Zentrale Lage; Nettes Personal; Leider sind die Fenster nicht zu öffnen....

Das Hotel entspricht im großen und ganzen den Erwartungen, nur die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert, daher hats im Zimmer fürchterlich gestunken. Nach dem Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer trat das Problem wieder mal auf.

Der einzige Makel ist, daß man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann. Die Luft im Zimmer war sehr künstilich und ich fühlte mich dadurch eingeengt.

Wir fühlten uns in diesem Hotel sehr gut aufgehoben, alles hat gepaßt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ein Traum, das Zimmer komfortabel und die Betten sehr bequem, das Badezimmer großzügig. Wir freuen uns darauf, wieder im Clarion Gast zu sein.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Peter.was outstanding in this regard. The breakfast was good but the staff, while competent, need to brighten up. We had one dinner which we enjoyed. The hotel is slightly off the main attractions but this was not a problem as the Prague transport system is […] excellent. It is located in a nice area of Prague . and we would judge it preferable to staying in the centre. of the city. Given the price we paid it was excellent value. Mehr

The hotel made for a most enjoyable break in this lovely city. The hotel was clean and tidy with fittings of a high standard. Staff helpful and polite without being overfriendly. Hotel car made getting to and from the airport very easy. Excellent breakfast with a range of food to suit all tastes. The only downside was that it was a good 15 minute walk […] to Wensaslas square and the city centre. Not a problem for us but future guests should be aware of the walk. This is a really nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to go back and stay there again. It was spotlessly clean, a modern room and bathroom, a great location and within walking distance of the major sights. The breakfast was fabulous with different things on each of our 3 day stay. Generally good hotel with spacious room and bathroom, clean and with all the usual conveniences. Breakfast fine selection. Location good for gettting around unless you prefer being in the central tourist traps. Good wifi in public areas. A few niggles such as there was a bit of an issue with the ventilation producing a funny smell for the first few […] days. So not prefect but still four stars overall. Mehr

THe hotel was fine but what really made the value was the service of the staff. IF you needed to know how to get somewhere they were very helpful and ordered 'fair taxis. for you and told the taxi driver where you wanted to go. since i had never been t prague I felt glad that i had chosen this hotel

I was looking for a not too expensive, but for a good 4 star hotel, not it the old town but near to the center, having parking possibility. I was lucky finding this hotel, everything was OK! Actually what convinced me to choose this one, beyond the price, it was that the hotel manager was posting answers on TripAdvisor for good and bad reviews too, […] confirming that they are really caring about their customers opinion and satisfaction. This was a great hotel and completely met our expectations. The room was clean and well kept throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was great, although it was a bit difficult to get staff to seat us. No wifi in the room, but the connection was strong in the lobby and in the restaurant. The neighbourhood seems safe and we felt comfortable walking […] both day and night. Trams and subway just a block away, which is great, but we chose to walk as it only took us 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Old Square. Also easy to get to from the airport: - Buy a 90 minute transit ticket from the information booth for 32 crowns (£1) - Hop on the 119 bus and take it to the end of the line (adjacent to a subway stop) - Take the subway and get off at Museum - Transfer to the Red-line subway in the same station - Disembark at I.P. Pavlova and that puts you a block away from the hotel. Would definitely return. Mehr

We were VERY pleased with this choice of hotel. Our room overlooked a lovely little park and was within walking distance to major sites in the city. The staff was very helpful and courteous, the room was great and the services, including breakfast was excellent. Free use of a lap top in the lobby was an additional bonus. A very good value for the money. […] We give a "thumbs up" recommendation to anyone considering staying at this hotel. Mehr

Quiet location but close to Metro and trams. Surrounding area felt safe to walk through. Close to a few restaurants, and fast food outlets and some shops. Would have to travel further for more variety if needed. Only took tens minutes to get to all sights, 15 minutes by tram for over the river.

