Food was tasty and fresh, and although the selection wasn't as diverse as a big resort, I could always find enough great food to eat. The worst service imaginable when I entered the hotel. The desk clerk had Facebook open on the computer. He would not get off the phone with his girlfriend on the other line. I said my name and he grabbed an envelope and said everything you need is in the envelope and handed me a key. He returned to his girlfriend and facebook. Then I yelled. I said […] I did not pay for this level of terrible service. He finally hung up. With arms crossed and an attitude he asked if there was anything else. I said yes, let's start with uncrossing your arms and saying welcome to me. It got incredibly worse from there. I reported his conduct to the manager the next day and demanded he fired this employee. We were very disappointed with this hotel. We had trouble finding it, the room was dirty and the air didn't work so they had to switch rooms - after numerous phone calls. We were promised 3 different restaurants and there was 2 with the same exact food everyday - very disappointed - we ended up eating out alot. My wife and i checked into our room and there was sand on the floor and bed. the bed was made and sand was on the sheet and under the blanket. The oder in the room smell like stink feet. bad experience.

the hotel was dirty, old, bed was hard, the AC didnt work and the sheets were old and stained. I thought I was in a horror movie. the food was also horrible. they should close down this hotel.

If you are planning to stay in the resort, there isn't much to do. Just the pool and the beach, the food is only one kind and its pure dominican food nothing aganist it but other options would be nice. The room service would clean up like if I were to tell my 7 year old neice it was something someone did with caring to much. The towels for the pool/beach […] would be given only every two days. The suroundings were the only best thing which you can go out and buy suverniers. Overall, I would look elsewhere...I would not go back here. Mehr

Tout inclus NUL. Chambres malpropres meme air conditionee ne fonctionne pas. Buffet= riz et sauce, 1 plat legumes, 1 viande, 2 choix salade, 1 gateau et 1 plat de fruit . JAMAIS vu cela!!! Je suis habitue dans des 3 etoiles mais la Wouff... Le personnel de l'hotel est sympa malgre tout avec le peu qu'ils ont a offrir.
