Very nice. We will probably return to this hotel.

Hot room which was not cooled by fan or air conditioner. Dreary worn decor complete with cigarette burns in the bedspreads. Will not stay here again!

It was good but the air Conditioner was not working in the room We notified the front desk immediately but nothing was ever done. Because the hotel was full there were no rooms to switch in.

I loved the check in right there in the parking garage.

Great location. Loved the layout of the room. The room was not as clean as it should have been. There were black marks on the sheets which made me question if they were washed. The pillows and bed were not comfortable at all. I would take my own pillow next time. Great service.

I was pleased with the stay and the comfort of the room EXCEPT for one issue...The Air Conditioning was not working. I did not lower the theromostat below 68 since I am aware that it can freeze the pipes. I did notify the front desk regarding this issue but was never resolved. We checked in at the isle but had to go all the way over to lady luck casino for our room. We had the ac on all eve and night and the room never got cold. We slept out side the covers. The room was very nice and was set up really nice and everything seemed to be very clean and nice.

Fast check in,easy packing,clean room,big nice bath,satisfactory bed and close to everything with free shuttles.

We had a nice stay at the lady luck towers. Requested both rooms be close to each other n they were right next door! We had a great time! Can't wait to come back!

It was my husbands birthday so I called and asked them if they did anything special, and they upgraded us to a suite, I thought this was awsome! Well when we got there the desk attendent was well I guess I would say intimidating at check in very nosey and kinda rude. Then when we entered our god awful ugly outdated room! the only thing that would of […] made it a suite i assume was the huge whirlpool tub, however I wasn't about to get into it seeings as it had a black film yuk along the bottom and mold around the outside of it! There was no fridge, desk anything to set food or anything on and when we plugged that lamp in it had a short or something and flikered and wouldn't work! so we were eating in the dark! beds were uncomfortable and the spreads had cigg burn holes and it was a non smoking room!!! Also while gambling we were at the roulette revolution the electronic one there was some major creepers this one guy kept putting his rewards card in each machine trying to get people to not notice and give him points I imagine and was there lerking over your shoulder the whole night, but I never saw him once put money in or play just kept circleing and wispering to the other guys that came and went! I was very uncomfertable for sure! This is my first review I have ever written on a hotel but I felt I needed to give people a heads up! We stayed at the new "Reserve" hotel in central city (the old fortune valley) Go there had a suite with fridge for ten bucks more! everything was brand new and great staff! Me and my girlfriend checked into the hotel around 9:00PM easily and the front desk was very helpful in telling us where our room was. When we got to the room, we found the room had not been cleaned by housekeeping since the last occupant left. The bed was not made, the bathroom was a mess and the ash tray was full. It was just really off-putting that […] the hotel did not get around to cleaning our room even though check out time is at 11:00 AM, we thought for sure that the room was still occupied. Everything else about the hotel was decent but if you have a choice between this place or another, I would choose the latter. Mehr

First time visit. Everything was great. Our only problem was not enough guidance of how to maneuver around the towers. A simple map of the layout of which elevator to use to get to rooms and where the restaurants were located would have made the stay perfect. Very clean

After a bit of confussion regarding which hotel we were staying in we found our room and were pleased. The value we received from hotels.com was great. I check other locations online and this was by far the best rate and we were more than comfortable . If I go to Blackhawk again I will stay here.

nice, newer hotel. room was really clean with new fixtures, especially the bathroom with granite counters and nice, new tub. very nice for one of the cheaper rooms in blackhawk. will definitely stay again!

Booked here for a conference at a neighboring property, chose this location due to the price, and because the other property quickly sold out of the promotional rate for the event. Staff was very nice, room was clean, relatively quiet. One of our headboard-mounted fixtures was missing a shade/cover and a floor lamp had a broken switch. Lots of nice […] towels in the bath, water was hot and had good pressure. A door hang tag offered a $10 discount if you stay more than one night and pass on room service - a "green" reward. We did that, but you need to mention it to the desk clerk when you check out to get it. You sign for a card/voucher that you take to the casino and present at the desk there - they give you $10 in cash. We ate at one of the casino restaurants, and it was okay, not great - onion rings came in, literally, a pool of oil. Parking is convenient and free -- I was a bit disappointed because, being late winter, there was a lot of road dirt everywhere -- it seems like they were overdue for some spring cleaning of the town, with street sweepers, power washers, etc. I also came to my professional event grudgingly, as I don't appreciate the Blackhawk decision to ban bicyclists from riding through the town. It is unfair and unreasonable, and, if I can help it, I won't be back until that policy changes. Mehr

Paper thin walls mean you hear everything. Especially all the drunks running to their rooms at 4am. Plus the pillows are the worst i have ever experienced at a hotel. Add these together and it equates to a very poor night of sleep. The restaurant Otis and Henry's has exceptional breakfast though!

Overall, it was okay. If you can afford 50$ more a night, the Ameristar looked amazing. The Isle was clean and the rooms modern. The bed was hard, as other reviews have mentioned. The staff was short and cold. I will stay at Ameristar next time.

Hotel was well kept, clean, and was right in between two casinos. The convenience of being able to walk to two different casinos in the same building was great!

The hotel is convient to the casinos and our stay was fine except for It was Valentines Day and the young clientel were hsving sa good time and the noise arouhnd our room was pretty loiud and it was hard to get to sleep. We had a good stay despite the noise. The wear and tear is starting to show signs since our last visit.

Nice hotel went up there after big snow storm so there weren't many people I think they were a little short handed so some of the people working had a bad attitude.

The rooms and hotel/casino was very nice and clean but it was so noisy! We could hear the girl one floor down and over talking with her friends. Anyone talking while walking down the hallway could be heard and we both woke up (after very little sleep) with sore backs due to the pillows.

Hotel was okay, I would recommend you stay in a room facing the street. We stayed on the 9th floor facing the mountain and there was an annoying sound all night.

Nice hotel. Compare with a Comfort or Fairfield Inns

The rooms are very nice and comfortable beds. We could not get the room to cool off very much for sleeping was the only complaint.

This hotel was extremely nice and located in a very neat tourist town. I only wish we'd had more time to spend in it and see the area more :(

Guest services were very poor and the key for the elevator never seemed to work. I fewlt since I booked this room online with hotles.com they were not going to give me service. The room was dirty and lamp shades were broken.

Our room keys did not work correctly. Another guest in the same elevator could not get their room/elevator card key to work in either elevator. It took another guest to blow on card key slot to get us upstairs. After getting to our room, the key card would not work to unlock the door. Had to go back downstairs and have card keys remade. The room was […] exceptional. Spacious. Clean. Having a microwave and little refrigerator would have been useful. Luckily it was winter so I put my leftovers in the window to keep cool. :) Overall it was a great room for the cost. Mehr

Such a nice hotel but they skimp on there pillow bring your own pillow.

The room neede to have a fridge in it to keep snacks, leftovers, and drinks. That would be the one downfall from our stay.

I thought the desk people were not friendly at all, the room was okay but very warm and couldnt cool it off

The Isle Hotel - Lady Luck Tower in Black hawk, Co was nice,clean,great location & lots to do around the area! I would like to stay @ Isle Hotel - Lady Luck Tower again next time I go to the hill :)
