to the park. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. We loved Sea Island Shrimp House. The pool was nice after spending our first day visiting the Alamo and walking the Riverwalk. The kids loved the large Shamu on the elevator. Overall, a great time at a great price.

Hotel location is conveniently close to Sea World and nearby restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable, but we didn't spend much time in our room anyway. Hotel service was great - anytime we asked for extra towels or shampoo, they were given to us right away. I loved our stay. It was peaceful and quiet with a little playground for small children, which was ideal for busy toddlers or even pre-teens. The location was nice because Fiesta Texas was just down the freeway and close enough to a lot of resturants, stores, and gas stations. I will come again with my family. As a family we spent the entire day at Six Flags and when we got to the Hotel at 10:00 pm the kids enjoyed the play area for another hour. The free breakfast was great and well stocked and the kids enjoyed the Texas shapped Wafffles very much!