Who does usually not like to stay in holiday inns, clarions and the likes - think again. This hotel only surprised us on the positive side, amazing value, great room, good breakfast and location is convenient. Sure, the hotel is not right in the centre, but you can easily walk to the old town square (15 minutes) or take a tram, which takes you there […] in 5 minutes. With the same tram you can go directly to the Charles Bridge, to the Prague Castle or even further. In addition, since the hotel is not directly in the centre, you get great local restaurants, which are happily recommended by the hotel staff. We had a great stay, and will come again Mehr

Great Place to stay in Praque! Highly recommended.

I asked for a late check-out---inadvance by e-mail. Never got a reply. While checking in, I repeated my request, was refused. At breakfast one morning, My wife and self arrived 20 mins before close. There was no bread and no croissants. When queried, the staff just shrugged her shoulders and said "finished". when I asked for the manager, EVERYTHING […] arrived !!! In the room , we had to constantly remind house keeping to replenish the tea bags, etc. No spa, no pool. Definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. Mehr

My boyfriend and I stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights, for our anniversary last week. It was perfect. The room was spacious and the bed ver comfortable. It was very modern and the bathroom was lovely. In the mornings we had breakfast and really enjoyed the range they had to choose from! Although we had some amazing potato pancakes on the first morning […] and didnt get them for the rest of our stay! More please! :) It is literally a 2 minute walk to the Metro and at the end of the road the Tram. We used the public transport occasionally., but the hotel was walking distance to every main tourist attraction. The Hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful, their English was fantastic. The restaurant staff are a credit to the hotel. The food and drink selection was great and fairly cheap! I would definitely stay here again! :) Mehr

At first the Clarion Hotel doesnt seem something worth 4 star hotels, since it hasnt got an exiting lobby, or any of the flair of a star hotel. But however. It has been one of the best hotels Ive so far been to. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING! Service was great, and the rooms were Great as well. The room was clean, warm, spacious and modern and the beds were comfortable and they had soft pillows just the way I like it. Breakfast was complimentary but included absolutely everything-ie cereals, yoghurt, pastries, eggs and bacon and other hot food-very pleasantly surprised. We also had a dinner in the hotel. We stayed at this hotel early December. Rooms are lovely but for a four star hotel I would have expected a shower cap and some body lotion should have been provided. Breakfast needs to be improved, a better range of cereals, all the ones there were very sweet, I had to buy a box of sugar free muesli to have for breakfast. A better selection of fresh […] fruit and yogurts would also be nice. Also there was on a few occasions a nasty smell coming into the room from the air conditioning system, had to open the window to clear the air. All the staff were very friendly and most had excellent English. Location was fine, we walked everywhere but there is a tram stop very close by. We had dinner in the hotel on our first night and this was very good and a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel. If they sorted out the problems I raised it would be an excellent hotel. The hotel was simply excellent, and in excellent price. We were there with the entire family, occupied 6 rooms, and everybody was very pleased. Very recommended.

I recommend the Clarion Hotel Prague City. It is very nice, everything is brand new... Good accommodation, despite being a little bit tight. Friendly staff and it is near to metro stations and at walking distance of the old town square and Mala Strana.

By far the best Hotel that I've stayed in in Prague. We travel there 2-4 times a year and have stayed in various hotel and I will only stay here (unless things change at the hotel). The rooms were very spacious and extremely clean. The staff went out of its way to make us feel welcome. The location was great because you are about a block away from the […] Prague museum. The food was very good and was reasonably priced. The one downside was parking. If you have a car you will have difficulties finding a place to park. Mehr

10min walk down to Wencelas sq and 3min to the metro stop made this an ideal location for exploring Prague. The room was fantastic - new and completely clean. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Ok breakfast and the staff there was ok too, but the restaurant was full one of the mornings (at what was probably the busiest time) so we had […] to wait 15min. The only drawback was no wifi available, but with a 10min walk to starbucks where it is free it is not a deal breaker. Would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay there again myself if I come back to Prague. Mehr

I stayed at Clarion Prague City again, and as usual, I was very pleased with my stay. I arrived before noon and the receptioninst arranged for an early check-in and called me when the room was ready. The room was very clean and smelled nice and fresh. The breakfast was excellent, as usual, and the internet was really fast each time I used it. I also […] have to give special recongition to the staff: the receptioninsts are all great and very helpful, the breakfast staff is very nice and the cleaning staff does its job really well. Staying at this excellent hotel , conveniently situated , enhanced our visit to Prague. We had a great room and personalised service at a reasonable price.

