Hotelzimmer sing großzügig mit eingebauter Kitchenette - alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt - das Frühstückbüffet (complimentray) ist reichhaltig und sehr gut - die Hotelpersonal ist hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend - das Hotelshuttle kann für Transfers zu nahegelegenen Zielen kostenlos genutzt werden - nächstgelegene Metro-Station: Vienna (orange) kann mit Taxi erreicht werden - wenn mit Auto unterwegs, ist Lage / Pries-Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels sehr gut.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Jeffersson Highway, sehr einfach zu finden, wenn man mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist. Der Service am CheckIn/Checkout ist nicht gerade umwerfend oder freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren genervt und recht ungeduldig. Das Doppel-Zimmer war ein Städte-Trip-Traum: groß, sehr sauber, das Sleep-Number-Bett (man kann den Härtegrad der Matratze individuell einstellen) in Kingsize war sehr bequem - gute Schlaf garantiert! in ca. 3 min ist man an der Metro-Station "Crystal City" (unter dem Marriott Hotel). Die Station hat eine Einkaufspassage. Das Ticketsystem der Metro ist leider etwas kompliziert - am besten vorher mal online reinschauen! Die Fahrt in die City zum weißen Haus und dem Memorial Park dauert ca. 20 min. Für einen Städtetrip in die City ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert!

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dulles Airport in Sterling liegt in Flughafennähe. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Umgebung: Reston Town Center, National Air and Space Museum Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center und Reston National Golf Course. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung gehören: Lake Fairfax Park und Reston Zoo.

I chose this hotel blind off the internet Everything was as advertised. Service was extremely good and help was always polite. All inquiries were answered promptly by the front desk and there were no hidden charges. The night manager at the front desk even walked us to the room. "Incidental Fees"
This is a very nice hotel. Remember that it is Non-Smoking which I wasn't not informed of. ALSO, this hotel charges a fee which is called an Incidental fee. The hotel did not inform me of this charge at reservation, prior to checking in, at check in or check out. I did not find out about this fee until I checked my bank account the next day. When I […] spoke with the front desk associate at the hotel she informed me that all hotels charge this fee. NOT, this has never, ever, been charged to my card in ANY hotel I've stayed at. And if this is the hotel policy then the hotel should inform the customer of this BEFORE they make reservations or give their card number!!! I was also told that the fee would be refunded after check out. This did not take place. I checked in on a Friday, check out on Saturday and still have not received my refund. Today is Wednesday. Not only was this my birthday weekend but also my class reunion weekend. Very very disappointing to have to go through this nonsense Mehr

All Marriott brand hotels in the US are 100% non-smoking and so are most other hotels nowadays. I believe that you are mistaken about the Incidental Fee, because this isn’t something that we charge. We do charge for what are referred to as “incidentals” which are things like room service, phone calls, and any other extra you need to pay for. If you happened to smoke in the room the cleaning and de-odorizing charge is another type of incidental charge. We hope that you understand why you were charged the way you were for this and we apologize for not making this information clear ahead of time. "nice hotel"
Im a female that traveled alone to the area for one nite. I did lots of research on different hotels surrounding the place i needed to go. Im very happy to have chosen Springhill. I felt safe and the hotel and room ware both very clean. Those were huge pluses for me. I would stay at this hotel again.

I think my title pretty much covers it but it was lovely to discover a hotel so close to IAD with a 24-hour free shuttle service as well as the most comfortable pull out sofa bed I have ever slept on! As an adult traveling with my parents, the wall partition was not as ideal as a separate bedroom for them however it was better than two beds side by […] side. We were pleased all the way around with the SpringHill Suites. The suite was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower strong, the breakfast food good, the fitness room adequate. We were especially blessed in that we were permitted a later check-out time because we had an afternoon wedding to attend. The whole staff was vry grateful. My only complaint was the hot tub could be looked after better there was a ton of kids staying in the hotel due to some tournament and the hot tub was not clean. "Would stay again"
The service was good, the rooms were clean and comfy and check-in/out was easy. The hot tub by the pool was a pleasant suprise. The only negatives would be that the pool could have been a bit cleaner and the breakfast was so-so at best. Overall, a great stay for the price.

Liked this hotel a lot... clean, comfortable, the ability to buy beer/wine on site is nice. Only complaint is that there isn't much around, but if you've got a car, that's not a big deal.

We had a very comfortable stay in SpringHill Suites. Apart from the fact that it's a secluded place in the night, rest everything was perfect. The breakfast was great and the hotel was quiet despite of being near to the airport. It lived to it's mariott reputation.

it was a very nice hotel. Everithing was as expected. Nice staffmembers, nice rooms, Nice hotel. The only minor thing that we missed, was that we waited a long time for the airportschuttle, and it didn't come. After asking ather marriot schuttles they called and found out that we schould have called to tell the hotel what time they schould pick us […] up. But it didn't matter, when we came to the hotel. "Attention to Detail"
This hotel paid attention to detail! We had a baby with us on this trip and the hotel had a pack n play style crib set up for us with a slip cover and a sheet to fit the mattress. Most of the other hotels that we have visited do not have sheets that fit for the baby mattress or slip covers. They also offered baby shampoo and other toiletries if we needed […] them. The breakfast at this hotel was a full breakfast with 2 types of eggs and another meat option, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, waffles, fruit, and drinks. This was much better than the typical carb fest of pastries that most hotels offer. The only thing that bothered me was that there were no dishes in the little kitchenette. I am sure if we asked they would have brought them to us. It was not very close to the metro (about 20 minute drive) to get into D.C., but for the excellent price we paid for this hotel we would definitely return! Very nice hotel! Thank you! Mehr

Not too far from the city but yet far enough away to avoid the headache! Great hotel with outstanding resturant selctions within a short driving distance. The rooms were clean and very large compared to most hotels I have stayed in... and the breakfast bar was a nice treat each morning. The staff was great and made the stay wonderful!

Buffet was great. Especially liked the variety of the buffet and the waffles, eggs and sausage were great additions. Room was very clean and comfy! I asked for an extra blanket and it was given to me with no delays. Liked the pool and hot tub! Asked for directions to Arlington and the front desk person gave us printed out directions. That was very nice. […] Only negative is when we checked in there was a line of people and only one person to check everyone in. There was a security guard there at night which was nice to know.
