Wir (eine Erwachsene und zwei Kinder im Alter von 11 und 12) hatten ein Drei-Betten-Zimmer gebucht. Die Sauberkeit von Zimmer und Bad war einwandfrei. Das Hotel ist mit der Metro problemlos vom Gare de l'Est zu erreichen und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metrostation Ségur. Auch der Eiffelturm ist nahe gelegen und bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. A little bit cramped like probably most places in Paris and near an overhead train line, but otherwise highly recommended. The room was impeccable and everybody very friendly, though the night shift spoke basically only French. Internet was good, though usually only for one device at a time. Kleines Hotel mit zentraler Lage, nur 10 Minuten vom Eiffelturm entfernt (zu Fuß). Zwei Metro-Stationen direkt am Hotel. Es war mal wieder eine schöne Ankunft in Paris. Das Einchecken ging schnell und die Dame an der Rezeption konnte sehr gut Englisch und war super freundlich. Auch ihre beiden Kollegen waren super. Sie hatte sogar für uns ein Telefonat mit einer Agentur geführt um unseren Termin zu bestätigen!!!! Die Zimmer waren zwar klein aber super gemütlich eingerichtet […] und sehr sehr sauber. Wer leicht harte Matratzen mag für den sind die Betten perfekt aber ungemütlich waren sie alle male nicht. Unser Zimmer lag direkt zur Hauptstraße von dem Lärm haben wir aber bei geschlossenen Fenster nichts gehört und konnte friedlich schlafen. Auch das Badezimmer war nett zwar klein und ohne Fenster aber es war sauber und man wollte nicht sofort Rückwerts rauslaufen vor ekel. Die Verkehrsanbindung war super ca. 200 m in jede Richtung liegt ne Metrostation und man kommt gut überall hin. (Eine der ersten Stationen ist direkt der Eifelturm) Auch zu Fuß war es toll mal los zu laufen vom Hotel aus auch wenn die Umgebung wo das Hotel steht keine 5 Punkte verdient hat aber man fühlte sich nicht unwohl. Zum Ende war das Auschecken auch kein langer Akt die Koffer durften noch ein wenig stehen bleiben bis wir sie holten und abends zum Flughafen mussten. Also wer nach Paris kommt und ein Günstiges Hotel sucht weil er eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und nur paar Stunden zum schlafen ins Hotel geht ist dieses Hotel einfach nur PERFEKT mein Mann und ich werden immer wieder gern auf diesem Hotel zurückgreifen. Das gesamte Personal des Hotels war sehr freundlich, die Mitarbeiter konnten gut Englisch. Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich klasse, man konnte fast alles zu Fuß erreichen, wenn man noch fit ist. Der Eiffelturm lag wirklich nur 8 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt.So konnte man auch noch abends einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Eiffelturm machen. Eine U Bahn Station […] war nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt...die Zimmer waren sehr klein, was uns aber nicht sonderlich störte, schließlich benötigten es wir nur zum schlafen...auch der Teppich und die Wände waren alles andere als sauber, aber ich denke für diesen Preis und diese Lage kann man das in Kauf nehmen... Das kleine Hotel liegt in der Nähe von 3 Metrostationen und ist daher eine perfekte Basis für einen Parisurlaub. Auch die Anbindung an die RER-Stationen um nach Disneyland und auf die Flughäfen zu kommen ist sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im sechsten Stock (61) mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Das Zimmer war Richtung Metro und Straße, aber trotzdem angenehm […] ruhig zum schlafen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber wenn man nur darin schläft, reicht das Zimmer vollkommen aus. Bad war ok. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. In der Straße gibt es alle möglichen Restaurants von libanesisch, über Sushi bis Pizzeria. Rezeption war immer mit sehr freundlichen und kompetenden Personen besetzt. Negatives fällt mir eigentlich nichts ein - die Betten war etwas durchgelegen, aber dies ist subjektiv, da ich persönlich halt gerne auf harten Matratzen schlafe. Etwas hellhörig waren die Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind klein aber durchaus in Ordnung und für einen Kurztrip völlig ausreichend. Das Bad ist ebenfalls klein,aber ok. Nur die Dusche war nicht die sauberste. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Nur das Frühstück entspricht nicht ganz dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es gibt ein Expressfrühstück,dafür bekommt man ein brötchen,einen osaft/Kaffee […] und Marmelade oder wurst/käse. Das größere,beinhaltet aber nicht viel mehr. The hotel staff were very nice and the room was clean. The only downside I would say was the size of the room. We were 3 people sharing and to be honest the room was very small. The metro was very close buy and the Eiffel Tower was only 15-20 minutes walk away which was handy. Car parking was free on sunday outside the hotel but I had to move it on […] monday morning by 9am. Hotel was very nice. It was under construction so there were a lot of walls being painted and what not but it did not interfere with our stay. The room was tiny but that was to be expected in the area of Paris we stayed in. Although it was small it was very cozy and had everything we needed. When we arrived, we found drop cloths taped to the floors in the hall, and the smell of paint in the air. During our stay the painter painted the trim and the doors on our floor with very stinky paint and the staff gave us a towel for the bottom of our door to cut down on the smell in our room. Fortunately we live in the north so the open window was […] fine with us. The shower was too small to bend over in without turning off the water, and the lighting was behind our faces by the mirror. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. At the time of reservation I didn't know the hotel was undergoing some renovations, heavy renovations. I will wake up at 8am everyday to the sound of hammers and drills. It was very annoying, other than that it was good. Close to the metro, and within 10 min. walking distance from the Eiffel Tower.

