Hotel da Bolsa - Porto

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört vieles von oben, unten, daneben, draussen... Ist ja Altbau. Sonst stimmt alles bei diesem Hotel, vom freundlichen Empfang bis zur Sauberkeit und Reichhaltigkeit des Frühstücks... Man sollte sich nicht zu sehr den Empfehlungen vom Hotel richten, was Restaurants angeht.

For a night in Porto, the location of the hotel is fantastic, and I booked it for that reason. It is in the city center and walking distance to the river as well as all of the major sights (Porto is a very walkable city). The hotel itself was quite dated and had only the bare essentials, which is perfectly adequate for a short one night stay. My only […] complaint is that the shower stall was too narrow and the water pressure wasn't great. The shower door also didn't close well so water got out. As a hotel, it's fine, but if I came with a group of friends again next time I would stay in hostels. Mehr

The staqff are excelleny, really friendly and helpfull. Only complaint was the size of our room. 6th floor within the roof. The hotel was not full,and larger rooms were available. Otherwise excellent.

The hotel location is fantastic. Hotel stuff is very pleasant.

We only stayed one night and were impressed by the location, cleaniliess and above the helpfullness of the staff. Notihing was too much trouble and they were able to hold our luggage until departure for the airport and booked us a cab there. I would recommend this hotel.

Very conveniently located, this hotel provides basically a room to spend the night in. Rooms are smallish and ok, but are not comfortble enough to enjoy them. Hotel is somewhat noisy because you can hear the other doors slamming. It is also in the historic center which means that sounds bounce off the stone streets and buildings.

we loved the hotel - great location, hotel staff was very friendly and free internet service was a plus and a must for us. The room however is small but we did not stay in the room long enough to worry about the size. The breakfast was good too. We enjoyed our stay and Porto very much!

Located in the old section and not easely accessible. We got ther easily but thanks to our GPS. Reception was great and very helpful. Able to park in front of hotel, as we arrived on a Saturday. Older hotel but clean. Room bit small but typical of older European hotels. Free WiFi and breakfast. Well located,o just a short walk to all historical sites […] and waterfront. Great one hour river cruise available for 10eur. Not the Ritz but comfy and great location if you are not too demanding. We visited the Croft Porto Caves, great presentation and great tasting Porto. You can also purchase same good Porto in local shops for bit less. Mehr

We chose Porto for our honeymoon and could not have picked a better hotel. Ideally situated in the lively Ribeira district,the rooms were spotlessly clean although quite small.The maid service was exceptional and breakfast was good with a wide choice of food including cheese,meats and croissants.A special mention for the staff on reception who were […] unfailingly helpful and polite. For example, they insisted on phoning the airport to check that our flight was on time before calling a cab for us. Highly recommended. Mehr

Parking down the hill from the hotel but easily accessed. Room comfortable and wi-fi in the room 1 euro but free in the lobby. Nice breakfast with fresh rolls and croissants straight from the oven. Staff pleasant and helpful.

This hotel was well situated and was very clean and the staff very nice! The only problem we had was with the shower, the water would go very hot and very cold and to shower properly you would have to turn it off and on. We exchanged rooms and did not have the same problem. Otherwise, for the price, i would highly recommend this hotel!!

Pertinho da Ribeira, 200m descendo ladeiras, onde estão os restaurantes com a vista mais bonita de Porto na beira do rio Douro, olhando para linda ponte Luis I ;

O hotel possui um ótimo atendimento. Os funcionário são muito eficientes e gentis. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e o Hotel está muito bem localizado, perto de diversos pontos turísticos, como: a Ribeira, o Museu do Infante Henrique, o Palácio da Bolsa, A Igreja de São Francisco de Assis.... Eu recomendo.

4 glada portvinsprovare tog in på detta för oss mycket centralt placerade hotell. Prisvärt klass 3 som vi gärna skulle besöka igen!

Hyggelig hotel, men sørvisinnstilt personale. Drea mer enn gjerne tilbake og har anbefalt det til venner allerede.

Bien situe pour les visites, personnel agreable , mais tres petite chambre sous les toits, bruyante, (rue et ascenceur ) meublee de facon veillote ne ressemblant pas aux photos du site internet, baignoire de 60 cm de large . Petit dejeuner moyen

This is a hotel worth more than it´s three stars. Excellent service (they really want your stay to be as good as possible), very priceworth and the location is great, breakfast included in the price. I would definetly use it again.
