Im grossen uns ganzen ziemlich ok, bin vom Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht so überrascht, jedoch akzeptabel.

We had a lovely room. The bed was beautiful and very comfortable, probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever had. Breakfast on the ground floor was excellent and gave a better variety than breakfast on the third floor (the executive area). The pool was great (the spa bathrooms need updating though). Is now getting tired. The service is getting worse. Had someone vacuuming outside of my room at 7am when still wantimg to sleep! Charging for wifi at an exorbitant rate is no longer common but it is here.

It is quite far from the city center but convenient location for a stopover before taking a plane. Swimming pool rather noisy with the airplanes and the motorway nearby. Nice and comfortable rooms though. Nothing around except the Meridien village with fancy rather expensive restaurants<;

Amazing, cannot be faulted.

The hotel was ideal being only 2 or 3 mins from terminal 3 airport and only 5 mins taxi ride from Al Badia GC and Dubai Creek GC were we had a few golf days arranged.The hotel staff were as helpfull and friendly as you could wish. One slight downside were the charges for internet in room but overall i would recomend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel. But internet is not free (in fact fairly expensive), which is annoying. Also got food poisoning.

Reception staff are not professional it take me more that 30 min only to check in after I complain to manager then he they gave me a room. Rooms are average and the furniture is old and they don’t have a fix price for the rooms.

Having arrived late in the evening, the staff were very helpful and professional making sure that I had everything I needed. Although the hotel is close to a busy interchange there was no noise and I had an excellent nights sleep in a lovely room. Very clean, up to date furnishings with excellent bathroom products.

I stayed here while on transit going through Dubai. It is very handy for the airport, and about 15minutes by taxi into the city. Hotel is gorgeous inside, with all staff being very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Only downside was the noise of music coming from the foyer at night. We have stayed here on and off for the past 7 years and we alway enjoy our stay, the restaurants always have exciting menus and great quality food, overall service throughout the hotel is excellent, always aim to please. we would recommend it without hesitation, staff cannot do enough to help, rooms always clean, tidy and comfortable, a joy to stay. […] highly recommend it. Had a one day stop in Dubai for business. Chose the Al Bustan Rotana because it was near the airport and my client was also flying into Dubai and we needed a nice lobby to visit for a few hours. The Al Bustan Rotana is within 5 min drive from the airport, spacious and very nice lobby, great service, clean and comfortable rooms and I would gladly recommend […] to all my colleagues to stay there. Downside is not near the downtown if you want to see more, but for my purposes it was great. Restaurant did not have a big menu and was somewhat overpriced. Airport noise was not an issue despite proximity. Mehr

My Stay was enjoyable, the hotel was conviently close to airport,shopping and dining. I would recommend it to family & friends.

We didn't get to see all the hotel's features but what we did use - pool, bar, business centre, reception - gave entire satisfaction. The personnel was very keen to help and spoke good to understandable english in the worst case. The hotel has a tour operator - we went on the dune bashing 4WD outing - it was great, with a bit of everything you'd expect […] of the desert - dune surfing, camels, falcons, sheesha pipes, fantastic egyptian dancer and belly dancer and a really good local BBQ buffet - fantastic value at 200 aed - around 40 euros per head. Very close to the airport for early departure, the hotel's close to Deira centre too - be careful of wily taxi drivers who'll take you the long way in ! Burj Khalifa the world's highest tower with an ENORMOUS mall right next door, Palm Jumeirah and Atlantis, Burj al Arab are all quickly accessible by taxi. We thoroughly recommend. Mehr

It is always very nice. 5 star in its true sense.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained. It is very close to the airport.

Although this hotel is close to the airport I was not bothered by any aircraft noise. The free shuttle bus into the town is very good. The staff, especially the boys cleaning the rooms are excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Overall a very nice hotel, I enjoyed my stay there.

I've never stayed in this hotel before and since my flight landed in Dubai at midnight I wanted something close so I could get right to bed. Right when I walked in I was shocked at how beautiful the interior was. My room was just as great. The carpet was absolutely wonderful to walk on and the rest of the room was just as comfortable. The surroundings […] were beautiful and the service was excellent including the room service. This was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Definitely worth the money. very good hotel with splendid restaurants and attentive staff.within walking distance of irish village/century village restaurant complexes.

Prima hotel, maar ben midden in de nacht tot twee maal toe wakker gebeld (telefoon) door een andere gast die zich 'verveelde' (reisde als vrouw alleen. Je kunt andere gasten bellen door het kamernummer in te toetsen, dus voelde me niet veilig na het tweede telefoontje). Gelukkig wel kettingslot op kamerdeur. Receptie gebeld om hier actie op te ondernemen. […] Zij zeiden dat ze me terug zouden bellen, maar dat hebben ze niet meer gedaan. Ben de rest van de nacht niet meer gestoord. Mehr

Saftybox fungerede ikke og blev på de fem dage ikke lavet. Alle værelser ligge lige ud til hotellets samlingspunkt og der var på ingen tider af døgnet ro. Der var alt for meget personale, så de få ting man bad om aldrig nåede frem på grund af den lange komandovej.
