The room was too hot to sleep,We called maintanance,with no results,

We stayed at the Isle for our first time in feb. The hotel is a bit dated but the staff were nice & the room was clean & comfortable.

great gambling and accommodations loved the stay :}

The only reason I rated 3 on condition is because the hotel was old. But, it appeared to be well kept and clean

Thanks for a great time!! I had requested a room close to my friends room & even tho the hotel was fully booked, I got a room across the hall from them.

Everything was OK with the exception of Players Card Benefits that was denied to us even as we had completed the necessary play earning them. In the morning they agreed the Isle of Capri was wrong but that did little to cover the extra money we spent during the stay.

Big, comfortable room with a big bathroom for a great price! ir conditioning didn't work so we opened the windows for cooler air. I'll stay at the Isle again.

Hotel needs a little updating, but the rooms were very comfortable. The problem came when we checked out. It was 7:00 AM and the woman at the valet desk was extremely rude. There was no other people checking out at that early hour yet when we pulled our cars up to load them, she rudely told us to not take more than 15 minutes which we had no intentions […] of doing to begin with. In the 10 minutes that we were there, this employee and one other person gave us dirty looks the entire time. We had 5 booked rooms and we spent the entire night gambling. It's very unfortunate for the hotel that we won't be coming back or referring anyone to this hotel. Mehr

The room was adequate.... a Lil dated and needs repainting... half way remodel basically Just took down few grapes put new comforter on bed... AC did not work... but had balcony doors I left open all night which was a Lil noisey when patrons of casino would be leaving facility. Bed was super comfy. Soaps in bathroom were awesome..the got rid of room […] service since last stay on isle side which was a Lil bummer but overall decent room for what I needed.... ice machine directly across my room and didn't even hear it Two TV areas and cozy chair. In room safe and large mirrors in bathroom. Weird that coffee maker kept on shelf beside toilet though... Mehr

The hotel was great.I wish we could say the same about the personel. Front desk were eating and not very friendly at check-in. There was a Czech man that worked as a valet and was the rudest man we have every incountered in our travels. If the employees were a little more friendly I would rate the the hotel a five.

This hotel is older and is beginning to show signs of its age. The bathroom walls had bleach marks and the furniture looked well used, but nothing too disturbing. They could work on improving the restaurants onsite. Besides Farradays - the steak house - the restaurants are subpar compared to other properties. However, the price of the rooms is more […] reasonable than other properties in Black Hawk. Besides that, and more importantly, it is one of the best casinos in town. I seem to win more at the Isle of Capri casino and they have a nice variety of slots, poker machines and table games. Mehr

Rooms, hallways and hotel in general is dated. But, the worst part is the air conditioning did not work, only heat. You can open the windows, but then you hear noises from the parking garage under the hotel. Not a good place to sleep.

My bedding had burns in it ,the floor had burns,the furnitcher had burns in it.Ive been around the world,Ive stayed in many Casinosan stayed on Cruise ships.Ive never stayed in a worse room. Plus three days of gaming an one cant win at all,Ive hit at least something anwhere.I will not go there again.When I was in Montecarlo last year I at least hit […] 4 of a kind.An dont order a drink when they ask,you can wait for 20 mins. or so!When they got to me,she dident even have my Bud,but I could have the drink that was left,thats not my idea of how I want to spend my next VACATION!!!! This isnt no Hilton but it did the job since we were gambeling the whole time and only used our room to sleep. There were some stains on the carpet and on the bed spread. The location is great- you can walk through a indoor tunnel bridge and get to the Lady Luck casino, which I liked a little better because they had a lower betting minimum on the tables […] and a video black jack machine which is super cool! The Isle had great service as far as the bar. The waitresses are slow and dont come around often but I had no problem walking up the the bar and getting my own free drink in a zippy. Get in line at the buffet while you can, we waited to long around 6ish and the line was never ending even at midnight. But we had burgers at the little place next to it in the casino and they were yummy! Mehr

when we got to this hotel I could not beleive it cost me so much money to stay in this motel it was not worth it at alll, my friend was sick and stayed in the room, she was trying to watch TV but all it was, was snowy picture, the room seemed dark and dirty. I would not stay there again

Room was clean and comfortable enough. Casino smells like seafood - most likely due to the buffet having no separation from casino area. Overall it works if you're not looking for anything over the top.

hotel is in need of a remodel. rooms heating and cooling was not operating. beds were conforable and rooms were clean

We had a great time. We will stay there anytime we go to Blackhawk.

The hotel was an excellent value and close enough to skiing and other attractions. We actually had no interest in the casino, but it would be an even better deal if you were! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The only complaint was it was very hot in the room and the "Cool" option didn't do anything, but we opened a window and it was fine.

My staying there was great. Me and my family really enjoy the hotel. Room was very clean and nice looking-clean and fresh.Beautiful room for an excellent price. The hotel provided very nice service. We were very glad and plan to come back and stay in this hotel in a couple of months.

The hotel was clean and easily accessible to the casino. The rate was excellent.

Nice enough hotel. We had trouble with the heat in our room. Finally shut it completely off in the middle of the night and opened the windows. The heat in our friends' room next door worked fine. We wanted to watch an NCAA basketball tourney game but could not find a suitable area away from all the gambling. No 'sports bar" in town. All casinos. Finally […] went to a nice pizzeria with a nice bar and TV. People there were very nice. Mehr

We have stayed at the Isle several times now. We love it there! Only downfall is they do not have room service. They give us late check out every time (must request it) and the staff is ALWAYS friendly.

While the front desk reception was very efficient & friendly, I was immediately disappointed upon arriving to my room. There were stains on the bedspread, on two of the three throw pillows on the bed, and multiple stains on the chair, & the ottoman. In addition, both bedside lamp shades had tears in them & they appeared to not have been dusted for months. […] When I called downstairs to request a new bedspread, I was brought a refigerator instead. When the replacement bedspread finally arrived, it too had noticable stains on it. Fortunately I didn't book my stay with the intention of spending too much time in my room, but next time I am in the area, I will gladly be booking with another establishment. Don't waste your time or money booking at this place! Mehr

Decent room until we tried to go to bed. The walls were so thin that we could everything around us, car horns, toilets flushing, people talking in the hall, etc.

It was our second time staying this year and i really enjoyed the last visit in march but this stay was even better! Great service, clean rooms and very comfortable.