They were really friendly and helpful with any questions we had. They were doing renovations when we were staying there, so we didn't think it looked that great, but we had a large party that they were able to accommodate, so we were happy with that.

The locations is awesome, close enough to the Eiffel Tower to walk. The hotel was doing some construction while we were there, but it didn't cause us any grief (no loud banging). The tv didn't work, but wifi was free and worked in the room.

I found the staff at the hotel really helpful and friendly, the central location was great just a few moments walk from Segur metro stop (your gateway to the delights of Paris) but it is true the rooms are small and a bit shabby but they are in the process of updating the decor.

A small hotel close to the Eiffel Tower is what we needed and what we got. The room was large enough to accommodate our family of 4. We really only wanted something clean to spend the night as we were out exploring for most of the day/evening. We were able to leave our bags in the morning before check in time so we didn't have to carry them around. […] Bathroom was small but clean. The night clerk was very friendly and polite. There were restaurants and the metro within walking distance. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower in about 30 minutes. The place was very well located and I was surprised at the size of the room we got, it was quite spacious. We were quite comfortable and I will definitely stay there again. Three of us stayed in a room and there was a lot of room and bathroom was clean.

The staff at the hotel were VERY nice and helpful with all my needs be it directions, where to buy rain boots etc.... my only complaint was that the room was so tiny there wasn't even space to walk around in it. I definitely did not post any pictures on Facebook but overall it was a really great value and we enjoyed our stay!!

We had a great stay at this lovely little hotel. It is right near all the great attractions in Paris, and has easy access to the Metro system. The staff is very knowledgable of the area and are rather friendly to the guests.

Good location,Effiel tower about 20 minutes slow walk from hotel.3 tube stations close by to the hotel are Segur,Sevres Lecourbe and Cambronne.Spacewise hotel rooms and hotel building are compact but that is just my view.Each of us have their own definition of big space.Free wifi is a plus.Lot of restaurants in close proximity of the hotel.

Our triple at the Eiffel Villa Garibaldi was a tiny, shabby, and poorly maintained room. (broken bathroom tiles, debris on the floor, dirt smears on the walls) At first the staff was helpful, but they attempted to tack on an additional "hotel tax" at the end of our visit. I vigorously argued that our room was "paid in full" as stated on my Hotels.com […] reciept. Then management attempted to charge the three of us for the "deluxe" breakfast, when we had only eaten the minimum "mini" breakfast. The experience left me really irritated. Overall, it did not compare favorably to a similarly priced room in a different hotel in a better part of town a week earlier in our trip. I would not recommend or return. Mehr

The room was OK, but the bathroom was disappointing. Very small, and the water pressure was very weak, allow extra time to get yourself rinsed off. The Eiffel Tower is about 20 - 30 minutes walk depending on which street you take. The walk is not that pleasant as just too many dog poo around so be careful where you walk. it is in a very convenient location, has got two train station nearby & walking distance from food stores and restaurants. The laundromat just two minutes from the hotel entrance..The Wifi is FREE, that makes it even better! However, breakfast is expensive.....

Check in staff did their most to find out where I could park my motorbike without getting a ticket. Free maps were provided and recommendations on the best way to get everything i wanted to do in the time I was there. Room was way smaller than it appeared on their website. The breakfast was 12eur and rather simple, only bread, coffee and cereal. You can get a full meal for that price at some of the local restaurants. Hotel is right next to the metro and a busy road with no A/C so if you have the windows open to get some air into the room then it is super loud with Mopeds and the Metro running. Room was the smallest room we had in our 2+ weeks of traveling in Europe. The walk to the Eiffel Tower is definately longer than 1 mile, I would say more like 1.5-2 miles. […] We turned the sink on in our bathroom and water did not come out the faucet in the front, instead it came out the back, there was a leak, we informed the front desk right away, they said they would have it fixed the next day, it wasnt, we informed them again and they said the same thing, it was not fixed again, we informed them again and someone did show up to fix it but did nothing as I went to shave and it was the same, needless to say I still shaved and a puddle of water went into the living part of our room and im sure there will be water damage on the ceiling of the room below us. I liked it that there was an elevator to take us up and down with our heavy luggage. Free 24 hour wifi was also a big plus. We booked a room for 3 adults but the room given to us was very tight and was clearly a 2 bedroom converted to squeeze in 3 people. It was very tight to stay for 3 nights which is a shame as the hotel's location is kind of OK! The staff was very helpful (at least to our face) but the service was just at par in the background.
