comfort and peaceful most important when you travel. The entrance of the property where all of hotels are located has an abandon building hopefully,they will correct that but the comfort inn surroundings itself was nice.

should be near more food places

It was a nice hotel, but seemed to be all by itself. It was close to th freeways, but not close to much else. The staff was very friendly, and very accomodating. However, the first day, my room was not cleaned, but the next day it was. It would have been nice if they had vacummed, but overall not a bad experience. Hotel was clean and Quit. Breakfast and breakfast host was great. She was a real person.

Very close and convenient to Louisville. Easy access to major roads! Just bummed that there was no pool!

this hotel was a pleasant surprise. the room was large, clean and fresh. the bathroom was more than adequate. no noise at all from the highway and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. we have no complaints

We arrived late on Sunday after Derby Weekend, the night manager was a delight. The facility is nice and quiet even though the hotel is right on the freeway. Given its next to the freeway so there is not much near the hotel in the way of services. Given the day of our arrival - post Derby - I believe we were on 'backup' as towels on the first day were […] frayed on the edges but they were replaced the next days with nice fluffy towels. Mehr

Very comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel had a nice modern look and feel to it. The staff was not very hospitable, but for the price it was worth it. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The front desk was very kind, however, our room was definitely not clean. The countertops in our bathroom had dried splash marks all over it. All the the tables in the room had spills on them and our linens didn't smell very clean. We arrived just before midnight, so we basically put our children to bed in their clothes wrapped up in our own blankets. […] I wouldn't stay there again. Beds were so horrible, even after we requested, and received, a room change due to the bad beds. They then stated they had no better beds. We had to move the mattress to the floor in order to sleep.

This is a fairly new hotel and is beautiful on the outside and inside. The location is wonderfully convenient to I-65. The breakfast set-up is superb and the lady who provides it is wonderful. However, beware of cleanliness. We were scheduled to stay three nights, but we got out after the first night and would have left to try to find another place […] if we hadn't gotten in so late (my wife, three children and me). Our room was filthy. The bedspreads had large, dirty spots all over them. Two pillows had black spots favoring bug spots on them.I had two fleas jump on me, and one bit me on the cheek. The carpet was filthy with large, dark spots allover it. The bathroom floor was dirty. We could not get out to another hotel so we had to throw the bedspreads in the corner and rest until the next morning when we checked out, demanded a refund (all we got was a refund for the next two nights), and left. I booked this two hours before my arrival and it was a very nice, new hotel with large spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The only problem I had was the clerk was so asleep in a side room that I had to ring the bell loudly three times. I do have to say he awoke with a cheerful attitude and promptly got me booked!!!