The hotel is in a great location, 2-minute walk from IP Pavlova metro station and trams that take about 15 minutes to go to the other part of Prague's center, towards the Vltava river. The hotel was very clean, there was great breakfast buffet in the morning, the staff was nice and helpful and the hotel-arranged taxi to the airport was reasonably priced, […] but it's equally convenient to take public transport to the airport if one's not hauling a truckload of luggage :) The room was spacious and the bathroom was great, especially the large bathtub and great water pressure and hot water supply. High speed internet connection was complimentary and really was high speed. Overall, a great hotel and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Mehr

excellentes - Hotel très bien situé, et le tram tout près pour ceux qui préfèrent. Nous avons été très bien reçu. Personnel gentil et dispo. Belle chambre et parfaitement isolée du bruit, même en facade. Super matelas qu'on apprécie quand on a marché toute la journée dans les rues de Prague. On y retrournera avec plaisir.

Godt hotel med god service, pæne og rene værelser. Fornuftig pris og ligger tæt på både sporvogn og undergrundsbanen.

Helt ok. Meget sød og høflig betjening i receptionen. God hjælp i forhold til vores behov. Personalet i receptionen var gode til at tale engelsk. Hotellet lå perfekt i fohold til den konference vi deltog i. Helt fantastisk let at komme rundt i Prag med Metro. Stationen lå lige om hjørnet.

Vi besøgte Clarion Hotel Praque City i midten af december. Det var let at finde, når man kom via motorvejen fra Tyskland. Den fortsatte nærmest lige ind i centrum. Betjeningen var imødekommende og venlig, også i restauranten. Værelset ret lille, men meget rent og probert. Og størrelsen betyder ikke så meget, når man blot skal være der om natten. Morgenmaden […] kunne synes enten lidt mangelfuld eller måske blot østeuropæisk, men der var rigeligt også til at mætte vore maver. Vid endvidere, at parkering ikke er billig, men det er ikke anderledes end andre storbyer. Receptionen fik placeret vores bil med det samme. Mehr

A 20 minutos andando del centro,pero muy moderno y limpio.Al lado de una estación de metro,el personal muy atento ,nos dejaron imprimir las tarjetas de embarque .

Za velmi slušnou cenu jsme byli ubytování 4 minuty pěšky od místa našeho jednání. Služby na vysoké úrovni. Jediná výhrada je dopravní situace v okolí hotelu - komplikace při odjezdu autem díky dopravnímu značení, to ale pomohlo vyřešit doporučení pracovníka hotelu.

Hotelet ligger 10 min. gaafstand til centrum og 50 m. til Metro stationen, udmærket service og morgenmad, Peter i receptionen talte perfekt engelsk, kan absolut anbefales!!!

大通りからちょっと入った所にあるので、静かなロケーションだけど、バーツラフ広場には歩いて１０分以内で行ける便利な場所にあります。ホテルの隣には小さいけど、スーパーもあります。 そして、ホテルの部屋がとってもきれいで広く、設備も新しいのでとても快適でした。お湯をわかせるポットやアイロンまであって。大きいバスタブがあるので、身体をあたためることができました。 朝食も種類がたくさんあって満足でした。

Generelt godt fornøyd med oppholdet, men noen minus: - ingen allergikerrom uten vegg til vegg-teppe. - dårlig kaffe på frokostbuféen. Ellers veldig god service og veldig bra rengjøring. Bra engelskkunnskaper.

El hotel en general es bueno, muy nuevo, las intalaciones modernas y las habitaciones completa, eqipadas y muy confortables. El trato con el personal del hotel perfecto se preocupaban de darte toda la informacion que necesitaras o dudas que tubieras. Ademas el tener el tranvia, autobus y metro a 50m. lo hace perfecto para ir a cualquier punto de la […] ciudad. Por poner algo negativo diré que el desayuno era algo pobre... sin duda recomiendo este hotel. Mehr
